Bibi's Villa exceeded all of our expectations. Our host was gracious and warm. She communicated consistently with our group, and addressed any concerns or questions that we had with no hesitation. I would absolutely recommend this property to friends and family, and I would consider staying at the property again.

Das Appartment ist sehr empfehlenswert. Schön und ruhig gelegen und unser Betreuer Keith ist ein sehr netter Typ, der uns bei all unseren Fragen weiterhalf und uns Tipps gab. Er zeigte uns am ersten Tag die Strände in der Nähe und kochte sogar mal für uns. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Am ersten Tag sollte man sich gleich ein Auto mieten, da es etwas abgelegen ist und die Insel sehr viel schöne Strände zu bieten hat, die man täglich erkunden kann. Es war einfach toll:-)

Limestone Bay Villa was a delight from start to finish. Keith met us from the ferry and took us on a tour of the island, going above and beyond anything we expected and truly demonstrating his love for and knowledge of Anguilla. The villa easily slept five and was well stocked with everything we needed. Little Bay was truly idyllic and we all intend to return to Anguilla as soon as possible. Thanks for an unforgettable holiday.

Keith was extremely welcoming and gracious. The home was spotless and was a great space for our vacation. We had 5 adults and the space was plenty big enough. You definitely need a car to explore the island however there was a great beach with no one on it about a 5 minute walk from the house. All in all this was a lovely experience and we look forward to coming back :)

The host Keith and his daughter Chantal were amazing! Keith even dropped off fresh, hot "Johnny cakes" and he cooked a delicious fish for us that he had caught that day!! Lovely house, very close walk to a little beach and lots of opportunities for snorkeling, kayaking, and paddleboarding nearby.

The Villa at Limestone Bay was great! Beautiful big house (nicer in person than in the photos). The house is centrally located amongst the best beaches in Anguilla. Ivory helped setup pickup arrangements which were great! Keith was so amazing to us and showed us around the island a bit and was there to help with anything we needed.

I was in a party of six and we all had a blast and didn't even want to leave! The house is much nicer in person and fitting six people is not a hassle at all. It was super spacious and the location was a very short distance away from a small and beautiful beach! Keith was always available and helped us get settled in which was super convienient. My friends and I will most definitely be back here, I'd recommend this villa to absolutely anyone!

Ivory went above and beyond as a host, helping us out with a car rental, and even getting advice from an acquaintance when i was desperate for an answer about visa requirements for US greencard holders. Keith and Chantal were very helpful, although due to other activities we were not able to accept Keith's invitation to go spear fishing! We did take his advice on a great local restaurant to get some tasty, affordable eats. The little beach near the house felt like our own private playground, and our kids loved watching the little fish in the tide pools on the rocks. We were a bit far from Mead's Bay and Maudy's Bay where we had friends and family staying, but we were very happy to have this quiet house to return to each day. It was very roomy for our party of 4 adults and 2 kids. There are extra perks like a grill (which we used), an iron (which we also used), potable water! (friends in resorts had to brush their teeth with bottled water), and a nice-sized yard where we hung a hammock in the shade and our kids went exploring. The kitchen is well-equipped (waffle maker!), and there are lots of linens. Great place!

What i like there most is a direct view to the ocean. Estelle is amazing. Great atmosphere, very kind and friendly person. Every day she advise some new bautifull place to check. Also she recomended best restaurants. The room is nice and clean. She take us to best places for snorkeling. I highly recomend.

Fantastic little cabin on the quiet side of the island. You could hear the ocean every night. Room was clean and comfortable. Estelle is a great host. She provided tons of beach and restaurant recommendations throughout the trip.

Great little place hidden away from crowds and right next to a beautiful quiet beach. Perfect location near the Valley and easy to get to all parts of Anguilla. Estelle is a great host, interesting to talk with and very helpful.

What can I say? Yes, the most enjoyable AirBnB stay I've had. Simple elegance of the sweeping view, relaxed informality, attention to detail, so close to everything. And a host who is both local and international, who radiates her heart and wisdom.

