With 5 adults the spaciousness of the apartment gave us plenty of room for our own space and the fully equipped kitchen was a gem. The quality linen and fittings made the stay so comfortable. The view to the beach was a pleasure to look at each morning from the lovely sunny deck. The lock up garage and internal lift access was equally appreciated especially by our elderly mother. The location is just so perfect, being walking distance to the beach, marina, cafes and along the Esplanade into the city, yet it is set in a lovely quiet street. We felt so relaxed and at home it was hard to leave! Robert we can't thank you enough and will definitely be recommending your apartment to our friends.

Robert is a very friendly owner. The apartment location is scenic and upscale. Conveniently close proximity to restaurants and with amenities around Dolphin Quay. Nice for holiday and we will close to stay there again when back to Mandurah.

The apartment was beautiful and very cosy for both my daughter and myself and must say the king size bed was to die for. Everything you need in the apartment from washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron and this would have to be the first time that I didn't have to race out and buy a potato peeler, salad bowl etc..Very well equipped apartment. I booked this accommodation for my dear friends from SA. They thoroughly enjoyed their serene peaceful stay. Will definately recommend to interstate visitors in the future.

This is truly a gem we are so happy to discover. I stayed here for 4 nights with my husband and 2 teenage kids (13 year old boy & 15 year old girl). The home is very conveniently located and we had been walking to the supermarket and getting Chinese & Vietnamese takeaways from around the corner, and even walking into town and along the foreshore and all the way to Dolphin Quay. It is beautifully located along a canal and we spotted several dolphins while having a cup of tea and enjoying the view from the balcony. Several breakfasts, lunches and dinners were had on the balcony too. You can also fish and crab along your private jetty. The home itself is spacious and very well stocked with crockeries, cutleries, kitchen appliances, pantry items and even toiletries. The beds and sofas are very comfortable too. Being only an hour away from Perth, this is going to be our 'holiday home' for that quick weekend getaway to unwind, recharge and refresh. This is also a good base to head out to Pinjarra and Dwellingup for day trips. The hosts are very prompt with replying to emails and messages, and adds a lovely touch of welcome with a personalised welcome message board and chocolates upon arrival. We highly recommend this beautiful home-away-from-home. We will definitely be back soon.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The location is perfect and so relaxing sitting on the balcony and enjoying the peace and quiet while overlooking the canals. It has everything you need to have a home away from home experience whilst still being on holiday. Close to shops and all the wonderful things Mandurah has to offer. We absolutely loved our stay her. We were made to feel very welcome on arrival. The view is just beautiful, my hubby did a spot of fishing whilst I just enjoyed the sunshine. The house has everything you need, great kitchen and a few items for your use. We strolled into the centre quite a few times, ideal location. We will definitely be back.

Great house and location. We loved the view from the alfresco area and the fact that the kitchen contained all the gadgets that you would find at your own home. The house was clean and spacious and walking distance from a supermarket and bottle shop...perfect !

Very comfortable place with a great view of the canal which offers your private jetty for fishing or crabbing. Only thing is the sole bathroom can get cold during this time of the year so a portable heater or heating bulbs would be great. My two daughters and I stayed at Falcon Beachfront Apartment for 11 nights in early spring, 2017. The apartment offers everything you could possibly want for a luxurious beach getaway. Idyllic beach location, gracious and welcoming hosts, an immaculate coastal space to enjoy with all the modern conveniences you could need. The attention to detail and thoughtful extras exceeded all expectations. The apartment was meticulously clean and perfectly self-contained. The two bedrooms offer ample space, there is more than enough storage for clothing, luggage and even a couple of scooters in our case. The kitchen offers a well equipped and perfectly functional work space with views out to the ocean, cooking there was certainly no chore! The interior and exterior space flow effortlessly, enhanced by the large glass floor to ceiling windows and doors that draw the breathtaking view right into the living room. On site parking and secure entry made it a hassle free stay. Kelly went over and above to ensure we arrived and settled in comfortably, even waiting up for us well into the early hours of the morning! Kelly and Karl were on hand to offer advice and to answer any questions. My two daughters had a lovely time meeting the family pets, still a hot topic of conversation! I cannot recommend this property highly enough. If you want to wake up to spectacular ocean views from your unbelievably comfortable bed, have all mod cons at your fingertips and enjoy arguably the best location in Falcon, this is by far the best accommodation you'll find in such a special location. Immaculate, well appointed, and beautifully presented apartment. ... and then there's the view. Absolutely spectacular. Our trip was all too brief - we would have happily spent days admiring the view alone. Kelly and Karl were great hosts - definitely bookmarking their place for the future.

