Nice place to stay for vacations. The house is exactly the same as in the photos. It's tiny but clean. My parents enjoyed staying there.

Casa perfetta e proprietario molto disponibile e cordiale, che dire ci ritorneremo sicuramente

Ci è venuta ad accogliere la signora Anna, molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. L'alloggio è proprio come nell'annuncio, ubicato in una zona molto tranquilla, ma vicinissimo a una spiaggetta meravigliosa (circa 200 mt.) e vicino al lungomare. Lo consiglio vivamente, e sicuramente ci ritornerei.

We spent a short week in Tommaso's apartment with our two young children. We really appreciated our stay. The apartment is superbly equipped and well placed (the beach is at 200 meters, the vicinities are great, as well as the trattoria amici miei next door...). Moreover Tommaso's mother and Dona Anna welcomed us warmly and were always available for us if needed. One point however, the isolation is light with the other apartment rented next to this one and it became more noisy when another family arrived in it. But after a short talk and a good apperitivo, we managed to share this neighborhood without difficulties.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Luigis kleiner Wohnung. Die highlights waren auf jeden Fall die Terrasse und Luigis fürsorgliche Gastfreundschaft. Die Wohnung ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet, um sich ein paar Tage wohl zu fühlen. Für einen längere Aufenthalt wäre mir eine kleine Küche und etwas mehr Platz wichtig.

Luigi ist sehr freundlich und hat uns ein wunderschönes Appartement mit toller Dachterrasse mit grandioser Aussicht vermietet. Moderne Einrichtung - Zustand tipptopp!

Es waren gelungene 3 Nächte in Tindaro, in einer schmucken Wohnung und sehr freundlichem Gastgeber Luigi. Für unsere Befürfnisse (Besuch in Patti) genau richtig und bis auf manchmal bellende Hunde in der Nacht seeehr ruhig!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die süsse Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen! Der Gastgeber ist auch sehr nett!:)

This was our second time staying with Luigi and it was wonderful as always! The apartment is very nice and the views from the terrace are amazing! Luigi kindly left is a bottle of wine to enjoy, which was a nice touch. Also, be sure to have a dinner or two at Luigi's restaurant Ristorante Tyndaris because it is very yummy!! Highly recommended!

Staying at Luigi's apartment was the best from all in which I have ever been. Everything was perfect! Beautiful new apartment with huge terrace and breathtaking view. Luigi was very helpful and kind person. I would like return there sometimes. I must reccomend this accomodation!

In case you are looking for a nice remote place, a little appartment (which is in a perfect condition since its brand new) and an astonishing view to the islands and the cathedral, you are at the right place! Luigi is a very helpful host and takes care of you! so.. go for it.. Just as a reminder.. there is no kitchen in the appartment!

Minimalistisches Apartment mit wundervollem Ausblick und toller Terasse! + gute Kommunikation mit Luigi + privater Parkplatz im Innenhof + atemberaubender Ausblick von der Terasse aus (Liegestühle vorhanden) + sehr schöner und realtiv ruhiger Strand, in 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen (zumindest im September sind alle Parkplätze gratis) + Klimaanlage - WLAN hat nicht immer einwandfrei funktioniert (zum Großteil hat es funktiniert, bei Ausfall [2-3 mal in 4 Tagen] hat Luigi schnell reagiert!) - realtiv lauter Kühlschrank, der gut zu hören war, da alles in einem Zimmer ist (außer das Bad) [mit Ohrenstöpseln kein Problem] Eine schöne Wohnung, die vor allem durch die tolle Aussicht, den Parkplatz und die Ruhe zu Überzeugen weiß. Auch die Strände sind schön und sehr ruhig (im September). Da die Wohnung etwas abseits liegt, ist ein Auto zwingend nötig. Empehlung!

Die Unterkunft schaut genauso aus, wie auf den Bildern. Wirklich sehr schön und super ausgestattet- es gibt alles, was man braucht! Auch die Aussicht ist wirklich sehr sehr schön! :) Um an die nächsten Strände zu kommen braucht man zwar ein Auto (10-12min), was uns aber nicht gestört hat, da wir ohnehin ein Mietauto hatten! Wir würden übrigens den Strand bei Grotta Beach empfehlen (man kann bei den Steinen, durchs Wasser vorbeigehen und kommt in kleine, wunderschöne Buchten)! Luigi war ein sehr guter Gastgeber- die Kommunikation war sehr einfach und schnell und er hat uns hilfreiche Tipps für Strände und Restaurants gegeben. Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt und wir wären gerne länger als drei Nächte geblieben. Ein Grund nochmal zurückzukommen! ;)

Luigi ist ein netter, sympathischer Gastgeber. Die Wohnung mit herlicher Terrasse ist in einem neuen Haus mit mehreren Appartements mit einzigartigem Panoramablick (äolische Inseln, Wallfahrtskirche auf dem Berg gegenüber und Golf von Patti). Sie ist modern eingerichtet. Die Umgebung des Hauses ist sehr ländlich und ruhig. Wir haben dies alles und das gute, traditionelle Essen z.B. Blick in der nahen hazienda agricola sehr genossen.

