We had a great christmas in Coogan ,Tom had put up lots of Christmas decorations and really made it special for us

Our host Tom was fantastic. He provided us with his gorgeous home which was a home away from home. The cottage was absolutely divine with everything provided for. Complimentary biscuits, milk, coffee were a lovely touch. Tom was helpful with information about places to visit in the area. Ireland far exceeded our expectations and Tom's beautiful home and hospitality made our trip perfect. Thank you Tom.

Cooga cottage is very cute and quaint! Tom was very welcoming and showed us everything upon arrival. He is just a couple of doors down for any questions! The Wi-Fi in the cottage is top notch and handled all of our electronics nicely. Doon is a very sweet little town/village. We didn't explore it enough, but I would definitely suggest asking about a full Irish breakfast (let them know a day ahead) in the local cafe/market. The garden at the cottage is beautiful too. We hope to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tom's cottage! The home had everything we could possibly need and our host was most accommodating. The yard s gorgeous and peaceful with over twenty different flowers booming all around. We took a short walk into Doon an picked up lunch from Mary O'Brien's shop and later enjoyed a pint at Anna Moore's pub. We took day trips to Bunratty, Cashel, Ennis and Doolin, too name a few. We will definitely be back to Tom's Cooga Cottage!,

Tom was very welcoming, and usually came over in person instead of responding to airbnb messages. He was always available and very helpful whenever there was anything that needed addressing. I stayed at the Cooga Cottage for 32 days, so there were multiple times where his attention was requested, and he was always there.

Tom is a wonderful host! The cottage is lovely and the surrounding gardens are beautiful. Five of us were very comfortable here. The cottage is well stocked...from laundry detergent to toiletries. It was great to be able to do our laundry. Plus, you can hang your clothes on the line to dry (if you'd like, but don't have to as there is a dryer in the cottage)! Tom gave us suggestions for sight-seeing...everyone must see The Rock of Cashel. It remains one of our favorites. The village of Doon is a quick walk from the cottage, which I consider rural. We visited Kelly's Pub every night we were there. The locals were very warm and friendly. The only clarification I would make is that it is not as close to Limerick as we had anticipated, but once we settled in we were delighted with Doon. I would return in a heartbeat.

Tout est prévu dans le cottage pour notre confort : de l'épicerie et les produits sanitaires , du lait dans le réfrigérateur, des herbes aromatiques dans le jardin. Le Jardin, justement est absolument délicieux : bien entretenu, fleuri, accueillant. Comme le cottage : fonctionnel et douillet. Une bonne bibliothèque où nous avons trouvé des cartes routières et des documents sur l'Irlande. Jamais nous n'avons utilisé le GPS pour nous diriger... Le quartier est joli, soigné, avec vue sur la campagne. Il est calme et reposant. Très agréable séjour.

Das Haus von Sally liegt ruhig, zwischen Tipperary und Limerick. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man sich vorstellen kann. Sally hat uns Milch und Saft in den Kühlschrank gestellt. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind großzügig. Alles war sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit Sally war super , sie hat uns sogar kurz vor Abreise noch geschrieben das es Stau hat auf der Autobahn und wir besser früher los sollen. Wir haben das Haus und Irland genossen.

Danke für den herzlichen Empfang (obwohl wir uns etwas verspätet hatten). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem wundervollen Haus und der himmlischen Ruhe.

Sally couldn't have been more helpful in giving us clear directions for the drive to Coolnamona. The house is lovely, a real home from home with every comfort you could think of. It was a perfect base for us to explore the Limerick and Tipperary area and we loved being out in the countryside. The house is set in a very quiet rural location which was perfect for us with two dogs, and with some clear weather we had some spectacular sunsets and evening light on the Galtee Mountains. We arrived late in the evening but Sally made sure she was there for us arriving, and had left us all the essentials for a great breakfast, as well as delicious cupcakes. Every question we had was answered straight away, good advice on where to walk locally - Sally couldn't have been a more considerate host. We hope we can come back again soon and would thoroughly recommend this beautiful house.

La maison est au calme mais proche de beaucoup de lieux très intéressants à visiter. A l'arrivée la maison était plus que nickel : les lits étaient faits, il y avait de quoi manger et même du vin! Elle est plus grande qu'elle n'y parait en photo et tout est meublé avec goût. Nous recommandons chaudement ce logement!