Staying with Estelle in the Mermaid Room was the trip of a lifetime. I highly recommend staying here with her if you are ever in Anguilla. The island is truly breathtaking and magical. The room is perfect and includes a mini fridge, mini toaster oven, and coffee maker. It also has a wonderful shower and bathroom. The room opens to a patio that looks straight onto the bright blue ocean. To one side you can see the beautiful villas and white sand beach and off to the other side is a beautiful cliff view into the water. It's very private and feels homey. Estelle was an excellent host who helped me get directions, pointed out all the great beaches and restaurants, and even shared the most wonderful breakfast with me (she's an amazing chef and mermaid!). In addition to that she showed me the best snorkeling spots and we went on an underwater adventure - mermaid tail included! I can't say enough great things about the room, the host or Anguilla - all are 5 stars and I highly recommend.

The stay at Estelle was great. The location is perfect and there is not a better spot to drink your morning cup of coffee. The room was clean, the shower pressure is good and the beds are nice. Estelle is a good hostess and every evening there is an amazing sunset you can watch from your own garden. Just experience the stay and enjoy the peace and tranquillity that Anguilla has to offer.

Central and quiet, a few minutes by foot from a cute beach, this wellness nest is perfect to enjoy the island Estelle was really nice and available, even she was really busy the time we stayed there. So don't hesitate if you're looking for an affordable place in a great location !

A great house in a great location. We had a fantastic week here and will certainly stay here again in the future. We spent many hours on the balcony looking at the amazing view. The facilities are great and I could not fault it at all. I would highly recommend this property.

I had a wonderful time at the villa, the House was more than we expected. Neighbourhood was quiet and very close to the activities we wanted to attend. The lady (Lavern) taking care of the place was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this listing to everyone. We will be going back.

Rendezvous Bay Beach was fantastic! The Villa was very clean and spacious with beautiful pool. Shashi and Darlene were very helpful and responded with all our needs. We would bring our family back here again so they enjoy Anguilla like we did. FYI being near the Cuisinart Resort didn't hurt for great meals!

In short, we loved it there, and we recommend it warmly to others The place is the pool house of a larger property (the main picture of the house is taken probably from the balcony of that larger house). The owners were gone while we were there, which gave us a lot of privacy during our stay, as the house is otherwise well hidden from the view of neighboring properties, in a very quiet residential neighborhood. We loved the little pool, the views of St Martin, and the dinners on the terrace (beware the mosquitoes, though, like everywhere else on the island) The place is very well appointed, with a lot of attention to detail. We found that it had everything we needed for our stay, and all the things provided were of very good quality. It is very airy, flooded by light, and of the right size for a couple staying there short-term Vanessa is a very attentive host, with an amazing speed of reaction to emails (I think she answered every little one of our inquiries literally within the hour). She knows everything about the island, and she makes very good recommendations. We basically followed her advice for beaches and going out, and had a wonderful time. Yes, the location is not on the beach, and you need a car, but you're 10-20 mins in a car from all the best beaches on the island. And given that this is Anguilla, after all, we found the place to be rather good value for the money

One of the best vacation lodging decisions we've ever made. Vanessa's bungalow with an attached pool is immaculate and adorable. This is perfect for a couple with no children. A complete kitchen gives you the option to cook although with all of the good food on the island - it is tempting not to cook. The grounds are lovely with beautiful flowering trees and palms. Vanessa spent a lot of time helping us with rental car before we arrived and then spent lots of time when we arrived looking over the map and suggesting the best beaches and dining tips. We have nothing but praise for this beautiful place. And we hope to return soon.

Vanessa was very responsive with all communications we had before arriving to Anguilla. She set us up with a car rental company (Andy's - car was rather dated but did the job) and was there to welcome us once we arrived to Marigot harbour. The pool house itself is amazing and well-located if you want to explore Anguilla on your own (car is a must). We had a 1-year old kid with and it all worked out well. Vanessa also provided us with a high chair that was a real lifesaver. Overall, the house is very well equipped allowing you to also cook on your own when you don't feel like eating out. Landry machine was a very nice add-on!

The pool house was the perfect getaway for us. Everything was spotless and well-cared for. The house had everything we needed, AC, comfortable bed, wifi, hot (and cold!) water, and that gorgeous plunge pool just through the doors. The little details were thought about - ice in the freezer, labels on the light switches, etc. I couldn't imagine finding a more perfect vacation home. Vanessa was a great host. We really appreciated her picking us up at the airport as finding the house the first time would have been a bit difficult with that help! Do rent a car though, it would be too hard to get around without one and the house is not directly on the beach (and there are so many beaches to be explored). She gave us EXCELLENT recommendations of places to go and eat, notably, Blanchards Beach Shack, Little Bay and Fish Shack. I'm already daydreaming about going back and staying here again!