Die Wohnung war toll (neu, modern und vor allem sauber). Noch besser war eigentlich nur noch der Ausblick. Für alle die mit dem Auto in Sizilien unterwegs sind und wert auf eine ruhige, wenn nicht sogar idyllische Gegend legen, kann ich diese Wohnung nur empfehlen. Luigi war als Gastgeber auch sehr zuvorkommend, trotz Arbeitsstress.

We didn't meet Luigi but he was very helpful and quick answering our questions about directions etc. His friend came to meet us to take us up to the apartment, which was very clean and felt brand new. It's in a beautiful quiet neighbourhood and the view from the balcony is really stunning. We made the rather tourist-orientated walk up the hill to the striking church at Tindari, and drove down to the incredible secluded beach below the cliff at Marinello. We chose a stop here over Cefalu on the way back to Palermo from the Aeolian Islands and are so glad we did - highly recommend!

The time at Luigis flat has been just remarkable. The place is amazing, like a dream. It is the perfect place for relaxing and enjoying holidays. It has been a welcming change after our time in Palermo. It is nothing better than to enjoy your homemade meal and a glas of wine on the terrace with the amazing view. Luigi and his wife have been the best hosts we ever had. The welcoming was great, Luigi showed us the appartement, explained it and after he was always very responsness throught airBnB. When you think the pictures of the place are great, it still looks better in reality. It is very well decorated with passion and absolutly clean. We highly recommand Luigi and would always stay there again when we will visit Sicily again. The surrounding area is very beautiful and the aeolian islands are not far away. In 10-15lin you reach quiet and wild beaches. The pizza in the restaurant, where Luigi and his wife work, is wonderful (take it with buffalo mozarella) and the fish as well according to my girlfriend.

Una bellissima esperienza! Luigi e la sua fidanzata sono stati molto gentili, accoglienti e disponibili venendo incontro ad ogni possibile richiesta o necessità. Tutti gli appartamenti sono molto belli e curati in ogni aspetto, sia arredamento che colori e ognuno ha caratteristiche uniche rispetto agli altri. La posizione è incantevole e domina il mare, ed è tutto immerso nel verde meraviglioso della Sicilia. Una soluzione che raccomando assolutamente a chi desidera un luogo bello, immerso nella natura e lontano dall'affollamento e dal caos.

Restare da Luigi a La Casa del Riccio è stata una bell'esperienza. Lui era sempre attento e disponibile. L'appartamento era pulito, luminoso e la vista del paesaggio era bellissima. La sistemazione si trova a 5 minuti a piedi da alcuni ristoranti e un bar di sotto; il cibo che si serve da Pane e Vino è delizioso. È anche 7 minuti a piedi dalla fermata dove si può prendere la navetta che va a Tindari, in cima alla collina. Costa solo 1 euro per arrivare in cima. Lì ci sono il santuario famoso, le rovine greco-romane e molti ristoranti e negozi di souvenir. Il bel comune di Oliveri è solo a 10 minuti in macchina giù la montagna e lì ci sono i ristoranti, le spiagge, ecc. da godere. Staying at Luigi's delightful apartment was a wonderful experience. He was attentive to all of our needs, and he was always very accessible. The apartment was clean, bright, and the view of the surrounding area was astounding. The apartment is within 5 minutes walking distance to the small hamlet just below, which has a bar and a handful of restaurants that serve delicious food. Also, it's a 7 minute walk to the parking lot where you can catch the bus to ancient Tindari (sanctuary, Greek and Roman ruins, some restaurants and several souvenir shops) for just 1 euro round trip. The bus takes just a minute or two to go up the hill, but it's worth is because the road is so steep. The quaint town of Oliveri is just a 10 minute drive down the mountain and there are restaurants, beaches, etc. to enjoy. If you're looking for a small market to buy simple groceries, I'd suggest the little market down in Oliveri near the main square!

Rosa's apartment is large, clean, modern, and conveniently located just a short walk from the beaches, the center of town, and the train station. Rosa is a friendly host who is always available to answer questions. L'appartamento di Rosa è grande, pulito, moderno e situato a pochi passi dalle spiagge, il centro del paese e la stazione ferroviaria. Rosa è un'ospite amichevole che è sempre disponibile per rispondere alle domande.

La casa di Rosa è bellísima, curata ai minimi dettagli. La casa è divisa in due piani. Il piano di sotto è stupendo, ha tutto quello che è necessario per una grande famiglia. Il piano di sopra è un spettacolo proprio, da una parte vista al mare, dell'altra vista alla montagna, che dire, no si può chiedere più... Invece ancora ti trovi a Rosa che ci ha trattato benissimo, ci ha spiegato tutto quello che potevamo fare e vedere intorno a Oliveri. Grazie ancora Rosa, siamo stati benissimo, aspettiamo di tornare un giorno.

