A beautiful, well appointed stable conversion. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and had every amenity necessary for a really comfortable stay. The enclosed courtyard was perfect for our small dog. The property is ideally situated in a quiet hamlet with lots of local walks and great for exploring the Cotswolds and Stratford areas without having to travel too far. Steve and Alison have put in a lot of effort to make sure their guests enjoy their stay and are happy to give advice about the locality if needed. We will definitely stay again if we find ourselves in this lovely part of the country again. Perfect Airbnb hosts!

This property is beautiful, it's well designed to make it spacious, everything is finished to an excellent standard and it has a real homely feel to it. The location is quiet however close enough to everything. The owners are friendly and very helpful and go out of their way to ensure your stay is hassle free and relaxing. We will definitely be going back.

The Stables is an beautifully and stylishly done out place to stay. The location is very peaceful, and Steve and his wife are wonderful hosts - they even left us a bottle of wine as a welcome! The place itself has everything you would need even if you didn't want to leave the house - the Sky TV and the broadband were excellent touches. We really enjoyed cycling down to the Fleece Inn pub nearby as well. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

James was a wonderful host from the get go and I was made to feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The annex had been recently built and offered modern comfortable living with just the right amount of privacy. James also went above and beyond to provide additional amenities to make our stay more enjoyable. The surrounding area was also easily accessible (two good pubs within walking distance) and the beautiful Cotswold hills just a short easy drive away. Thank you again for a wonderful trip we couldn't recommend staying with you enough.

James's place is clean, fresh, wonderfully catered for and very comfortable. James was a very accommodating guest who was amenable, flexible and helpful. The only downside of the property is the bath and washroom facilities which lack a little privacy, but james has helped this to the best of his ability by putting up a moveable screen. The views nearby were lovely, there is a great selection of books, lots of kitchen equipment and an Apple TV on the property. I have advised james should I ever be in the area again I wouldn't hesitate to rebook!

Lovely private annex in a peaceful location. The annex is well equipped, clean and with the bonus of space to park. James was really helpful providing great instructions to find the property and even left some breakfast food in the kitchen! Wifi worked well too, would definitely stay again.

Great place, looks better in real life than the photos and James is a friendly but not intrusive host. If you need to stay in the Evesham area this is an excellent choice, quiet location, comfortable accommodation and very good value.

Wir können es sehr empfehlen, diesen Ort.

David war ein fantastischer Gastgeber, von der Zeit, die wir gebucht er war sehr zuvorkommend. Bei der Ankunft begrüßte er uns, zeigte uns und erklärte, wie alles funktioniert. Er bot auch Tipps für Restaurants zu geben / nehmen die Dinge aways etc. zu tun, wenn erforderlich. Eine schöne Balance zwischen freundlich und informativ ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Die Auflistung ist ganz richtig, in der Tat vielleicht ist es die Eigenschaft undersells. Retreat Ratty ist sehr gut ausgestattet, und als David ist relativ neu zu Hosting er ist sehr offen für jedes Feedback. Ratty Rückzug ist nicht weit vom Fluss und alles, was, sowie mit vielen Restaurants und Imbissbuden zu Fuß zu erreichen bietet. Der breitere Bereich ist hervorragend zu den Cotswolds vor der Haustür.

David begrüßte mein Freund und ich am Gartentor und er war so einladend und freundlich. Er gab uns eine kalte Limonade und Milch für Tees. Wir waren rund um den Rückzug zeigte und es war sogar noch besser, als es auf den Fotos schien! Das Bett war so bequem, und die Inneneinrichtung war sehr schön. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder übernachten, wenn die Cotswolds zu besuchen und wünschen nur ich für eine weitere Nacht bleiben können, aber mein Freund musste wieder nach Hause kommen. Es ist ein toller Ort zum Übernachten für eine Theateraufführung in Stratford-Upon-Avon zu beobachten, wie das ist, was wir getan haben und es ist nur 25 Minuten ins Theater fahren, so dass es in einer perfekten Lage ist. Vielen Dank David, ich will Ratty Rückzug jedem empfehlen, der in der Gegend bleiben.

