My family stayed here while attending a graduation in the area. The house was just as described - very comfortable and communication with Aimee beforehand was perfect. She was very accommodating on our schedule and made our stay easy and great all around. I highly recommend staying here!

The house was great! It was just what we needed for a low key night before our big Spartan Race the next day. We were so happy to see the kitchen was stocked with pans so we could cook a healthy dinner! The house was so clean and it was an awesome experience!!! Thank you Aimee!

We had a wonderful experience -from booking through arrival, the stay and finally departure. The house is super ! It's a wonderful large house - super clean and well equipped with very easy access from Rte 2. The neighborhood is lovely, the guest attendants super friendly and helpful, the area has wonderful amenities etc. Our family stayed because we attended a wedding and we enjoyed staying together in this lovely home. Aimee and her crew are super attentive, very accommodating and friendly. The house is just as lovely as it looks in the pictures and descriptions. Les salons étaient assez grand pour accueillir les réunions et formations, et la cuisine était parfait pour la préparation des repas. Awesome house, secluded but close enough to civilization. Very private with a ton of room. Tony was an awesome host, friendly and responsive.

Tony was a great host - he met us at the house when we arrived and had a campfire going on the lawn for us. We didn't need to contact him for anything during our stay, but he was close-by and responsive. The house was perfect for a weekend with friends - we only left for groceries! The house was fully stocked with any supplies we needed - towels, linens, cookware, food (condiments, drinks, and groceries left by previous groups.), dishes, bug spray, firewood, etc. We spent most of our time outside during the day - playing volleyball or badminton on the lawn (supplies provided, of course), boating in the provided kayaks, paddle boats, or rowboats, sitting on the dock, swimming from the little sandy beach, roasting marshmallows… The house slept all 8 of us comfortably in beds, with 4 people sharing the two queen beds (2 in each). I'd highly recommend this house!

I rented this house for a long weekend to celebrate my 30th birthday with friends. Tony met us at the house and didn’t mind at all that we were slightly later than we said we were going to be. He made sure to show us all of the amenities his house had to offer and we took advantage of all of them while we were there! The fire pit was just the right size for the 8 of us to sit around all night long and during the day we played volleyball, badminton, and took advantage of the kayaks (all supplies provided by Tony, of course)! Our 6 month old puppy loved it too! We were worried about fitting all of the groceries we bought for the 8 of us in the refrigerator but Tony actually had two refrigerators in the house, which was perfect. We ended up leaving a decent amount of food there for the next guests because there was so much food left in the house by Tony and previous guests. He really thought of everything and made sure to let us know he was accessible if necessary (and left his cell number on the door so we could reach him easily if we needed to) but it wasn’t necessary because everything in the house was labeled perfectly and the whole house was incredible. You could never get sick of the view you wake up to while you’re there and we definitely want to rent from Tony again in the future.

If you're looking to get a large group together, this house is perfectly setup with plenty of bedrooms, 2 kitchens, tons of outdoor space and chairs, and almost complete privacy as the nearest houses are blocked by woods.

The house was wonderful, everyone felt like they were at home and it was a great weekend getaway! There was plenty of space for everyone and the kayaks were everyone's favorites. Tony was an amazing host and very flexible with times. We would absolutely recommend this home to any family parties! Things to do for all ages!

Tony's house is the perfect place for a big group getaway. We had a ton of people in town for our wedding, and it was awesome to have a little hideaway on the lake to BBQ and have a party with just close friends and family. We had a lot more people than expected spending the night, and Tony was great about getting extra airmatresses and linens for everyone ahead of time. We will for sure be visiting again. The house is big enough to have everyone inside or outside which is great for surprise weather conditions, the yard is huge for fires and games, the dock is gorgeous, and the watercraft are a fun bonus. HIGHLY recommend.

Very easy to access location close to main roads but very quiet. Very clean and tidy! Comfortable bed.

Host is very responsive and helpful. Room is little small. However it was fine for me. May be not suitable for everyone. Also there is not separate parking space available. I had to To put my car outside of garage on the slope which may. During my stay, it was very cold and unfortunately, heater on the room was not working for two day. I could not sleep on first night because of cold temperature. My host did not know until he checked after I check out. He was very sorry for it. Everything Else was fine.