Rosa nous attendait et nous a très gentiment accueillis. Elle nous avait préparé un copieux petit déjeuner avec un gâteau fait maison. Nous avons trouvé le logement très confortable. Rosa nous a permis de quitter le logement tard dans l'après-midi ce qui nous a laissé du temps pour profiter de la plage.

In 4 amici abbiamo trascorso 3 gg ad Oliveri, la casa è situata a pochi minuti dai laghetti di Marinello ed è SPETTACOLARE! Oltre all'ampiezza degli spazi ben descritti sul sito, tutto ma proprio è curato in ogni minimo particolare. Casa super pulita, letti preparati, asciugamani e accappatoi sistemati in entrambi i bagni,cucina ben forntia... in sostanza questa casa è da provare!

Casa molto ben tenuta (cucina vivibile, bagno con vasca, stanza matrimoniale bella grande e altra camera con due letti singoli), con arredi credo nuovi di pacca, in un punto della Sicilia ricca di cose da vedere (vicinissime da casa!). La zona è molto tranquilla, in una contrada delimitata da villette, in mezzo a uliveti e agrumeti a 3 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia semi privata. 15 minuti a piedi e si può raggiungere il primo paesino balneare, altrimenti 10 minuti di macchina e si raggiunge un market abbastanza grande. Rosaria (Sara) e la sua famiglia sono stati molto gentili ed accoglienti, discreti ma sempre disponibili per necessità e curiosità. Soggiorno decisamente positivo!

Se volete un posto a due passi dal mare, immerso nel verde e 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di un piccolo borgo di mare: questo e' il posto ideale! L'appartamento e' grande ed ospita tranquillamente due coppie o una famiglia di 4 persone. Pulitissimo, luminoso e con un terrazzo con vista sul mare in lontananza e i monti circostanti. Sara e' stata gentilissima e disponibilissima. Comunicazione sempre eccellente. L'auto e' consigliabile non per raggiungere la spiaggia (che si trova a meno di 2 minuti a piedi) o Mongiove (a 5 min in bici o 10 a piedi), ma per arrivare a Patti, dove si trovano piu' attrazioni, supermercati, etc... Consigliato e speriamo di tornare l'anno prossimo, per piu' tempo! Excellent location: 2 mins walk from the beach and a short bike ride or 10 mins walk from a lovely seaside village named Mongiove. The apartment was great: spacious, clean and with everything we needed (especially air conditioned: essential for the Sicilian summers!) Sara was a great host: she answered promptly to all our messages and she was always ready to offer her help. The view from the balcony are amazing and we had two comfortable chairs there, where we could lay down and enjoy the landscape! A car is recommended to get to the main town (Patti), where you'll find more attractions, supermarkets, banks, etc... But Mongiove is reachable by bike or in 10 min walk. Thanks Sara: we hope to be back again!

Luigi war ein sehr guter Gastgeber. Wir sind am Abend , wegen unseres Fluges sehr spät angekommen . Luigi blieb auf und hat uns trotz der frühen Morgenstunde alles erklärt. Auch danach war er immer da für Fragen und Ratschläge . Danke Luigi, wir hoffen sehr, dass wir wieder kommen können.

Die Wohnung ist super toll und sehr ruhig gelegen, das Meer und die Wallfahrtskirche kann man bereits beim Frühstück aus den Panoramafenstern bestaunen. Das ist echt klasse! Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Kommunikation mit Luigi war schnell und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank noch einmal dafür :-) Bei der Lage der Wohnung muss man natürlich bedenken, dass man immer etwas fahren muss, um ans Meer oder in die nächste Stadt zu gelangen. Aber ich denke davon geht man aus, wenn man mitten in den Bergen wohnen möchte. Wir können die Wohnung daher nur empfehlen :-)

Luiggi's place is a nice spot in the relaxing Tindari town. The flat is cozy and the view is really nice (even if we didn't have the biggest terrace). Luiggi is very friendly. There was a problem with the hot water while he was away but he came back and fix it.

We had a great time at Luigi's apartment which was very clean and well equipped. Everything was as described, well actually, the view and the nice garden are even more beautiful in reality than on the pictures. :-) Just too bad that walking to or from the house can be stressful because of the barking and loose dog from the neighbor down the street, but this of course is not Luigi's fault and can be avoided if you just use your car to go to places. Luigi was a very friendly and supportive host who made us feel at home right away. Overall, this is a perfect place to enjoy some relaxing time in the Sicilian countryside and we are looking forward to coming back again!

Luigi was a great host, giving us all the information we needed about his beautiful house and the surrounding. Best B&B (without breakfast) I had in Sicily - a stylish, modern, clear flat with a huge balcony with an amazing view. 5 star rating for a perfect place.