The house is beautiful, nicely decorated and very comfortable. There were 3 adults and 3 children and we are very happy. We had such a wonderful stay at the Old Mill studio. It was everything we were looking for: quiet, cozy, romantic, well-equipped and rural. Communication with Elizabeth and her husband was easy and they made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The space itself is even more beautiful in person and so romantic. It was quiet and the bed was SO comfortable. We couldn't have had a better stay. I would recommend driving there and exploring Broadway village which is about a 5 minute drive away and parking outside was very easy. Thank you for a great stay.

What a gem! The Old Mill Studio was amazing. Elizabeth met us and showed us around, although she had left detailed instructions how to get in if she wasn't available. The studio was even better than the photos, beautifully presented and all of the things were of a very high quality. There was even a supply of books to read, DVDs to watch and games to play. The outside area was lovely and we enjoyed sitting out I. The sun. The village is lovely, so peaceful and the village pub had a lovely dining area, I side and out and the food was delicious. We walked into Braodway and it did only take 25 mins. We had a super time and will definitely go back.

Fantastic studio in a lovely peaceful location, the studio was well equipped and beautifully decorated, would love to have stayed longer. Mike was very friendly, we didn't get chance to meet Elizabeth as we were out visiting family. The garden of the mill was beautiful and if you have time would be a lovely place to spend time in. Overall a great studio in a fab location, easy reach of Evesham, pretty places to visit, recommend broadway, chipping campden and stow on the wild, will definitely recommend and return.

Elizabeth was a great host and the apartment was lovely. Really clean and practical as well ideally located to venture out into the Cotswolds and explore. The apartment was secluded and quiet. All aspects of the apartment was easy to use thanks to Elizabeth's guide that was provided. This was also full of insider tips about the locality. I would recommend a stay in the Old Mill Studio!

All previous superlatives are spot on. The studio was a perfect respite for my husband and me after many days of moving around too much. So peaceful, beautiful, and private, with just the right amount of space. The patio garden was a bonus. Elizabeth and Mike are very friendly and helpful. We thought we'd be exploring further afield in the Cotswolds during our stay, but instead enjoyed staying local and keeping a slow pace. Loved the Broadway Tower hike. Ich war froh, dass er bereit war, Zeit zu haben, mit mir zu sprechen, wenn ich reden möchte. Das Frühstück war auch wunderbar. Er hat typisch englisches Frühstück gekocht. Speck, Ei, Tomate ..... Ich denke, dass er immer versucht hat, seinen Gast glücklich zu machen. Sein Haus ist ein perfekter Ort. Es ist leicht, mit vielen Auto zu erreichen. Ich habe auch genossen zu Fuß auf den Hügel in der Nähe von seinem Haus am nächsten Morgen. Ich konnte eine tolle Aussicht vom Hügel sehen.

Location, location, location - yes it's a cliché, but it needs it. Right in the heart of Broadway, but on the first floor above the hustle and bustle and giving a great view for people watching. You'll need to be confident on slightly awkward steps up to the door. Smart, contemporary accommodation with everything you need - even a protracted stay if you're lucky enough. Budgens supermarket is below you, though you won't know it, making it super-convenient. Guy is a prompt and good communicator. Parking, for anyone in Broadway, is a pain.

This is such a fantastic place to stay for a break in the Cotswolds. The loft is beautifully equipped with modern furnishings and was spotlessly clean. Guy was really helpful with clear communication prior to check in. The location is quiet yet it's easy to get to the local shops and restaurants and brilliant walks from the doorstep.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt von zwei Nächten in diesem Hotel. Die Lage ist großartig. Es ist malerisch und abgelegen und ruhig. es ist nur zwei Meilen zu Chipping Campden so ein großartiger Ort für den Ausstieg und über die schönen Städte und Dörfer in dem Cotswolds fährt auf die lange Privatstraße fühlt man sich wie in der Mitte von Nirgendwo noch ist. Wir nahmen unsere Tochter, die 10 Monate alt und ein Hund ist und nur gut mit dem Raum verkraftet. einen DVD-Player und Auswahl von Filmen zu haben, war eine nette Geste. Würde diese Eigenschaft für jeden empfehlen, der einen schönen erholsamen Aufenthalt in einer schönen Lage will.

