Sam you're a great host. Super friendly dude, pleasant, easy to talk to, and made me feel more than welcome at his home. The room is shared which may concern some, but I was more than comfortable here. Place is really easy to find too. If I'm up in the area again, I would be more than willing to stay again.

GREAT hostess/host. Modern studio space, perfect for 1 or 2 persons. Convenient to RT 495 & western Boston suburbs. Commuter rail to downtown Boston within a few miles. One detail is that the AC unit is high on a wall above the bed headboard, accessible only by standing up on the bed. Not an issue, if you are otherwise imber, but since I am an RN, I include this detail to inform any elderly or arthritic guests. Really enjoyed my stay, recommend highly, and hope tp return.

Karen's place was perfect for our stay and she was very accommodating, even bringing a grill upstairs because she knew I enjoy grilling. There was plenty of privacy, space, storage and everything we could possibly need. The bed was extremely comfortable. The neighborhood was very nice and surprisingly active with bikers, walkers and runners which you can view from a short distance on the roof top deck, which was so beautiful and relaxing in the morning for coffee. Highly recommended, we would definitely stay again!

Sven is really great and communicates very well by phone and through the app. The apartment is a great space with a small kitchen, large bathroom, and a comfortable bed. If you are a light sleeper, just be aware that there are some early rising children that you may hear in the morning, but otherwise it is a great space!

This is a very clean small basement apartment with basic living needs. Closet is small since bureau is in it. Bathroom mirror is not above sink, so tough to shave and do makeup. Small active children living above.

Sven's well appointed room is much cleaner and nicer than anything in the area near that price. Comfortable clean and quality work throughout. It is the lower floor of a family home with young children. They are all very nice and the stay was a short but sweet one. Thanks Sven!

Kim (Joan's daughter) communicated very well, which was important because of the short notice of the reservation. The house was well maintained, cozy, and the pool was in good condition. We had a baby with us, and the baby did great. The beds were cozy, and the baby slept without any trouble. The place is very close to the downtown area. I would definitely recommend this place, if you have Acton in your plans.

Joan and Kim were highly responsive and friendly hosts, and the apartment was in a great location for exploring numerous towns in the area - Concord, Maynard, and Acton itself, with the amazing Discovery Place children's museum. For families with older kids or travelers without kids, this is a great place to stay. The two bedrooms are separate from the living area, making it possible for some family members to go to sleep while others stay up. For families with younger (mobile) children, know that there are several collections of fragile plate- and glassware around the apartment. If your kids like taking things off of shelves and playing with them, this may not be the place for you.

Dies ist eine große 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in der unteren Etage eines Hauses, direkt am Rande eines malerischen Sees, eingebettet in einem Pinienwald. Schön. Gut ausgestattet. Die Besitzer sind ansprechbar und sehr schön. Lebensmittelgeschäft, Starbucks, Restaurants 5 Minuten entfernt. Die Einrichtung und Dekoration sind ein wenig veraltet, aber der Preis ist angemessen, und die Aussicht mit Blick auf den See - unbezahlbar! Wir werden wieder kommen.

Sie reagierte sofort auf unsere getextet Kommunikation und besuchte in einer angemessenen Frist zu einem unserer zusätzlichen Bedarf. Sie können die Position mieten, aber es ist der Charakter des Host (s), das einen enormen Geschmack eigenen Erfahrung verleiht. Suzie und Mike haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr lecker. Die andere Hälfte ist die Unterkunft. Getreu den Bildern. Direkt am Wasser. Große, offene Raum, Kingsize-Bett, tolle Ausstattung. Sie können sich direkt an der Terrasse schwimmen. Wir hatten Zugang zu allem vom Kanu, die wir verwendet, um die Hängematte im Freien (mein Punkt), und sie gaben uns sogar eine Fahrt / Tour auf dem Ponton-Boot rund um den Teich. Große Sonnenuntergänge von ihren Außenpicknicktischen. Sie haben sogar ein großes Trampolin, dass ich den Vorteil eines jeden Tages nahm. Ich tue dies nicht leicht sagen, aber nach unserer Einschätzung sind sie der Goldstandard für Airbnb Gastgeber. Da dies unsere erste Airbnb Erfahrung ist, ist meine Sorge, dass ich / wir zu Unrecht die Zukunft bleibt durch die hohe Bank Marke, die Suzie und Mike gesetzt haben beurteilen. Great place in central Mass., close to 495 and major attractions, such as Nashoba Valley Ski Area and Kimball's. Easy to find, but secluded and awesomely quiet. Hosts were super accommodating and provided anything we needed (hair dryer, iron/board). The listing is accurate - the rental space is huge and looks/exits out to a lovely pond. Huge king sized bed was comfy and the kitchen had a Keurig-like coffee maker. We arrived after midnight & had no issues getting settled. Only pitfall was that we had kids along, and there was no cot/air mattress available. We punted & made the gigantic sofa work for our 9 & 11 yo. I would say this place would be a better value if the living room were partitioned to make space for a pull-out sofa or a futon. The trampoline is great, but not for older children. Loved the salt water aquarium, keyboard, toys, and visiting with the twins!!