Luigi and his wife Mari have been wonderful hosts, very friendly, welcoming and uncomplicated. They were very flexible, since we arrived a few hours later than planned, which wasn’t a problem at all. Luigi was very helpful and explained to us how to get around and where to find a supermarket, places to eat and sightseeing spots. The house with the independent apartments is beautifully situated on a hill with an absolutely spectacular view over the nearby sanctuary della madonna nera, the eolian islands and the bay of milazzo. We spend a wonderful fortnight in the apartment „Paprika“ on the top floor of the house. The apartment is newly and tastefully furnished, very comfortable and has everything one needs even for a longer stay. It also has a very spacious terrace to itself. The house is surrounded by a big garden with olive, almond and even a lemon tree. It is located in the nature park called „laghetto di marinello“, which has amazing beaches. In Tindari itself, there is a restaurant called pane i vino, which sells local products and has a very good antipasti menu. For those interested in history, the nearby ancient temple ruins of Tyndaris are a very interesting place to visit. Since it is very easy to reach the highway from Patti, you can also visit Palermo, Cefalu, Messina or even Agrigent. The Etna can be reached in 2 hours. There also is a train station at Patti, from where trains to Palermo and Messina leave. With the ferry from Milazzo (40 km away) you can also easily visit the beautiful Eolian Islands. In short: The ideal place for a relaxed holiday and a discovery journey of beautiful sicily! Thank you, Luigi, for a wonderful holiday! We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and couldn’t have been happier! We stayed at Luigis place for three nights in October 2016. On arrival Irina checked us in, everything was perfect. Luigi answered to all of my messages in a very short time and was very caring and helpful. He arrived later back from his own vacation. We loved his house and the apartment from the first second we entered it. The apartment is very large, has a lot of space and stunning views to the sea and the church on the rocks. It also had a lovely outdoor terrace. The apartment was exactly as shown on the pictures, it was perfectly cleaned as well. The place is so quiet and peaceful, you can't find a better place to stay on the countryside near the coast. I also would like to recommend Bar Tyndaris for breakfast or other meals. It is beautiful located im Tindari with incredible views to the sea and delicous food and coffee. It is a 2 minutes drive by car or a short walk up the mountain. Thanks for everything Luigi.

wir hatten eine gute zeit in valentinas haus. netterweise hat uns valentina das obere appartement mit 2 balkonen zur verfügung gestellt. es ist geräumig und sehr ruhig. die umgebung ist vertrauenserweckend, parkplatz direkt vorm haus. die kommunikation per (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) hat mit valentina perfekt geklappt.

Valentina war sehr sympathisch. Es hat alles reibungslos und gut geklappt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ich habe mich sehr sicher und wohl gefühlt.

Valentina e sua madre,che ci ha accolto, sono state gentili e disponibili. La casa è come descritta nell'annuncio ed è fresca come specificato. Le foto sono realistiche: appartamento modesto, ma molto accogliente ed ha un piccolo terrazzino molto comodo. Abbiamo trovato tutto in ordine e pulito. La zona è molto tranquilla e la casa dista pochi minuti a piedi dal mare, dal centro e da tutti i servizi (bar,ristoranti ecc.). I vicini sono stati molto cortesi e disponibili. Ci siamo sentite come a casa! Il paese è ben gestito e servito nonostante sia molto tranquillo ed il mare è stupendo. Grazie, a presto!

L'alloggio è perfetto sia per coppie che per famiglie,fresco e arieggiato è dotato di tutto il necessario per soggiornarci.E' ubicato in un paese tranquillo ed è a 200 metri da una spiaggia e un mare meravigliosi con dintorni che meritano di essere visitati.Vale veramente la pena di andarci!

Nice Village ans super beaches

Super Unterkunft mit einem riesigen Außenbereich. Wir waren zu viert in der Wohnung und es war überhaupt nicht eng. Die Terrasse ist super zum draußen frühstücken oder abends den Abend ausklingen lassen. Von den Nachbarn haben wir kaum etwas mitbekommen und den Pool hatten wir auch oft für uns alleine. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir (Familie mit 2 Kinder) haben unseren Aufenthalt (Juni 2017) in der Residence Casa Torretta absolut genossen. Die schöne Wohnung, der tolle Pool und die reizvolle Umgebung mit dem herrlichen Meerblick, trugen bei allen zu einer sehr gechillten Stimmung bei. Martina war jederzeit erreichbar und stand uns immer mit guten Tips und Ratschlägen hilfreich zur Seite. Casa Torretta ist uneingeschränkt für einen entspannten und entspannenden Urlaub zu empfehlen. Diese 2 Wochen waren richtig schön - nur leider zu kurz!

Die Übergabe des Apartments hat problemlos geklappt. Etwas schwierig zu finden, aber mit dem Ausdruck von (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) Maps ging es gut. Nicola hat uns alles gezeigt. Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig mit einer wundervollen Terrasse . Auch der Poolbereich ist klasse. Insgesamt sehr schön gelegen mit Blick auf das Meer.