Sally's place was amazing by far the best of all our stays, so well equipped , , absolutely perect. Large home in beautiful countryside and relaxing.

Sally has an absolutely gorgeous house in the Irish countryside. It is brand new and no detail has been missed. If you are a chef, this would be paradise as there is every dish, cookbook, and pot in her house. Sally also made our stay great by providing directions and ideas for how we should spend our time. I HIGHLY recommend Sally and hee house as a place to stay.

Sally was a perfect host! She was there for us anytime we needed assistance. She had lovely bread and butter, milk and tea for us. She gave us directions to the nearest towns and even brought us Irish Soda bread one day! This house is new and beautifully decorated. Sally had the fireplace going for us on arrival and the furniture in both the sitting room and the lounge where beautiful and comfortable. We were two couples and we each had a spacious bathroom and lovely, comfortable bedrooms. The countryside was beautiful. We wish we could have stayed longer. Don't miss the Rock of Cashel or the Cleide cliffs and visitor center!

You cannot stay anywhere else. If you are traveling to Ireland and want the most gorgeous trip of your life this is the place to stay. We didn't actually get to meet Tommy but his brother stayed with us and we were well kept. The house is absolutely beautiful and the surrounding towns and country side are out of this world. The house is huge and absolutely gorgeous. We are moving on to Dublin now but we are sad to be leaving it. We would stay here the rest of our trip in Ireland if we could.

Very quite place with everything you can expect. We stayed at Tommy's home for a one month training and had everything we needed : very good food, nice beds as well as TV and internet ! It is located in a very quite and lovely countryside in Tipperary, near Cashel, Limerick and the Galty Mountains. We strongly recommend this place !

The house is very comfy and exactly as pictured. Although we never met Kathryn, she was very communicative and helpful in all our needs. We booked for new years eve in really short notice and the house was perfectly clean. I would highly recommend and would come back.

Kathryn's house is amazing place for a great vacation in Ireland. The house is very super cozy, cute and has everything you need for a comfortable staying. We could not have hoped for a better, more roomier place. The accommodation was clean & tidy and very comfortable for the whole family. We are a family of 5 and enjoyed staying here very much. We would have no hesitation in recommending this place and would happily return here again on our next visit. The host was also very helpful and responded quickly to our questions.

Great home in a small village close to Limerick. Very clean. Washer only, only dryer are clothes racks. Has lots of hand towels and bath towels, but no face cloths. Great kitchen set up with island and family room. No coffee maker, microwave, or hair dryer. There is a Breville water kettle that is very convenient and a great double convection oven. Wi-Fi is 1st come, 1st served for the month. Lots of movies and a great games table. Would definitely stay again!

This is a wonderful property and the house is lovely. It has many amenities to make staying there very easy and comfortable. Kathryn and Alan are great hosts and will do whatever to make your stay enjoyable. We found the house to be very centrally located for trips to Killarney , Galway, or Cork, though each of those locations requires some travel. We enjoyed our stay here immensely.

A spotless 4BR house just outside Limerick in a quiet neighborhood with a huge yard and gorgeous view. Our stay was perfect for our family of seven. They had a crib, high chair, and a few toys. The kitchen is high-end and fully equipped with everything you'd need to make a good meal. Kathryn was very responsive, and also has a kind and helpful network of neighbors available to help with anything. Highly recommended!

We stayed in 5 different Air BnBs on our trip to the UK and Ireland. Anne was by far the best host that we had. I can not say enough good things about her and her B&B- she was welcoming, warm, and made us feel right at home. Our children enjoyed running around in her beautiful yard and playing with her 3 dogs. There is a small pub right around the corner from the Lodge that is full of people from the community, we had an amazing time there. Although a little away from the city center, this is a B&B that should not be overlooked.

Anne was very hospitable. When we arrived in The Lodge, 3 sweet dogs warmly greeted us. We slept in comfortable beds and at the morning we were fully rested. We had a fantastic irish breakfast, huge and full of taste. The house was very clean and there was a lovely garden that Anne cares with love. We were very happy to meet Anne and to spend the night in her beautiful cottage.

