After having one or a few of those (if you have sweet teeth), you may want to take a walk by the river, and learn some of our history in Padrão dos Descobrimentos or Torre de Belém, finishing at Mosteiro dos Jerónimos.

Check out Quinta da Regaleira, Palácio da Pena or Castelo dos Mouros and eat a Travesseiro (typical confection) to gain energy for the walk - You must do the climb by walking!
