“The Eastern Promenade is accessible on foot or by bike via the Portland Trails network which goes around back cove. The Eastern Promenade is home to East End Beach (a rocky beach) and a large park set on a hill overlooking the ocean. A great place to fly kites, picinic or just relax and enjoy the view.”

“NOTE! The location on this recommendation is not correct. Rosemont opened their Falmouth location in February, 2019 at 231 US Route 1. If you turn left out of our driveway and walk/drive up to the traffic light at Route 1. Rosemont Market is on the left side. Fabulous breads, bakery treats, takeout food, great wine selection. Rosemont Markets are a local favorite, and we LOVE having them here in Falmouth now!”

If you are in town on a weekday tables are much easier to come by.”