Great place to stay a few days with kids. Excellent swimming pool. We enjoyed it!

This place is a little piece of paradise, in an old olive grove with a beautiful ocean view. There is some muted noise from the highway, but it is not visible when seated on the terrace. The house is lovely and rustic, but carefully renovated and furnished with love (the artwork on the walls showed some appreciable taste). There are some spiderwebs in the nooks of the stonework, but such things belong to older construction. Our apartment had a huge terrace and a well-equipped kitchen. You should like pets; we had several visits from cats and dogs, which our kids loved. The pool area is also nicely done with a large seating area. Perfect for any day or half-day when one wants to simply rest. You have a drive about 10 minutes into Marina di Patti. The town is very cute and has at least one stellar bakery. Still, the apartment alone was one of the highlights of our trip. We will be back!

Grand appartement, sous les oliviers, lieu très agréable, avec une belle piscine. Calme. L'appartement dispose d'un jardin/terrasse ombrage, avec vue mer, nous en avons bien profité ! Bruit de l'autoroute en fond mais pas très gênant, en tout cas on n'entend pas du tôt la nuit. Bon point de départ pour rayonner entre Cefalu et Messina. Marina de Patti juste à côté est plutôt sympa aussi. Très bon accueil de Nicola, toujours disponible. Il nous a donné de bonnes recommandations. Points d'amélioration : l'équipement dans la cuisine (verres à pied, bols...) et pas de lave-linge (une buanderie commune serait appréciable)

A classic apartment in a small village near Patti. We had a great time and particularly liked: the pool, the outdoor area outside the apartment, the olive groves surrounding the house and the short distance to the quiet beaches of Patti and San Giorgio. The location has few apartments in different sizes, so it could fit a larger group quite easily. We highly recommend it!

En dejlig bolig, med en virkelig skøn terrasse. Der er gode senge, rene og behagelige. Pool området var pænt, rent og meget hyggeligt. Man kan være sig selv selvom der er andre gæster. Man kan frit og behageligt nyde terrasse og pool. Hus og pool er smukt omgivet af oliventræer. Vi havde en dejlig ferie i Torretta, og nød en tur til de æoliske øer, som Nicola hjalp os med at arrangere. Nicola var En perfekt vært, der hjalp os med alt hvad vi havde brug for, vi følte os meget velkomne og godt taget imod. Patti er et godt udgangspunkt for flere ture. Vi har kun to negative ting at nævne: man kan høre motervejen fra huset. Og selve byen Patti er en ret trist by om dagen, men Strandpromenaden liver op om aftenen.

Ein Platz zum Entspannen, abseits des Trubels, erhöht gelegen, ländliches Flair, Gartenanteil und sehr freundlichen und aufmerksamen Gastgebern.

Imma ist eine fantastische, sehr herzliche Gastgeberin mit einer sehr gepflegten Wohnung in wunderschöner Lage. Auch wenn wir unterschiedliche Sprachen sprechen klappte die Verständigung doch gut. Nur zu empfehlen!

Die Bestätigung der Buchung kam umgehend und die Information zur Anfahrt der Wohnung wurde per SMS geschickt. Imma hat uns herzlichst auf Sizilien willkommen geheißen und uns innerhalb kürzester Zeit am vereinbarten Treffpunkt abgeholt. Durch viele Kleinigkeiten und Aufmerksamkeiten hat sie unseren Urlaub zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. In der gemütlich eingerichteten Wohnung, auf dem großzügigem Grundstück haben wir uns wie zuhause gefühlt. In der Wohnung ist eine super Grundausstattung vorhanden, mit allem was man für den Urlaub braucht! Das Haus ist liegt an einem Berg, abseits von allem Trubel. Es ist wunderbar ruhig und der Blick auf das Meer ist fantastisch. Dennoch erreicht man Patti und traumhafte Strände in wenigen Autominuten. Ein Mietwagen ist aber zwingend erforderlich. Imma ist eine super Gastgeberin und man kann einen Urlaub bei ihr nur enpfehlen! Danke schön!

We had a great time our nine nights we stayed at Immas house. Really clean and tidy house with all the commodities you may need when you are in vacation. The house is situated on a hill so you have a fantastic view over the patti bay when you sit in the beatiful garden relaxing. Imma was a fantastic host who let us try her home made sausage and wine, wich of course was fantastic! Grazie mille!

Imma met us at the strade provenciale on our arrival and guided us to her house - no delay and just perfect. Her apartment is VERY nice for two persons (and maybe one child) and everything you need to make your stay comfortable is either already there or will be readily provided from Imma. As the view from the apartment on airbnb indicates the setting is completely rural, quiet and peaceful. The apartment comprises a beautiful attained garden where you can have your sunbath or grill your favourite food. You may also enjoy dinner with the host. However, if you wish to stroll to some town streets in search for a nice restaurant and enjoy the evening out: you need to drive AND not be afraid driving the narrow and steep access road back to Imma's house in the dark ... We surely recommend to stay with Imma if you and eventually your kids like the country side or look for change from the city life including roosters, chicken, pigs, dogs, cats and tortoises, which you all can find on her premises. We enjoyed it!