The apartment is great very relaxed and private with wonderful ocean views. We had an awesome weekend, everything is close the beach is a quick 1 minute walk and the shops are a very short drive or a 10 minute walk. Lovely spacious and well appointed apartment and we will stay there again.

What a holiday haven! We had the 6 star treatment at this beautiful home. The facilities were outstanding as was the view. We found ourselves not wanting to leave but to relax for hours every day enjoying the apartment and ocean view. It was super quiet and comfortable and very clean. All furniture is of exceptional quality. The hosts missed no details but I don't want to spoil the surprise as it seems they try to tailor the experience to each guest. We have ear marked this holiday haven for future trips.

This was more like booking in to a motel, rather than a private residence. We didn't actually deal with the owner, just with whoever was on the reception desk. They were professional and helpful. The apartment was beautiful, had amazing views onto the marina. We could walk to several restaurants, some were literally just below us. We would love to go back another time, in fine weather, and hopefully see the dolphins which apparently swim right past !! Unfortunately we had wind and rain, but it was still lovely.

Generally clean and great. However, we had the impression that there will be free wifi and the floor of apartment was not stated clearly prior to booking. We were placed directly above the restaurant, which wasn't the quietest.

We saw dolphins Only downsides are the bed is only a double/queen (not king) and its quite noisy at night as it's above a bar that had live music. Plus there was a noisy pipe or something in the room that made noise at every few minutes & gave us bad night sleep on our last night.

This is a great place to stay in Mandurah. The flat is perfect for a couple or a family with 1-2 kids. We are a couple with one kid and stayed for 3 nights. The flat is super clean, fully equipped (except washing machine) and small but functional. The host was very kind to meet us and offered to help if we needed anything. The fridge had the basic staples, there was a ball with fresh fruit and even a painting block with color markers for our 4 year old son. Happy to stay there again and happy to recommend the place to any nice person visiting Mandurah and the beautiful Peel region.

In his welcoming email correspondence Jeff was very helpful and included all the necessary details for us to find our way to the house and to gain entrance. We stayed there during one of Perth's coldest spells, and, coming from Queensland, the central heating was very welcome. The house does tend to be in a cold corner, I'm sure it would be super in summer. The house was spotless and well appointed. Cleaning materials provided were more than ample - super laundry.. Budget Accomodation prices in Mandurah seem to be really exorbitant, this was a great opportunity to stay easily with less cost. Thank you.

The accommodation is very Central to the City Centre, just a short walk away from Foreshore and facilities. We enjoyed our stay and we would consider returning.

Jeff's place in Dudley park is awesome. There is so much of everything; space, kitchen items, seating area in lounge. We were only a couple, but I can totally see how this place would work for a family. Fabulous location to walk to the marina area. Leave the car in the garage and enjoy the surroundings. Comfy bed too.

Jeffs house is perfect for big groups looking for a getaway as it has excellent location. Most rooms are spacious and there is facilities to accommodate for everything you need.

A wonderful place to watch the ocean and relax, walking distance from Mandurah's many restaurants (especially the OBG!). Everything is beautifully presented and compliments the view, which is second to none. We'll be back!

Absolute stunning views from the apartment and we loved the layout of the it. We were two couples sharing the apartment and as the bedrooms (each with their own bathroom and balcony access), are on either side of the living area it ensured everyone's privacy. We thoroughly enjoyed our time just sitting on the balcony watching the world go by, or walking along the beach, or lying around the beautiful pool. Restaurants and cafes are all within a short stroll and it only took us a pleasant 10 to 15 minute stroll to the main shops on Mandurah Terrace. There is nothing I would fault. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it for an extra night. Thanks David for being so flexible. Only wish we could have stayed even longer!

