Dave ist ein toller Gastgeber! Sehr hilfsbereit und bemüht, man fühlt sich direkt gut aufgehoben. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und Dave steckt sehr viel Arbeit und Energie in die Renovierung und Unterhaltung. Beim Frühstücksbüffet ist für jeden etwas dabei :-)

Dave warmly welcomed us and we immediately felt at home. He has made his home very clean and comfortable and there is room to watch TV and relax. It was also great to have a private bathroom. He has a large array of snacks and breakfast food.

Dave was really nice and the place was very good as well. The location itself is very centre in the town and next to shopping centre. We actually came to Wales for snowdonia hiking and the place was not too far. it was like 40 mins drive from this place. The breakwas was good as well. Good selection of continental breakfast and we had separate shower and bathroom was well. I would stay again if we come next year for hiking.

This flat was exactly what we needed and our two dogs were allowed with no problems. The flat was private with everything we needed. Their property up the road was also available for laundry, extra storage or wifi if we needed it. The shops were just around the corner and there was easy access to the A55 and Snowdon. It was also quiet at night so we could relax after a busy day. Our communication was with Dave who was very friendly and helpful. He provided us with any information we needed and helped us to feel comfortable during our stay. Would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!

The flat is well located to visit Snowdonia and all the lovely villages and castles around the area. Cathe and Dave were very communicative before our trip and their suggestions about visiting, eating, etc., were very appreciated. The beach, for a nice walk, and the shopping centre are really close. This is a small well equipped flat: shower, one double bed room, plus a cot and a sofa-bed in the living-room/kitchen, everything you could need to cook... To recommend.

Dave and Cath are very nice people! They prepared breakfast and many kinds of cooking tools, and there are also warm tips in the house. We really had a great time. The house is not farm from the train station and the supermarket, which makes it easy to travel around the Northern Wales. Thank you Dave and Cath!!

Dave was really nice and kind, he offered us to stay in a house just next to the booked flat, so we got a super upgrade ! The house was lovely, really comfy, and oh dear, what a breakfast option (plenty of cereals, marmelade, coffee, milk, tea, and Dave even bought some french pastries for us, very kind intention) ! Even tho we stayed only one night, it was simply perfect and very convenient. I would definitely recommend this place !

It was lovely to have a warm and friendly host to greet us. The surroundings were fantastic and made us feel at home instantly! We loved our stay at Caroline's Garden Cottage. It was a perfect base for us to explore the area and was also walking distance to the seaside and shops and cafes. The cottage is beautifully decorated and has everything you need to be able to self cater. The chickens in the garden were an added bonus :)

Catherine came and picked us up and was very friendly - she recommended some great local places. The rooms were great, clean and warm. Plenty of space and enough there for cooking your own meals if you want. Highly recommended!

A lovely homeless little house at the bottom of the garden, with chickens as neighbours (which my 2 year old loved!) Friendly and accommodating hosts, even provided toys for my boy to play with. House has everything you need - including shampoo and proper coffee! Walking distance to a little beach, cafes etc, driving distance to much more. Think we'll stay again!

Hafod Bach was a lovely place to stay - welcoming, comfortable, warm, super nice. Very good for children too. We would definitely like to stay again if we are back in Colwyn bay.

The cottage is like in the pictures, and it was perfectly clean. It's in a nice garden at the back of Catherine's house, where there is also a poultry yard with some hens. The house is an open space with a little bedroom, which have two bunk beds. We spent two wonderful weeks there with our two sons (16 and 12). Catherine and her husband were perfect hosts, kind and helpful. The last day we were mistaken with the leaving date, and she lets us leave later. Thank you Catherine.

Can't recommend this host or property highly enough, fab value for money, great location and clean comfortable accommodation, a real home from home. You won't regret a staying here especially if you have youngsters.

We loved this stay so much we would have liked longer so we could explore the area more. Very clean, tidy and central with easy access to shops which was ideal for our situation. Self catering, friendly hosts, convenient - at such short notice as well. Top stuff!

Spent a weekend at Jess and Julia's cottage with four other friends. There are two bedrooms. One has two single beds and the other has a very comfortable, large double bed and a fold-out single. The cottage had all the things you need to make a comfortable stay (kitchenware etc). Jess and Julian were super friendly and responsive, and as they lived next door, were on hand if we needed help. The cottage is spotlessly clean. It's in a great spot if you need to catch the train or bus. Town is a few minutes walk. Perfect if you want to explore Conwy, Llandudno etc. Thanks for helping us have a great trip guys!

Jess & Julian's place was really close to the promenade where we had a wonderful walk along the ocean to a pub they recommended for lunch. The place was clean, spacious and comfortable. Also close to Conwy and an hour from interesting places in Snowdonia. Overall highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay here last week when we visited zipworld in Wales. So much to do in the area. House is well kept and really clean. Easy to find - just off the motorway. Supermarket located around the corner. Would highly recommend this accommodation. Hope to return here some day.

