The chef of the group will delight in the fully-equipped kitchen where they can whip up their favorite recipes in the company of their travel companions.
Savor home-cooked meals gathered with friends and family around the 4-person dining room table, or bring your food outside and enjoy the feast while looking out over Rock Creek and the forest that surrounds. For a night of barbecuing, make use of the gas grill on the spacious deck.
After dinner, roast marshmallows for dessert around the outdoor fire pit in the backyard!
Hunt, fish and explore right out the front door of this cabin! Bring your fishing pole and spend your mornings and evenings casting out to the backyard creek for local fish. You'll love walking up and down this creek for sunrises and sunsets!
Bring a tube and enjoy cooling off and splashing around the waters on a warmer day.
If it's the right season and you have a permit, enjoy hunting turkey right on the property. Target shooting is allowed for a maximum of 1 hour per day.
Tent camping spots available for the solar eclipse viewing. Nice mowed grass area to pitch tents with bathroom, kitchen, and laundry on site. Come a day or two before the eclipse and hang out and enjoy the great atmosphere.

we are listing this house for the 2017 total eclipse, the house is under slight renovation but will have plenty of room for our guests. the house is located two blocks from the town square where our local park is located, plenty of yard space and a concrete patio in the back for grilling.