Steve and Jennifer were simply great hosts and very hospitable to us. The house is situated a few hundred metres from the Dome cafe, and the beach and the neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. A great base to explore the surrounds of Mandurah if you have a car. The place is much more spacious than the photos give credit for. My wife and I were delightfully surprised by the chocolates, quality coffee machine and the orange juice and milk in the fridge.

Jennifer and Steve greeted us when we arrived and were very lovely and could not do enough for us. The property was just as all the other reviews stated, bigger than expected. Very tidy and well presented. Great out door entertainment area with a BBQ that was available and we didn't even use it. No issues with the neighbours and you wouldn't have known the hosts were upstairs. We will definitely be going back and recommending their place to all of our friends. Great value for money. Might try the spa next time.

The accommodation we had for four nights at Halls Head was just delightful. The apartment was spacious and overlooked a beautiful garden/courtyard area. The hosts, Jennifer and Steve had thoughtfully provided us with many extras to make our stay more homely and comfortable. The accommodation was in an excellent spot to travel to Mandurah and other destinations in the area. Can highly recommend.

Great apartment. Huge kitchen and living space (bigger than what the photos show). Slightly back from the pool and beach in a separate building to the main seashells apartments. Great deck for entertaining. Main bedroom has aircon. Second has a fan. But third doesn't have anything so got a bit stuffy. Close to cafes which is great. And right above the bottle shop. Sheets and bath towels provided. Need to byo tea towels and beach towels. Would recommend this apartment!!

Pros: The house is very clean and neat. Our stay there is really comfortable. The surrounding is also very beautiful. Needs improvement: The only thing that needs improving is how to get connected to the WIFI and also how to connect the heater. Cons: If too many users of the water heater at the same time, the hot water will run out.

My fiancée and me stayed there for a week. We love this place. Clearly the owner has put a lot of thoughts into making the place as convenient as possible which we think he successfully nail it. Small things like fast wifi, snacks, iron, washer, dryer, anything you name have been fully prepared. When you walk in it does give you a premium feel. We have stayed in many places and also regularly use Airbnb, this place is on top of our recommendation list.

This is a good room that is comfortable and VERY close to the Mandurah foreshore. There were a few issues with cleanliness but John was very good with communication.

Johns place was comfy and clean. The profile picture as mentioned also in another review is a little misleading as we knew that was not the view we would get it does lead you to think the unit is in a higher elevation and closer to water. It is however an easy walk to the main shopping and water attractions.

Ewa and Bill were great hosts and the self-contained apartment was everything we needed. Its quiet just the sounds of nature, very close to walk to the beautiful uncrowded beach. Having our own privat pool and kitchen living space, bedroom and bathroom was relaxing. Everythingis within walking distance, supermarket, shops,restaurants. Ocean sunsets and estuary as well. Ewa and Bill helpted with all things to do in Mandurah and gave us lots of useful tips about cruising and going to see the wild kangaroos, the markets and generally were kind and helpful when we needed them and nothing was too much bother. The pictures of the flat are exactly as it is. We would highly recommend staying there, its perfect to see the local area and as a place tohead off to visit the south west region or up to Perth which is 45 minutes on the train with good regular bus connections close to the apartment.

Falcon Retreat is a beautiful self contained flat, with the benefit of a large outdoor pool in a residential area perfect for exploring Perth and Western Australia. Our hosts were superb hosts and tour guides. The sunset boat trip in Mandurah Bay accompanied by dolphins was followed by our first sighting of the local kangaroos; then a superb day on Rottnest Island seeing Quokkas, (looks a mini kanga crossed with a guinea pig). We visited the Jewel caves, Fremantle, Margaret River (for the best smashed advocado breakfast ever) and the botanic gardens in Perth all within easy driving distance. We would have stayed much longer if possible as there is so much to see and do. We shared a memorable curry with Billy, Ewa and their charming family and will make a point of returning.

Liz's apartment is beautiful. It is exactly as the pictures show and better equipped than any other apartment we have ever rented. We especially liked the fact that there was enough crockery to be able to use the dishwasher. The apartment has the biggest balcony in the block and has a shaded area to escape the sun. The location is excellent with everything within walking distance. We have a nice home ourselves with Harbour views in the British Channel Islands but we are not able to sit out on the balcony in February, in the sun and see dolphins . Magical!