A beautiful house in a safe neighborhood, the hosts are great people and you would feel part of the family right away. I will be coming back many many times in the future, for the room but also for its nice courteous hosts.

This was my second stay with Antonella. The apt was spotless and had everything from a fully furnished kitchen to a whole basket of items in the bathroom in case you have forgotten anything. Awesome place - I will be back!

What a lovely apartment with a gracious host. Antonela wants you to be comfortable and provides not only a great space to settle in but lots of little touches like food for breakfast, a full washer/dryer, grooming products, and a chocolate on your pillow. The back deck is available for reading or just sipping your coffee (also provided) and her dog's are well behaved and friendly. Yet, you have your privacy so it is the perfect blend of a private space but having a host willing to help you. If you are deciding between a local hotel room and Antonela's place, this is a real value and will make your stay.

Antonella was a very hospitable host and the accommodations were great. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome and answer our questions about the apartment, the local community and AirB&B. She welcomed our late arrival with a fully supplied kitchen with all the basic apppliances, seasonings, dishes and utensils--plus some snacks to hold us over until we could go shopping for groceries on the following day. We also enjoyed watching the antics of a large gathering of wild turkeys that roamed her yard each morning. We would definitely stay there again.

Antonella was very welcoming and made sure I knew where everything was. The apartment was so nice and included everything I needed to feel safe and comfortable. The neighborhood was also very quiet and felt safe. Everything was clean and well taken care of. It felt like coming home at the end of the day. This place exceeded far beyond my expectations! The pictures do not do it justice. Antonella was an amazing, welcoming host. She truly made us feel safe and welcome in her home. She welcomed us personally at our arrival and gave us a tour of the apartment. Explain everything that we needed to know, but pay close attention to her explanation of the heating system! We were very cold due to the lack of full comprehension. However, Antonella took the time to explain once again and made sure we were good from there on. The apartment is INCREDIBLY comfortable. We were there for thanksgiving so the fact that we had a fully equipped kitchen was a major plus! The snacks and little detail complimentary things Antonella has to welcome her desk really left a great impression. We appreciated the seasoning and other things of such that we saved buying for a weekend stay thanks to Antonella. She has though of everything and beyond to allow her guest to truly feel at home. We were looking for a nice quiet gateway away from our crazy everyday city life and this place was perfect for it! We loved it so much we even stayed an additional day from the original plan. So we were very grateful Antonella was able to accommodate us. We will definitely try to return again in the near future! I cant wait to go back!

John accepted my request within minutes and proceeded to invite me to dinner! He was warm and welcoming from the moment he received my airbnb request. Later, he stayed up past midnight awaiting my arrival and was still welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed. The place is beautiful, I ran outside in the morning and enjoyed the lush green streets. Unfortunately, John and I didn't get to talk much since I was moving in between places but I really appreciate the short conversation we shared the morning before I left.

This was our first experience with Airbnb as a guest. To put it mildly we were apprehensive about staying at a private home. John and Colleen are a complete asset to Airbnb !! A place to stay is important but meeting people like John and Collen is truly a gift that is priceless. I would never have had expected anyone to cater to ensuring we would enjoy our stay in and around the area. Everything John and Colleen suggested was perfect. We met their son Bruce as well and is a perfect gentleman and incredible musician. We travel a lot and stay in hotels around the country and can't remember most of the accommodations ..... staying at John and Colleen's home was an experience we'll remember for life

John was a great host! I planned a last minute trip to go hiking and had to drive 3 hours in the evening - Johh stayed up until 11pm to make sure he was there to greet me. Very considerate. He was very responsive in our communication, and gave great guidance and tips to make sure I was able to find my way there. The room was spacious and he let me use the freezer in the garage to pre-freeze water bottles for my hike the next day. John even invited me to have dinner in his home the next night (I stayed 2 days), which was very considerate...but alas I was hiking too late in the day to make it back in time. There is a private bathroom just outside the bedroom door, which was convenient. The bedroom has an "A" frame shape and both beds (one on each side of the room) are next to slanted ceilings. I'm pretty tall and did have any (URL HIDDEN) some places I've hit my head if the slants are too low. The middle/peak of the room is very tall, making it appear more spacious, and there is a ceiling fan for good air circulation. Before I left, John talked about hiking Mt Monadnock and I shared my trip details with him as we sat out in the screened gazebo to watch the hummingbirds. He even offered me homemade granola and a toasted bagel for breakfast which was very considerate. I really enjoyed my stay here and would happily return for both the room and great hospitality!