A beautiful room with a gorgeous bathroom! Located right in Groton village, it was a great location. The host family was extremely friendly and had just the right balance of being accommodating but giving plenty of privacy. The room has a separate entrance, an extremely comfortable bed and I did mention the amazing bathroom?? I highly recommend Justin and this rental!

Perfect location in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Two minutes walking to Donelan's supermarket and 10 minutes drive to Ayer commuter rail station. Jessica is kind. We arrived after 9 pm on the first day, and she waited outside for us.

This was a wonderful place. Very clean and close to restaurants and shops. The bathroom was amazing and the bed very comfortable. Justin was very nice and helpful. It was exactly what we needed.

Wendy was very accommodating to my stay. She has newly started airbnb and getting things up and going, she is very willing to work with your needs and willing to accommodate what you need! The bed was comfortable and I had all I needed for my stay:)

The host, Wendy, is gracious, accommodating, and amiable- everything I remembered about New England charm. She was attentive without being intrusive, and is a wonderful conversationalist. The house is a quaint three-story typical of the area, and the neighborhood is quiet, safe, and close to enough public transit and shopping that you won't feel isolated.

For the price I paid per night I had everything I needed. My room was clean and cozy and the bathroom was also clean. Don't expect it to be a 5 star hotel...that's not what you're paying for and that's not what she's advertising. I had everything I needed and for the majority of the nights I had the whole house to myself. Had trouble plugging in the A/C one night and she was over within 10 minutes to fix the problem. She is very willing to help you out in a timely manner. Great spot for coming to Ma on a business trip.

The listing and photos are accurate, the host had great communication, and there have been plenty of good reviews, but I didn't personally have that great of an experience. I would have much preferred to stay at a hotel and I'm a long-time Airbnb user. I feel that for the money, that the unit should be much higher quality and cleaner than it was. This place is like a cabin in the woods - it's older and rustic, but in more of a run down way. I think they put this together as cheaply as possible, though everything is minimally acceptable, so it's not like they are doing anything "wrong". They do have a house manual, so they have made efforts to make you comfortable and happy. The big negative for me was that there is a strong smell of animals...dogs used to live in here, and they try to cover this with equally strong air freshener and strong fragrance on the sheets and towels. Some people don't seem to be bothered by this, but I was very bothered by it. Due to the Strict cancellation policy, I couldn't leave or I would have. Also, the shower water pressure is very weak and the water smells of sulphur. Since you're next to the forest, there are a lot of bugs outside, so you walk through a swarm to get in the unit, but there are hardly any inside. The general quality of everything is low. On the plus side, you'll get more room than a hotel room, with a full kitchen, W/D, and it's nice to be next to the forest. The Wifi was excellent. For as much as they charge though, I think there should be some serious upgrades. I would expect to pay around 50/night for a place like this. They seem like nice, earnest people, so I feel bad writing this, but it's accurate and fair from my perspective. Again, there have been numerous good reviews, so it could just be me. Won't stay again though, thanks anyway.

This apartment on the main floor of a 2 story house is older, but still offers guests all "the basics". The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge and gas stove, the beds are comfortable, there is laundry in the basement, and a large driveway to park in. A car is a must when staying here! Westford's shopping district is 10 mins away, as are entrances to several major highways linking you with nearby Lowell, Chelmsford, and Tewksbury.

We stayed at Zhenwei's place to be close to my sister and brother-in-law in Chelmsford. It was a ten minute ride, so very convenient. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped for simple cooking, with a coffee pod machine and microwave and stove. It's nice that it's on the first floor of a house -- easy to get our stuff in and a parking place right there. We were Zhenwei's first guests -- the towels and sheets were brand new. The second bedroom is tiny, with a single bed and nothing else but perfectly fine. The main bedroom is a queen sized bed and I would recommend bringing sleeping masks because both rooms are really bright in the morning. Zhenwei was very accommodating and even signed up for cable and WIFI a couple of days before we got there. Overall a lovely place for 3 people with a pull-out couch for extras.

This is a very nice, clean place close to Concord, Massachusetts. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels This place is close to a pleasant forest walking trail. Guests should be aware that the water has an odd odor and one of us felt it would be better to buy drinking water at the supermarket. Also, we hoped to have a work desk space where we could do some work, but there was no work desk that could be easily arranged, especially if the sofa bed is in use. However, on the whole, it worked out fine for us and our hostess was very eager to help.

Das Zimmer ist sehr gemütlich und sehr schön eingerichtet, mit einem großen komfortablen bed.The Küche war sehr schön zu haben, aber bewusst sein, es ist nicht eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Es liegt in einer sehr malerischen Gegend gelegen, nahe der West Concord, einer schönen Stadt New England. Es ist auch bequem zu Rte 2 und ich 95. Ich für eine Woche und jeden Moment genossen.

Es liegt in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft, bis ins Zentrum von Concord ist es nicht weit. Auch während unseres Aufenthalts hat sich Samantha danach erkundigt, ob wir alles haben oder etwas benötigen. Ich kann einen Aufenthalt bei Samantha nur weiterempfehlen.