The pool house is great! It has three rooms- a kitchen/sitting room, a bedroom, and a large bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook basic meals. The bedroom is comfy. It is all spotlessly clean. Other amenities include air conditioning, an outside deck which has a view of St. Martin, a small swimming pool, and laundry facilities! I will book this spot again for sure, and next time will need only to bring a small carry-on, because of the laundry facilities. The neighborhood is very safe, and the hosts very attentive. I locked the safe one Saturday afternoon without reading the directions, and Vanessa's father-in-law came and opened it for me within a half hour or so. I highly recommend this property. It is an excellent value!

We absolutely loved the Pool House! The location was great, right in the middle of the island and easy to get to everything. The neighborhood is quiet with little traffic, and even though there is a house right next door, the Pool House still feels private. The house is small (maybe 450 square feet?) but the space feels well thought out, everything is where you expect it to be and it doesn't feel cramped. The kitchen is well equipped also; we had everything we needed to cook meals there. We even spent a couple of days just hanging out by the pool at "home" rather than driving to the beach. The pool is about 4 feet deep on one end and 5 1/2 feet deep on the other, great for both standing in and floating on a noodle. Vanessa met us at the ferry and led us to the house, she was readily available if we needed anything, and she was lovely to deal with! We will definitely stay at the Pool House again in the future, it is a great place and a great value in Anguilla!

Vanessa helped us set up a ferry from SXM and provided rental car suggestions. Although she wasn't able to meet us at the port, she made sure her husband was there to greet us and communities well at every step of the process. It's a great location right in the middle of the island. It should be noted that the road leading to the house is very rocky, which we didn't expect on first drive down it at night. But it's totally manangeable, so don't freak out if you arrive after sun down. We felt completely safe the entire time and loved waking up to the beautiful view of St. Maarten in the distance. Vanessa provided a map of the island and a list of her favorite restaurants and activities, which was extremely helpful. Definitely take her advice! I really can't say more about what a pleasure it was coordinating with Vanessa!

My husband and I did not know what to expect since it was our first time using Airbnb. This cottage is absolutely delightful. Everything from the beautiful pool to the clean and so tastefully decorated cottage. Vanessa made the process of renting it so easy and uncomplicated. We highly recommend this place!!!

I moved in Anguilla for 2years and needed a place to stay while searching for apartment. Didnt visit much the island. The house is 2 min walk from a market and easy to access by car.

Nice and clean house in quiet neighbourhood with a beautiful view of the salt pond with lots of space. Communication and check in was top! Only minus: the house gets pretty hot during the day and it cools off quite slowly. The bedroom has an A/C so there it's no problem. We felt like @ home!

The place is very convenient if you have a car. Driving on the left hand was not a problem at all. The house is very calm, well equipped , clean and confortable. The rest is Anguilla with accessible beaches, beatiful and safe. Excellent weather and friendly people. I went to give a course and stayed alone in the house. A large supermarket is at a walking distance. I was accompanied to the house from the airport and lef the keys on a table and shut the door. That simple.

My stay here at Gillian's place was excellent.. The place was just as described. Quiet neighborhood, ease of access, just off the main road. The place was clean and spacious. I'll definitely stay again.

Our hosts made our accommodation headache free. The very clean and new house made relaxing very comfortable. The unencumbered long view from the house to the ocean and St Martin carved out the beautiful landscape of the island. The very quiet surroundings let us hear the crash of waves nearby. My first time in Anguilla could not have gone any better thanks to Janei! She got me suitated with a car right away however almost everything was nearby so I did not need to use it as much. She was also very insightful and knew a lot about the island which came in handy because otherwise I would not have known which beaches are best for snorkeling or where to get the best seafood. Thank you Janei for your hospitality it was superb!

Coming from St. Martin Janei helped me and my friends get to South Winds with a rental car. She also gave us info on nearby hotspots, restaurants and beaches which was dope because we don't really know the island like that so that was a +. I think she should post pictures of the view because we were all amazed to see how close St. Martin was.. Overall it was a great experience. Definitely would recommend for the price!

What an unforgettable experience! Janei was very accommodating and communication was smooth and non problematic. The space was clean and had everything we needed. (Nicer in person than in photos) The beds were very comfortable. The views from the living room were breathtaking. The beach was a 5 minute walk. We will without a doubt stay here again in our future visit.