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances chez Imma !! D'une part, le logement est propre et bien équipé. L environnement est agréable et la vue imprenable sur les montagnes. Il est idéalement situé pour des excursions à la journée (palerme, etna, catane, îles éoliennes..) et à 10 minutes en voiture des plages. D'autre part, l'accueil d Imma a été très chaleureux et sympathique, toujours prête pour nous donner des renseignements et nous rendre le séjour toujours plus agréable . Si vous souhaitez un endroit tranquille en sicile avec la possibilité de visiter et de partager des moments avec les siciliens, nous vous recommandons vivement cette location !

We met in the little town near her house, picked us up as soon as we send a message we were there. Driving up the hill to there house, you know you wouldn’t have found it on youre own. The house/apartment has everything you need; good bed, kitchen with everything, a good shower and a washing machine. The outside is a nice patio with all the shade and sun you want. The house itself and the fact that it’s fully stuffed with the things you need would have been far enough for me, but Imma really went out of her way to make our stay great! She put in a bed for our daughter (19 months old) helped us to find our way around, had the fridge stuffed and on the last night (stayed 2 nights) cooked for us, and made us a really nice basket with food for the trip the next day. The view is amazing, it’s just a few 100 meters from the town, but you feel relaxed, and in nature. A great place, a great host. Would definitely stay again, would recommend to a friend, would recommend to a reader of this review. Ciao

Giuseppe e sua madre sono stati molto gentili e accoglienti, è stato facile comunicare, sempre disponibili. Nel palazzo vive quasi tutta la loro famiglia, per questo l'appartamento è sicuro. La madre ci ha portato anche sale, zucchero, latte, olio e caffè, anche se avevamo chiesto solo del sale e zucchero per cucinare. Molto gentili! La location è ottima, a due passi dal mare (anche se non molto pulito), vicino Oliveri e Tindari, ben collegata con treni, autobus e navetta verso Tindari. C'è un supermercato vicino, tutto a pochi minuti a piedi. Gli arredi sono un po' vecchi ma funzionali, il materasso non è matrimoniale ma due singoli insieme. L'unica grade pecca è stata il caldo micidiale sopra neI terrazzo dalle 9 del mattino fino alle 8 di sera! Il condizionatore portatile non regge a oltre 30 gradi ed è molto rumoroso. Non l'abbiamo potuto usare. Senza un condizionatore serio non raccomando affittare nei mesi estivi a oltre 30 gradi.

Guiseppe's place was even better than shown in the pictures. The terrace is huge and we loved passing summer nights there and eating meals cooked on the BBQ. The apartment is perfect for two. Spotlessly clean and it was great to arrive to basics in a kitchen - coffee, oil etc. We were welcomed by Guiseppe and his family who are lovely and very helpful. The apartment is just a hop skip and jump from the beach. A great base for a nice relaxing holiday. Highly recommended.

Chouette maison très propre

L'emplacement est idyllique et l'appartement très fonctionnel. Il y avait deux terrasses l'une plein sud et l'autre au nord ce qui permet de profiter des extérieurs en plein été comme à la mi-saison. Mongiove est un petit village très agréable. Les commerçants (café/presse et boulangerie/épicerie) sont chaleureux et accueillants. La plage est magnifique.

Great location by the ocean. Host is very helpful and do their best to satisfy our needs. Staying here is definitely recommended!

We were very happy for all 13 days at that amazing place. Villa Filippa is very spacious. There were a lot of useful things which helped us to enjoy our vacation: good furniture, tableware, even an umbrella and few hats to protect you from the sun. Two big balconies made our dinners romantic. Also there were some basic food which helped us to cook authentic Mediterranean dishes. Susanne were very friendly and tried to answer to all our questions. The main advantage is the delightful Grotte beach (ten minutes go by foot). There were some problem with internet connection. But you can use Free Wi-Fi even on the beach. grazie mille Dear Susanne.

Für Familien ideal. Geräumige moderne Küche. Große Terasse. Marktplatz nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Lagunen Strand Tindari mit dem Auto ca. 5 min. entfernt. Kontakt mit Sandrine erfolgte unkompliziert via Nachrichten. Parken direkt vor dem Haus ohne Probleme möglich.

Appartement en centre ville, à proximité de tout, mais calme et très proche de la plage (15 min à pied). Tout le nécessaire disponible, même de quoi faire un 1er repas. Sandrine et son mari ont été très accueillants et de très bons conseils, notamment pour la mini croisière autour des îles Eoliennes au départ d'Oliveri. Nous recommandons!