Our stay was everything we hoped it would be, and more. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious and Anne made us feel very much at home. Simply wonderful!

Thank you for a lovely stay. Your home is beautiful and it is in a breathtaking location. My daughter and I loved the view from our bedroom window. Breakfast was delicious. Thank you again for the directions to Glen of Aherlow. We went for a 1 hour hike yesterday morning.

What a magic place to stay. So beautifully looked after by Anne, that it is better than a home away from home. Cup of tea and cake on arrival and made to feel totally at home. Beautiful surrounding to wake up to. A slice of heaven when you wanting some R &R. Would recommend Anne's B&B as a welcome retreat. Thank you for your hospitality.

Anne was very sweet and attentive! We arrived late around 10 PM and she didn't seem to mind, which was great because I was worried showing up so late. She offered us tea or coffee or soon as we arrived and recommended the pub down the road for a pint. The house and rooms were immaculately clean, warm and inviting. She served a full irish breakfast with all the fixings--so much food! We really enjoyed staying here and would absolutely stay here again! The pups were so friendly and cute, I wanted to snuggle them all night long.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und die Gastgeber waren sehr bemüht, dass es uns gut geht. Riahs Mann spricht ein wunderbares Deutsch und hat uns auch direkt unterstützt, was die Bezahlung der Maut für die M 50 angeht. Es gab viele nette Gespräche. Die Lage ist abgeschieden und dadurch sehr ruhig. Wir haben es genossen vor dem Haus zu frühstücken und am Abend den Kamin anzuzünden, wofür wir immer genug Feuerholz bereit lag. Das Cottage ist vollständig eingerichtet und genau wie das ganze Anwesen sehr gepflegt, sauber und mit Liebe gestaltet. Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt und würden das Quartier jederzeit wieder buchen und weiterepfehlen.

Am Tag unserer Ankunft hat Riah sich sofort erkundigt, ob wir gut angekommen sind und wenn wir es nicht sofort finden, können wir sie anrufen. Wir mussten uns dann abholen lassen, aber das war kein Problem. Es war ein sehr herzlicher Empfang und sie haben sofort gesagt, dass wenn was fehlt, sollen wir gleich Bescheid sagen. Sie haben alles ganz in Ruhe erklärt und uns die Unterkunft gezeigt. Es ist eine sehr schöne Unterkunft und mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erreichen. Von da aus kann man viele Orte anfahren. In der Unterkunft gibt es auch viele Broschüren, was man sich anschauen kann. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub dort und wir würden jedes Mal wieder zu ihnen fahren, wenn die Unterkunft frei ist.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und erholsame Woche im gemütlichen Cottage von Riah und ihrer Mutter. Das Cottage ist heimelig mit den kleinen Räumen, dem Kamin und der schönen Ausstattung. Es war alles genauso, wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben und Riah und ihre Mutter waren sehr hilfsbreit, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir wurden sogar mit einem kleinen Gebäck in dem Cottage begrüßt. Rundum also eine tolle Unterkunft!

Very nice and cosy spot that is a bit out from any main town. Car is definitely required. Marie was the one we spoke to, she was very accommodating and gave good advice on nearby places to visit. Bathroom and kitchen is well stocked with utensils and toiletries but no washing machine so bring plenty of socks. Definitely a great spot and highly recommend.

The cottage is lovely and quite clean! I can recommend it as a cute accommodation equipped with a big kitchen in a nice landscape - you just need a car for getting to the hotspots of Ireland. Also Riah is a really kind host, which will help you with everything! Thanks to you Riah for the great time we had in the cottage!

Never in my life did i have such a horroble time .When we arrived she was very rude and ignorant when we later talked she apolagised but tought was traveller as had a van .She informed me on phome she had fridge for food and cooking areas as i on a special diet no such thing a plug in fridge and microwave .She offered us use of cookinf facalities which i tought was no little did i know 2nd last day she demanded €150 for this else we had leave property 10pm she removed myself and pregnant girlfriend as we didn't have €150 to pay .Also there are 25 grey hounds on premies and two small dogs who i wouldm't trust anywhere near kids .Avoid this horrible person at all costs you will have worse experience of your life

Tricky enough to find - (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) maps sent me up a narrow boreen, don't trun left, continue on towards Cullen village. House on road between Oola and Cullen.