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker, und Jane war ein toller Gastgeber - freundlich und freundlich, aber auch uns dann. Schönes Haus, wunderbare Lage, convival Gastgeber, ausreichend Parkplätze, Lämmer auf dem Gebiet zu sagen hallo angerannt, ein Pub mit ausgezeichnetem Essen nur ein paar Minuten Fahrt auf der Straße (oder C 15 Minuten zu Fuß.) - Alles in allem, was nicht zu mögen? :) Wird sicherlich wieder benutzen, wenn vorhanden, wenn wir in der Gegend nächsten sind. Das englische Frühstück mit regionalen Zutaten ist jeden Cent der zusätzlichen Kosten wert, nebenbei bemerkt - es war * hervorragend * ...

Ein wunderbarer Ort der Erholung, wenn auch nur für eine Nacht! Jane hat uns nach einer langen Fahrt in der regen und Verkehr sehr willkommen fühlen. Der Raum ist wie beschrieben und die wunderbar eigenwilligen Haus eine Freude zu bleiben in. Frische Eier vom Bauernhof am nächsten Morgen ein Muss.

Jane & Johnny hat uns sehr willkommen fühlen. Das Haus war wunderschön und in einem perfekten Lage für North Wales zu sein, leicht zu erkunden, aber auch sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer, das wir wohnten, war sehr groß und komfortabel. Jane & Johnny zur Verfügung gestellt Frühstück und waren großartig und sehr interessantes Unternehmen und ging darüber hinaus auf unserer Reise reizend zu machen!

Nos alojamos sólo una noche con Jane, pero tenía una estancia muy cómoda. Las camas eran tan cómodas! encantador desayuno con mermelada casera. This is a truly remarkable place to stay. Great room and fabulous hosts. Old Conwyn is a hop away from the touristy spots like Llandudno and Conwy with its own charm and quieter pace. Overall an ace place for a few nights away.

Nicky has a fantastic place and was extremely accommodating and welcoming. Our room was lovely with a large en suite and comfy bed. Upstairs, the church is something to behold so Definatly get Nicky to show you around. The bus stop right outside on the main road meant easy adventuring with some great pubs and restaurants easily accessible. We had a wonderful stay and have been telling friends and family about it all week.

Nicky is very hospitable, so welcoming. great communications & a fantastic house. The location is great, we look forward to a return visit.

To say that this place was better than expected is an understatement. The hosts Nicky and Dan are very accommodating, it felt like visiting family. The house converted from a Church is a remarkable place, the room was cosy, private if we wanted but we were open to spend time in the living room and kitchen, and the stay was unintentionally the best part of our holiday. I couldn't recommend enough!

We had such a fantastic stay with Dave. He is accommodating, friendly, assertive and knowledgable about the area, and hat he doesn't know,me will crack on and get information for you asap. The room is clean, tidy, spacious, bright and the bed is comfy and huge, only thing was the streets lamps were bright and the light shine straight into the bedroom, but that's out of his control really. There were 2 bathrooms and shower was easy to operate. Location was an easy stroll into Colwyn Bay and a cheap, quick train to Conway.

Had another great stay in Colwyn Bay at Dave's. Great to have the desk so I could work. Super generous breakfast which is there for supper too if needed. I would recommend this simple, central, affordable accommodation right by the A55 to anyone looking for a break in North Wales.

We had a great time at Dave's. The place is very clean and nice, excellent location. We had a nice breakfast there. And Dave was very helpful checking us in, explaining everything and even gave us a loyalty card for the local pub, which was so lovely of him. Would definitely recommend!

Dave is super nice and friendly host. The room is large, pretty and clean. All things are accurate with the advertising. We have our own bathroom to use. Dave welcome us with generous breakfast with many choices. The kitchen equipment is all ready and have clear guidances to use. Really happy with my choice to stay at this place! Highly recommend.

Colwyn Bay was a good base for exploring Snowdonia, Conwy and Caernarfon. The room was large and we had our own bathroom down the corridor. A basic self serve breakfast was provided, and we could also make ourselves a simple dinner using the microwave if we wished. Dave was very friendly and gave us a thorough introduction to his place and responded quickly to our emails.