Per un incidente al piede avevo difficolta a camminare e iI marito di Sandrine é stato così gentile da venirci a prendere alla stazione. L'alloggio é spazioso e nella piazza a pochi metri c'é una famosa e buonissima gelateria. Consigliato.

Ottimo immobile ad Oliveri, una bellissima località in provincia di Messina! La casa e grande e completa di tutto! Dotata di terrazza cucina balcone e due camere da letto! Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Nous avons passé un agréable moment a Oliveri : nous avons eu un très bon accueil par le mari de Sandrine qui nous as accompagné a l'appartement et nous a conseillé un bon restaurant pour le soir. Le lagon de Marinello est vraiment un très joli endroit. A voir !

Wir haben 4 Tage in der Unterkunft "Maria" verbracht. Es war einfach toll. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. In der Küche findet man alles was man benötigt. Es gibt vier Katzen und eine Hündin (Torretta). Wir haben unser Herz an jede einzelne verloren. Es gibt einen Poolbereich, wo auch W-lan vorhanden ist. Der Pool wird regelmäßig gesäubert und man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht ist ein Traum! Unser Host war Nicola, ein sehr liebenswerter und aufgeschlossener junger Mann. Er war jederzeit zur Stelle, egal ob Tag oder Nacht. Er hat uns auch viele hilfreich Tipps gegeben. Ihr solltet unbedingt das Restaurant Santa Margherita ausprobieren. An den Wochenenden ist eine Reservierung von Vorteil, da man dann draußen den Ausblick genießen kann. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

We were welcomed by Nicoletta who was lovely. The location is very beautiful and peaceful, apart from a bit of motorway noise in the distance but it was hardly noticeable for us, though might be more noticeable from upper floor apartments. There are a couple of dogs and some cats which were not a big problem but the kittens are very friendly so if you don't want to share the patio with them and aren't happy with them roaming in and out if you leave the door open then we would suggest you ask for an upper floor apartment. The pool is lovely and there is a big sheltered area providing shade and somewhere to sit in the evening. Wifi is only available round the pool and if you are planning to sit there in the evening insect repellent is a wise precaution. We haven't had a problem with mosquitoes in Sicily before but found there were quite a lot this year everywhere, not just at this apartment. The owners supply plug in repellent indoors and the windows have nets so it is only a problem when sitting outside on warm evenings. The nearby Trattoria was amazing, no menu and set cost of 30Euros per person but the food and drink we got for that was great. It might be possible to negotiate a lower price for fewer courses, we only went on our first evening and didn't think to ask in advance. We really liked Patti Marina, in late September it was quiet. It is a low rise sea side resort with very few hotels and a lovely beach, also a very good ice cream parlour and a few shops. Look up supermarket on (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) to find the big one or ask the hosts. Some restaurants were closed but the ones we tried were good. All in all we hope to go again one day.

Nice apartment in a residence with a gorgeous sea view. The private patio and the swimming pool are real assets!

All'arrivo siamo stati accolti da Nicola, che molto gentilmente ci è venuto a prendere sulla strada statale per non farci perdere tempo nel trovare l'appartamento. La casa si trova a 5 minuti dal mare e dal casello autostradale, quindi molto comoda, ma occorre l'automobile. La descrizione della casa corrisponde a quanto descritto. Mattia è stato inoltre molto rapido e utile nel rispondere alle mie varie richieste di informazioni che hanno preceduto il mio arrivo. I ragazzi hanno infine gradito che nel giardino della prorprietà ci fossero vari gattini, tutti molto educati ma socievoli.

We stayed at Casa Torretta for a week during our summer holidays and had a wonderful time. Communication with Mattia, the owner, was really pleasant. He was approachable, responded quickly to emails, and provided useful information. At Casa Torretta, we enjoyed being away from the tourist path. The small town near the house, Patti Marina, was lovely. We enjoyed the beaches just a few minute drive from the Casa. We managed to find one great restaurant nearby in Patti, called Donna Elvira (address: C da Provanzani 8, Patti), which we highly recommend! Unfortunately we found no other great places to eat out, and the person working at Casa Torretta did not have any recommendations either. A few words about the house: it was clean, beautiful, and with an excellent view on the sea. It would have been good to some more things in the kitchen like a cutting knife, a chopping board, a frying pan, washing liquid. One final thing: despite Mattia's directions, it was quite difficult to the find Casa Torretta. Make sure you have a proper map or GPS with you. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Casa Torretta.