Cora's house was spotless, rooms were very big and all services as towels and toilettries were included, the breakfast was also very nice and she offered us more food for the trip. Cora was very polite and she gave us lots of useful information.

Spacious top floor, ideal for our family. Note there are no cooking facilities, but Cora helped with some meals and was super-hospitable! Continental breakfast was ample. Easy access to Tipp and Limerick. Would recommend.

Maureen's house is in a lovely quiet location, easy to find and not too far from Tipperary or Limerick. The room was clean and cosy. We were able to cook our dinner there and Maureen provided a lovely breakfast with fresh eggs. Maureen was quick to respond to any of our questions prior to arriving. We had a great stay and would recommend it.

Maureen's home is in a beautiful location, spotlessly clean and welcoming. Due to work commitments we arrived to Maureens at very inhospitable time, however we were still warmly welcomed, offered refreshments etc. No hesitation at all in recommending Maureens home.

Mooie plek, erg afgelegen, heerlijk als je van de rust houd. Erg vriendelijke mensen die je goed ontvangen. Maureen is een fantastische vrouw met een open houding waar je je gelijk thuis bij voelt.

We spend 14 magical days out with Maureen and Joe. One of the best experience I had. Warm welcome and they take good care of every guest. Location is so beautiful , peace and quiet. People are so nice over there , they treat us like a family member. We really gonna miss this place and will come back one more time in future.

If you are looking for a warm Irish welcome with fantastic hospitality, comfy, clean rooms and a beautiful rural setting, then Maureen's is quite possibly the only place to consider. You will definately not be dissapointed.

The communication was quick, straight and efficient. We were able to find the house only because of Eirecode. The room was clean and prepared for us despite only 3 hour notice. Maureen is working hard to build up her business. The shower flow was excellent and the hot water was in abundance. And the breakfast in the morning was the great surprise. I we are vegetarians, but fruits, cereals and home baked scones satisfied us fully and for long. The house is in 30 min from Cashel but navigation has to be used unless you want to be lost! We had pleasant stay and would be happy to come back!

Lovely place but bit far out from the town of Kinsale.

Breda was a great host and helped us a bit with our itinerary. House is comfortable but rustic and in the country, but close to a few pubs and restaurants. It is very centrally located to do day trips. We visited Limerick, Cliffs of Moher, Bunratty castle, Adare, Blarney and Kinsale and nothing was more than a 90 minute drive.

Auch das Badezimmer ist geräumig und mit einer bodentiefen Dusche ausgestattet. Die Deko ist sehr liebevoll ausgewählt. Der Garten ist sehr groß und lädt zum verweilen ein. Andrew ist ein sehr freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Mensch. Parkmöglichkeiten sind direkt am Haus.

We felt at home in Michael's house. As we were only 3, there was plenty of room. Staying home on a rainy day was no problem at all! The house is a good starting point to explore the area.

Great house and great location. If you want to stay in - there is a great kitchen or you could barbecue on the deck; the shelves hold plenty of books, and the sofas are comfy; there are DVDs to watch. There are birds to watch, swallow nest just above the kitchen window. If you want to go out - there is a great little hike along the river right at your door step. 'Checking in' was really easy: Tom, the manager, greeted us in Newport, guided us to the house, gave us a tour, and left us with some freshly baked scones and home-made raspberry jam. We truly enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I stayed at Michael's place for 4 nights and enjoyed every bit of it! It is close to Limerick city and a short 15-20 minute drive takes you to the outskirts of the city with access to Tesco for groceries and a few restaurants. The place is huge! There was so much room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is secluded and incredibly quiet. The only problem we had with the house was dust on the shelves and furniture. I can understand why it is so. Keeping a secluded house really clean is hard. Tom, the manager was very sweet and was quite accommodating. We checked-in late and he promptly arrived with the keys without a lot of delay. The home-made scones and raspberry jams were delicious! The kitchen is quite well equipped and in-general, the house is very comfortable to stay in. We loved the billiards table and squash room. I'd highly recommend Michael's place and would surely visit again.