Fantastische und gemütlich! Wir kamen ziemlich spät in der Nacht, aber durch klare Anweisungen und gute Kommunikation, es war kein Problem in die Schlüssel zu bekommen. Sehr sauber und ordentlich. Schutztüren! Puh! Mit einem Kleinkind, waren sie eine Erleichterung. Sehr geräumig, wo meine vier Kinder ihre eigenen Ecken wählen könnten nach einer anstrengenden Snowdon Wanderung, und meine Frau entspannen und ich konnte in der gemütlichen Lounge für einen entspannenden Tasse Tee sitzen. Diese Wohnung hat alles, was Sie brauchen oder sogar wollen. DVD, Bücher, Spielzeug, 2 Minuten zum Strand laufen, fahren 15 Minuten zu den Seilbahnen, Rodeln und Pier. Loved it! Total!

Robyns Wohnung war sehr schön, sehr geräumig und schön und sauber. Alles, was versprochen wurde zur Verfügung gestellt und Kinderspielzeug mit, Hochstuhl, Treppen Tore usw. war sehr hilfreich für uns. Robyn war leicht erreichbar und sehr heplful, obwohl sie war, dass Wochenende und wir hatten keine Probleme in die Wohnung zu bekommen. Perfekte Lage für die Küste von Nordwales zu erkunden. Das Meer ist praktisch vor der Haustür und Verkehrsverbindungen groß.

Fabelhaft. Wir würden nie zuvor Rhos auf Meer gewesen und dachte es nur ein perfekter Ort für gehende Plätze wäre (was es sich). Allerdings haben Rhos einen großen Reiz ganz eigenen bekommen, was sehr schön ist. Am späten Abend geht rund um die Bucht ganz magisch sind und sie dann auf das italienische Restaurant behandeln. Das freundliche Mädchen, das unten lebt, ist eine Mine von lokalem Wissen und großen an die richtigen Stellen zu empfehlen gehen und zu essen (und wo zu vermeiden). Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und fanden sie ernsthaft in dem Makler an unserem letzten Tag suchen.

Robyn war freundlich und einfach zu kommunizieren mit kurzfristig. Die Wohnung war geräumig und günstig, nur wenig Minuten zu Fuß in Rho entfernt. Parkplatz dauert ein bisschen Rangieren war aber kein Problem für uns nur ein Auto. Insgesamt! Wir waren mit diesem Verleih sehr glücklich.

Die Wohnung war so viel größer als wir erwartet hatten. Sehr sauber, hell und luftig. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Robyns! Sehr empfehlenswert.

First of all, Glenys' hospitality as host is first-rate and she made my partner and I felt right at home during our stay. I would have given the place a 5-star rating on that alone but her friendliness was complemented with an amazingly cozy house. The house was very clean and well-maintained. I would also point out that she has a really nice bathroom and the shower is very strong which really helps after a long day of mountain walking. It is also quite convenient in terms of its location from Colwyn Bay (the closest town) which is about 10-15 minutes drive away. Would definitely come back to stay with her and I strongly recommend this listing to singles and couples looking to visit North Wales/Snowdon.

I booked Glenys' double room again for my Dad and step-mum and they had a wonderful time! Glenys' place is beautiful, inside and out and she once again went out of her way to ensure my dad and his wife had a comfortable stay. I am reliably told that the bed is very comfortable too! Splendid place. Room was comfortable. Bathroom was updated and clean. I little tricky to find in the dark, would recommend arriving during the day. Glenys provides very good communication and made us a tasty breakfast one morning. Would stay again.

From the first communication it was clear that Glenys is a most caring and most kind host. From clear detailed instructions of how to get to Ty Newydd to the warm welcome, she instantly made us feel at home. The house is immaculate and in beautiful peaceful spot. Glenys is a wonderful hostess. She made us feel welcome and part of the family right from the start. She and her partner have a gracious ease sharing their space with guests, and being with a Welsh speaking couple really enhanced our experience of Wales. Glenys generously shared food, conversation and ideas of area attractions. The room and bathroom were immaculate and clean. We had a very peaceful stay.

We stayed at Glenys' lovely home for the weekend. We both truly enjoyed our stay. It's a lovely, very clean, extremely welcoming house, with amazing views and beautiful surroundings. Helen, was away when we were to arrive, bit she had made arrangements for us come with wonderful welcome. The host were really helpful in guiding us through the places around to see. They simply made us at home like we were there childrens. Would like to come back and stay for more than a day.

Helen and Dilwyn are great hosts. Their hospitality is second to none. They were in constant contact with us even before we showed up. Sending us direction to the house and advising us of speed limits in the area. They treat us more so as a close friends rather than someone who just rent a space in their house. The facilities are as per listed in airbnb. The bed is very comfortable. The washroom is superb. Heated flooring just elevate our satisfaction staying there. Overall, it has been the right pick for us to be at Helen and Dilwyn place. If we ever come to Conwy, will sure stay again at their place.