Janei is a very good host. Anguilla is a beautiful island and the house is 12 minutes driving from Shoal Bay, the most beautiful beach on the island.

This is a great place!! Not to far from any great place. Janei and her family were very accommodating. I would recommend this place to anyone!

The house is nice and spaciously but in need of renovation. Location is a bit off but very peaceful. Walking distance to more than one fantastic beach. Car necessary. The bath tub in the master bedroom can't be used as it's leaking too much. Screen doors broken. Accommodates only 4-6 adults as there's no pull out sofa. Comfortable beds. Tap water is perfectly fine to drink. Enough closets and drawers. Nice garden but no grill. Roosters and dogs making quite a bit of noise, starting at dawn. Kitchen utensils needs to be updated and added to. Janei is a nice warm person, very helpful but we only met her the first day as she then left the island. Suitable for young people in search for a good time, or a family, on tight budget.

The location is great I walked to get groceries just 3minutes away. Janei was excellent she went beyond what any host could or would do for you. No extra charges. South Winds is fairly modern the yard is HUGE can catch a good view from the living room, kitchen had everything we needed for our group of 5 and the air conditioners worked great. Overall 5 stars at a 3 star price. Would definitely return to South Winds.

We had a very good time in Anguilla. The apartment is very spacious with basic furnitures - just enough to be able to cook ! The terrasse has a great view on St Marteen, St Barth and the garden and is close enough to the sea shore to enjoy the sounds of waves. The 3 rooms are very roomy. Bathrooms are clean, as well as the kitchen. Everything was fine !

Perfection in paradise! This was our 1st AirBNB experience and we loved it. Sea Breeze has everything you need in this villa to relax, love and enjoy. Jill has thought of every necessity possible and has put a touch of perfection into everything she has. Sea Breeze has the feel of tranquillity, peace and love with a home feeling to it. Jill keeps in constant communication with you and your needs before your trip even begins. Definitely will share Jill and Sea Breeze with everyone else because this was an awesome experience.

Fully accurate with all her details. Home is simply island living. House is in a quiet and nice neighborhood, minutes away from Shoal Bay (our first love). Everyone is friendly, my husband and I were walking from the grocery store and a stranger simply pulled over, smiled at us and offered us a ride. Try the local street food in The Valley or hit up Best Buy on the far West side of the island for a hot lunch (stewed goat and mac n cheese), check out Meads Bay, mind blowing clear blue turquoise water. Will definitely go again.

My girlfriend and I stayed at Jill's place in June 2017. From when we made the booking, communication with Jill was very friendly and we always got a quick response. I'm part Anguillian, and know from previous trips that the lack of road signs can make navigating tricky. Jill's step by step instructions to find her place, using a combination of landmarks and signs was very handy. The process of getting the keys is also straightforward. Seafeathers is a quiet residential area, but ideally located with nearby access to the Bay, or to the main road that takes you to The Valley, or up to Island Harbour. There are taxis on the island but I'd recommend renting a car to get you around. The villa itself is great. The picture do not do this place enough justice! There is a great covered and shady terrace, with a table a chairs, where we sat to have breakfast and read. There is also a sunnier terrace with two sun loungers with stunning views over the sea of the neighbouring island of St Martin. There is a fully equipped kitchen - pots, pans, plates, cups, glasses, and utensils; and basic cooking ingredients - salt, pepper, and oil. There's lots of comfy seating in the lounge area. All the windows and doors have fly screens so you can keep things from getting in but still enjoy the coastal breeze by having the doors and windows open. There is also a ceiling fan and a portable electric fan to keep things cool. There is also a large smart TV with Netflix and other apps, as well as a DVD player. The bedroom has AC, and the bed was very comfy, which resulted in a good night of sleep every night. There is lots of storage space for your clothes and other items. Jill provides a binder of information about the property, details of local helpers to speak to if there are any issues, and lots of suggestions of places to do and things to do whilst on the island. We both really enjoyed our stay at Jill's place, and highly recommend it for your stay in Anguilla. We plan to stay again whenever we're visiting in the future.

She gave us great recommendations for car rental (Andy's) and it was perfect to get us around the island. Would highly recommend staying at Jill's place and it is one of the best priced places in Anguilla.