John Ruotsala, his wife and son were terrific hosts. They were generous enough to allow me to join them for dinner where I ate venison for the first time!

John and Colleen are extraordinarily kind, welcoming, and thoughtful! I came for a training for work and their listing was the most affordable in the region. This listing would be awesome for hikers, skiers, outdoor sportsmen, or anyone looking to experience the natural beauty of New Hampshire at a wonderful rate per night! I left a baby gate for anyone with small children, but please know that John needs to work in the office directly adjoining the semi-private room from Monday-Thursday, so anything you can do to keep kids active and outdoors during the day would be great. He is very respectful about setting boundaries and being supportive of nap time, though:). Fridays and weekends are perfect, because guests are free to use a full exercise room and cable tv in the office, as well as a very cool a/c, which was a boon during the humid summer. Colleen is also a talented baker and we were grateful for her delicious cakes and muffins, as well as occasional invitations to dinner, breakfast, and coffee. The Ruotsalas are very well-traveled and John loves to speak Spanish as well. There is frequently piano music wafting up the stairs from the living room in the evenings, which is lovely!

The pictures do not do justice. Although it's not a particularly fancy place, it's very clean and comfortable, and tastefully decorated. Dalilah was so accommodating! It was a pleasant surprise to have such a lovely stay.

Overall excellent experience! I definitely recommend this for anyone who needs a one night stay for business trip, getaway, etc. Entire floor was clean and tidy, no complaints of anything unpleasant or questionable. Hosts kept privacy as noted, and were responsive to questions and suggestions when needed! Perfect for couples! Not a single complaint

Wendy's home was as amazing as it looks. It's at a great location, not too far from town, and if you like to hike or take a walk in nature she lives by tons of places to do so. My girlfriend and I had a great experience here. Wendy and Brian are great hosts, they gave us our space, helped us get to know the area, super friendly/easy to converse with. Definitely coming back when I visit New Hampshire again.

It was a pleasure to meet Wendy and get a tour of her studio. If I hadn't already had plans that evening, the pottery class looked like a lot of fun.

From the time of arrival until the time I left Wendy was very kind and welcoming. She made sure we felt at home by giving us all we needed and more! The room we stayed in was identical to the way it is shown in the photos. A very cozy home in a quiet woodsy neighborhood very close to trails, restaurants, several farms with farm stands, and Just a 20-30 minute drive from downtown Nashua NH. I Would absolutely recommend Wendy and her lovely home to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Brookline, NH area.

My husband stayed The potter's House 2 nights. He said he have a great time. He was so appreciated their life style. And I hope I could be there next time.

Wendy was very welcoming and made us feel welcome in her lovely home. Set in the beautiful New Hampshire countryside great to explore the lakes and woods, do need a car to get around, 20mins ride to local town of Nashua. Was a bit caught out by the 'day bed' being from England, didn't quite understand this was quite small with a portable bed as a second single bed. Many Thanks to Wendy for making our stay very enjoyable.

What a fabulous experience! Karen is a great communicator and very responsive when making the booking; her home is a fabulous, funky Victorian in a quiet location, yet within short distance to downtown, and local colleges. Bathroom was spacious, guest rooms are quiet and very comfortable. Karen makes you feel pampered--with extra cushy towels and all those extra things to make you feel at home--lovely soaps and slippers, great tea and coffee selection, and a yummy breakfast to start your day. I will definitely be back.

Probably the best airbnb I've stayed at in a while

Karen was personable, kind, and went above and beyond to make my boyfriend and I feel welcome in her home. She was generous enough to provide tea, coffee, hot chocolate and an assortment of snacks, which were all located in a common room on the first floor. The house itself was gorgeous, and beautifully decorated. The stay was a very warm and relaxing experience, I'd reccomend it to anyone.