We had a wonderful time with Dilwyn and Helen at there amazingly lovely property. They are gem of a person and outstandingly affectionate host. They made our stay felt like home away from home. Wonderful 'new' hosts who are very good at making you feel a welcome friend rather than just another guest. We established a lovely rapport very quickly and after a perfect cup of tea and some Welsh cakes in their lovely sunny garden, we talked for hours before I got to sleep in one of the most comfortable beds ever. Breakfast was a delightful and tasty start into my morning and both Helen and Dilwyn made sure I had everything I could possibly want for. Thanks for having me.

After being rained on for three hours on our motorbike we arrived completely soaked, cold and looking forward to dry clothes and a cuppa. Both Helen and Dilwyn warmly welcomed us with coffee and lovely welsh cakes. They helped us to get our clothes dry and really looked after us during our stay, giving tips about local sights and directions. The house is beautiful in a lovely neighborhood and very close to Colwyn bay, Llandudno and Snowdonia. The room is great, warm and nicely decorated, with a basket of fine toiletries and fresh fruits in the room. The bed is super comfy. And the breakfast, wow just excellent. This was our first time to try air bnb. From the start to the end simply 'Perfect'. Helen and Dilwyn have been the perfect hosts. I stayed along with my wife and our three months old baby girl for a night to spend a weekend in North Wales. From a lovely message in Hindi at the entrance to an amazing bedroom to stay everything was top notch; and to top it off Helen arranged a Moses basket for our baby girl :). The best part was our baby girl loved both of them and we all enjoyed their company. If we ever come to North Wales again, we will definitely be staying at Helen and Dilwyn's house.

Doomed' solace was lovely, and the bed was comfy. Check in was a breeze and we were able to park our car with no problem. The house was spotless and beautiful

Daniel and Sioned were great hosts. Very friendly and their house is huge! Bed very comfy and a real bonus to have an en-suite bathroom. Its a five minute drive to the seafront and less to a local park. We would definitely recommend this rental and if we are visiting in the future would be happy to stay here again.

Location is really good to some of the better areas to visit. 4-5min drive to local shops Aldi ect. If D&S are not fully booked and your dates are available book fast you will not be disappointed.

Lovely, comfortable and VERY clean house, big ensuite. Breakfast included. Lots of helpful information about local are in the room re: good pubs, food, taxi numbers, etc.

Sioned & Daniels home is so beautiful, welcoming and just an absolute pleasure to be in. The hosts are very helpful, easy going and lovely. The location is great. A perfect place to stay!

Sioned and Daniel's place is lovely, so comfortable and very clean! It is very close to Colwyn bay and only 20 minutes from Llandudno or Cowny. There are plenty of parking spaces in the street next to their house, which is always a plus! Sioned and Daniel are very friendly. I would absolutely recommend this place if you're planning a trip to North Wales.

We stayed one night at Sioned and Daniel's house, but unfortunately didn't get to meet them this time. We were greeted by 2 very friendly cats . The spacious house is absolutely immaculate, beautifully decorated , we had a comfortable bed and excellent en suite facilities. Toast, jams and cereal were kindly left out for us in the kitchen. We could park outside , the house is in a quiet residential area and the garden is also stunning. Congratulations Sioned and Daniel, I don't know how you do it, with teaching jobs as well! we had a fantastic short stay at Ty Gwyn we were visiting friends and attending a conference in Llandudno, the flat is easy to find if you have a satnav. parking is good and the hosts were very welcoming and helpful. the flat was spotlessly clean as were the gardens and parking area. the best bit is the fantastic sea view from the rear of the property. we took our bikes and found lots of places to cycle and plenty of good places to eat. overall very good value for money and would stay again if in the area.

Nous avons eu beau temps dans Ty Gwyn. Susan était très accueillant et serviable. L'appartement était impeccable, bien équipée et une vue sur la mer. L'emplacement était idéal car il était à quelques minutes en voiture de la plupart des endroits.

Deux nuits en Rhos famille en visite. Susan nous a fait sentir très bien accueillis inc,. notre cocker. Appartement était bien meublée, lumineuse et avait une vue fantastique sur la côte. souhaite juste qu'il avait été un peu plus chaud pour que nous puissions nous sommes assis dans la garde. Nous y retournerons sûrement la prochaine fois que nous visitons.

we are very glad we picked this place and location.. the flat was beautiful, spacious, fully and very nicely furnished.. kitchen was well equiped too.. and the view.... you can see the sea from the apartmen, just amazing.. twe only met the host - Susan the last day because of our busy schedule but she was very kind and welcoming.. we arrived late at night and she arranged everything for us to easily find the place which we appreciated.. all in all a great stay..

We stopped over on a trip from London to Dublin, but we are so pleased we did stop over as we have found a little gem of a place and definitely hope to return in the not to distant future! The place was immaculate and Susan was extremely helpful. A few eating out tips....try the Alpine Cafe in Betws-Y-Coed and Tram-Fish-Chips in Llandudno!