Nous avons été accueillis par Martina la cousine de Mattia, qui nous a fourni toutes les bonnes adresses à notre arrivée et était totalement disponible. Le logement était idéal, juché en haut des collines, une magnifique vue sur la mer, et une piscine plus qu'agréable. L'emplacement est idéal, nous en avons profité pour passer 2j sur les îles éoliennes et sommes ensuite revenus nous reposer au bord de la piscine avant de reprendre la route pour l'aéroport. Le lieu est magique, très agréable, encore merci ! On vous le recommande ! Par contre, il faut aimer les animaux car nous étions entourés d'un chien et 4 chats... ^^

Nous avons eu quelques petits stress à notre arrivée (internet), peut être parce que nous étions les premiers "clients" de l'année, mais la famille de Mattia a été assez reactive et cela s'est arrangé dès le lendemain et le séjour s'est finalement déroulé comme prévu. L'endroit est très beau, bien localisé (tout est accessible facilement en voiture), au calme (surtout que nous étions les seuls hôtes), bref allez-y c'est beau et ça en vaut la peine.

Agréable lieu de vacances,idéal pour visiter les iles éoliennes; superbe piscine d'où on peut apprécier la vue sur Patti. maison avec beaucoup de charme avec un superbe parc paysager d'oliviers, très bien entretenu .Nicolas est à notre service tous les jours et parle très bien anglais.

un piccolo appartamento ubicato in una zona tranquilla ma centrale. Molto pulito e accogliente

Tommaso ci ha seguiti per telefono, mettendoci in comunicazione con la referente che ci ha accolti con la massima disponibilità e mettendoci subito a parte dell'accessibilità della città e della funzionalità e fruibilità della casa. Tutto era nuovo ed è stato come inaugurare il bell'appartamento. Ad un tiro di schioppo da una delle spiagge più belle di Sicilia, ci ha permesso di soggiornare in piena comodità. Deliziosa la cura per i dettagli e lo stile della casa. Pensiamo di tornare ancora.

Host preciso e puntuale. Abitazione conforme alla descrizione, dotata di ogni forma di comfort. Ideale per due/quattro persone. Ottima location vicina al mare. Comunicazione precisa e cordiale.

Bellissimo appartamentino a due passi dal mare, indicazioni puntuali e accoglienza ottima

Note positive: appartamento con arredo nuovo e funzionale, vicinissimo al mare, dotato di tutto il necessario. Host gentile e facilmente raggiungibile. Note negative: appartamento con ingresso completamente al buio, ho dovuto usare la torcia del cellulare. Ricavato da un garage, poca luce e poca aria, un po' soffocante e con forte odore di chiuso e muffa, non particolarmente pulito. La doccia è sprovvista di tendina, ad ogni uso si allaga il bagno.

La casa in ottime condizioni tranne le lenzuola che abbiamo cambiato trovandole un paio pulite

La pulizia e la presenza di ogni accessorio per la casa fa la differenza. Pochi passi dalla spiaggia, in zona silenziosa e con posto macchina a due passi. Abbiamo capito subito che potevamo contare sui nostri referenti per qualsiasi cosa ed in qualunque momento, compresi i suggerimenti per dove mangiare del buon pesce. La casa é ubicata nel centro del paese e sia dal terrazzo che dal balcone si può ammirare il santuario di Tindari. L'accoglienza é stata eccellente. Un bel posto dove rilassarsi

Appartamento in centro a pochi passi dal mare. L'appartamento, nonostante l'assenza di aria condizionata, è ben areato e dotato di pale al soffitto in ogni stanza per cui non abbiamo mai sofferto il caldo. Ci sono 2 ampie terrazze da cui si gode della vista del santuario di Tindari. Tutto perfettamente adeguato alle nostre esigenze e Chiara è stata gentilissima e disponibilissima. Spero di tornare presto.

Ottimo contesto, l'host è molto disponibile! Mio figlio ed i suoi amici hanno trascorso una bella vacanza: L'appartamento è più bello dal vivo che nelle foto in annuncio, la sera si dormiva al fresco ed in tranquillità! l'alloggio è molto ventilato sia per la posizione che per le ventole a soffitto, era provvisto di tutto il necessario per godersi le vacanze. sono persone disponibili e gentili, la raccolta rifiuti ad Oliveri è insolita, ma grazie alle indicazioni date ed il foglio illustrativo era tutto molto chiaro! la posizione in centro paese è molto comoda poichè c'è tutto il necessario ed i ragazzi hanno comunque raggiunto il mare in pochi minuti a piedi. hanno anche fatto le escursioni consigliate da Chiara visitando le Eolie, Milazzo e Capo d'Orlando: ne sono stati entusiasti!

Di gran lunga il miglior posto in cui abbiamo soggiornato

Siamo stati accolti da un'amica di Chiara, che ci ha mostrato l'appartamento e ci ha fornito le neccessarie informazioni. L'appartamento è comodo e confortevole, e risponde molto bene alla descrizione pubblicata. Si trova nel centro del paese, ma in posizione molto tranquilla, con una bella vista panoramica. E' fornito di lavatrice e lavastoviglie, ha due comode terrazze in cui si può soggiornare molto piacevolmente, è molto ben aerato e fornito anche di ventole a soffitto, che funzionano benissimo quando fa caldo. E' un appartamento certamente consigliabile, dove quattro persone possono soggiornare comodamente ed in relax.