Tidy and comfortable room with a nice bathroom - stocked with supplies and fresh towels. Shawarma Palace a 5 minute walk and I highly recommend it! Close to some shady areas but maybe that's just typical for Worcester. I had a long day of travel and a packed week ahead of me so I needed to rest. I was happy to be left alone in a quiet, nice place. Nice breakfast items in the morning (toast, coffee, hard boiled eggs, yogurt).

I had a wonderful experience staying at Karen's beautiful house. I can't imagine a more friendly and helpful host. She made sure everything was just right in the room from the temperature to bedding and everything else. She baked fresh bread for breakfast and had great coffees and teas available, yogurt, fruit, juice, etc. It was a perfect stay!

It's a very nicely renovated basement space with a bedroom, sitting area, sink, mini fridge and microwave. There is a shared door to the outside The space is semi private, and accessible from upstairs. The bedroom has a door that locks.

I had a great stay at Maria's place. It was clean comfortable and easy to check in and out. I would definitely stay again. The only thing to be aware of is that the ceilings are quite low, which is not unusual for a basement apartment. The bright decor and lighting help make up for that though.

I enjoyed my stay at Melissa's. It offered me everything that I hoped for.

Melissa's place is located in quaint Worcester. Her home is located within a couple of miles of UMass Medical Center, which is what brought me to Worcester. She was a wonderful host that went above and beyond. I was in town without a car, and Melissa was kind enough to offer me rides to UMass and Union Station. She also invited me to eat dinner afterwards, where I got to learn more about her and her lovely family.

This was my second AirBnB experience and I can't tell enough about it. Melissa is a great host: very kind and helping; I felt like I was in my own home. My bedroom was upstairs, the room was very private and clean. I was looking for a permanent place to stay in nearby area; so she and her mom also gave me lot of household stuff that I needed. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone. Melissa responds quickly.

This was a bedroom in a charming home in Worcester, MA. It had all the amenities of that of a teenage girl's bedroom, complete with snacks laid out and a mini fridge. Melissa was wonderfully accommodating, and made the entire process incredibly easy. The room is upstairs which is fairly secluded from the rest of the home. The neighborhood felt safe, and I was able to leave my car on the street in front of the house all night without any issues.

Nice, safe and quiet place to sleep if you are ever in Worcester. Melissa was always accessible and accommodating.

Cesar's room is very comfy. Lots of space, easy to relax in. Nice additions are the mini fridge and the nice desk. There's even room for a sitting area with a sleeper couch. The street is very quiet and yet accessible to a Main Street and to all Worcester locales. A lovely, clean and neat value!

Enjoyed comfortable stay in a large bed-room in a quiet neighborhood. The room is very spacious, furnished with a small fridge, large dresser, chair/table, closet etc., has two windows and is located on the first floor, affording privacy while Cesar's folks stay down stairs. Cesar was very responsive and everything went smoothly. He is helpful in guiding about local restaurants etc. Will definitely come back and stay here if visiting Worcester.

Cesar's place was wonderful. It was located in a quiet neighborhood, which was what my boyfriend and I wanted. The place was also close to major roads and nice restaurants. The utilities in the house really made us feel like home. Cesar was very friendly and easy to talk to. Would recommend Cesar's place to everyone!

Cesar's place was the best BNB that I've stayed at. Cesar and his wife were very friendly, kind people and communicated well and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. The room was even better than I expected, it fits my girlfriend and I comfortably and there is more than enough space. There is a TV and a desk, the bed is comfortable and there is a mini fridge, coffee pot and microwave. It is also very private and clean. I've extended several times because I got really comfortable here. The location is amazing, it's on a quiet street, yet close to public transit, restaurants and convenience stores. It is exactly as described, even better. I will definitely be staying here every time I am in Worcester, I love it here. Highly recommended! Thank you Cesar!!!

This is a lovely place to stay. It is spacious, tastefully furnished and immaculately clean. The owner was friendly and helpful but not there when we arrived. That would have helped.

Beautiful, immaculate, victorian house with very modern facilities. Charming neighborhood. An emergency called Bob and Zayda away, so we didn't get the pleasure of meeting them.

We loved staying at Zayda and Bob's (though we didn't have the pleasure of meeting Zayda). Bob was a fabulous host. The room was great, the bed comfy, the shower excellent, and the wifi worked perfectly. Oh, and did I mention that this place is beautiful? We stayed there during a trade show in Marlboro and it was a perfect antidote to a busy day. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. '

I found the large room and the facilities were exactly as described and my stay was a wonderful, especially compared to a hotel room. The hosts Monique and Blane were very responsive and nice. They were away when I first arrived but left clear instructions. They respected my privacy, but also made me feel welcome in the house. I would stay there again when I am back in town. Zayda and Bob's home was lovely, warm and inviting, like them. They welcomed me into their beautiful home and I immediately felt the calm, meditative feel of the house. My room was spotless with plenty of fresh towels and beautiful linens with an equally spotless shared bath. There was plenty of coffee, tea and fruit every morning and I accepted Zayda's invitation to participate in her meditation series which was a highlight of my trip. Thank you Zayda and Bob, I will definitely be back.

Everyone at the HeartWell Institute is really welcoming and kind. It's in a really cute area of town and has good access to food and downtown Worcester. They were very accommodating for my schedule. The atmosphere of HeartWell is very calming.

This might be the cleanest Airbnb I've ever stayed in! Beautiful house, thoughtfully appointed. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and very helpful. There are notes to guests throughout the house that answer most any question you'd have. Check in and out was a breeze. Bed was very comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood about 3 miles from downtown. Though we did not partake, the little coffee cart upstairs was so lovely and thoughtful!

My stay at Zayda and Bob's place was wonderful. Everything was super clean, neat, organized, and proper. It was by far the best airbnb place I stayed at. Zayda and Bob were so nice and thoughtful. I highly recommend anyone staying in Worcester to stay here. You WILL love it. I will be staying here if I happen to visit the area again!! I absolutely loved it.

Stayed here for 3.5 months.....Easy commute to downtown and literally back of Walmart....Convenient for short and also long stay...... Rooms is just as good as it is in the picture...Maintained so clean and with Heater, wifi, access to kitchen and living room....Not a single thing to complain..... Steve and Silvani have been such a great hosts....Had great time with both of them and especially news, football games and gardening with Steve.... Wow ! A great stay.....I got so comfortable and felt like home.....I'm going to miss the place and them for sure.....Hope to stay again

My family had a great time at this house. The house is highly decorated with paintings and handicrafts. It is cozy and relaxing to sit on the sofa and read books on the shelf. To our surprise, we saw squirrels and a deer outside the house! The overall experience was wonderful and I would definitely recommend this house to my friends!

Comfy bed and great accommodations for anyone out in this area. Wonderful Airbnb host and unique setting that made me wish I had my own farm to tend to!

Josh and I had a really relaxing time, it was a beautifully restored farm house and Amanda and husband were wonderful to talk to and very gracious hosts. Would definitely Stay there again!

My stay at Wildflower Farm was relaxing and fun. The house and farm are beautiful, breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the room was very comfortable. I'm very grateful to the hosts who went out of their way to accommodate a slightly earlier breakfast and provide helpful hints on where to grab a meal.

Thanks for the hospitality. I had a good night's sleep and was surprised by coffee and fresh muffins in the morning. Very quiet setting and lovely home.

Amanda's place was exceptional. The room it's self is very comfortable and quaint and decorated with period Appropriate Textiles, wall hangings etc. She and her family were very friendly and the house and the room and bathroom all very clean. As an added bonus, she left all these amazing little presents on our bed including local salt water taffy, maple sugar candy, plus bath salts and her own homemade soap! I have stayed at many Airbnb's and this place tops the charts. The farm is also lovely plus her two dogs. Who I found to be very well-behaved and friendly.

Amanda's place was even more beautiful than the pictures described. It's a recently built replica of a famous Old Sturbridge Village house with updated touches like the marble countertop in the kitchen. Amanda was very welcoming and sweet and made us feel very welcome while still giving us our privacy. There were two dogs, both very well behaved. They didn't jump, bark, and were very calm. The outdoors were private, quiet, and filled with flowers.

I had a great stay at Wildflower Farm. It was located near to historical attractions while also giving me much needed quiet countryside R&R. The hosts were very generous and I really appreciate feeling more like friends or family instead of just a customer. It was my first time using AirBnB and I look forward to using it again. Very happy :)