Schöner Platz

Diese Wohnung ist ein großer Wert und wir fanden es, wie beschrieben. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und angenehm. Besondere Erwähnung geht an den Betten, die besonders komfortabel war. Der Raum ist gut gestaltet seine relative Kompaktheit gegeben. Die Einstellung der Auflistung ist idyllisch wie in der Werbung mit Spaß geht in alle Richtungen - Fasane, Füchse, Pferde, Schafe und Kühe vor der Haustür. Der einzige Fehler, erwähnenswert war, dass ich meinen eigener Fön und der Wi-Fi recht träge war zu packen. Ganz ehrlich angesichts der Lage bin ich nicht sicher, dass ein guter Wi-Fi ist fair zu erwarten. Zum Ausgleich it out, sind die Sterne erstaunlich ohne Umgebungslicht nehmen weg von ihrer Schönheit. Würde gerne zurück.

Rupert klingelte sogar am Abend vor unserem Aufenthalt! Würde nicht zögern, wieder hier zu bleiben - fantastischen Airbnb!

Wir hatten ein erholsames Wochenende den Blick auf den Garten und den Teich zu genießen, aber auch gewagt mit niedlichen unabhängigen Geschäften in die nahen gelegenen Hauptstraße aus. War perfekt für spät christmas shopping! Wir gingen auch zu einem nahen gelegenen öffentlichen Fußweg (im Willkommenspaket in der Wohnung empfohlen), wo es eine tolle Aussicht war, Tierwelt, Bäche, rollte Felder-wirklich schön. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier und hoffen, bald wiederkommen! Ruhig, friedlich und so viel in der Umgebung zu sehen. Besonders liebte die schöne Küche! Sehr empfehlenswert.

Lorna und Rupert waren liebenswürdige Gastgeber und so hilfreich bei uns begrüßen und Richtungen und Empfehlungen zum Einkaufen, site seeing bietet und im Restaurant zu essen. Das Haus war leicht, hell und sehr sauber, und eingebettet in einer wunderschönen Lage, eine perfekte Basis, um die Cotswolds zu erkunden.

June is an extremely welcoming hostess but not at all intrusive. We were very grateful for the supplies such as bread, milk etc and toiletries which meant we didn't need to bring much with us. We stayed at Lola's cottage with our 6 week old baby, it was ideal being a detached cottage so we didn't feel we were disturbing anyone. Wifi and TV/DVD selection are also nice touches and the cottage is well stocked. Broadway is a lovely town ideal for browsing shops and access to many picturesque footpaths. Will hopefully return and have already recommended to friends and family.

We were delighted with the cottage. It was clean,comfortable and well equipped. The outlook is open fields,and it is located just a few minutes walk from the picturesque village. June is a warm and friendly hostess,and we highly recommend this listing.

Abbiamo avuto un fantastico soggiorno in una casa di Lola. Giugno è stato un padrone di casa, molto accogliente. Lei ci aveva lasciato alcuni pane, latte, uova e burro che è stato molto apprezzato. Il cottage è molto pulito e confortevole, ideale per una vacanza in Cotswolds splendidi.

Lola's Cottage is a sweet little gem and we enjoyed our stay. June is lovely and ensured we had everything we needed and was very easy to get ahold of if/when we needed. The cottage was very clean and comfortable and all kitchen appliances are there for cooking. We highly recommend it.

June was a great host - very accommodating to our late hour arrival on a Friday, put the heating on for us! She's also left us some essentials like bread/milk/butter which was very kind. Cottage is immaculate and very cute. Location is perfect - 10 mins walk into the centre of Broadway, very quiet and peaceful. Lovely bit of outdoor space too if the sun comes out! Would highly recommend. Compared to the hotels in Broadway you get much more here and it's stunning value!

The Quart is a lovely place to stay for a short break in our favourite part of the Cotswolds. The hosts are so welcoming, with lovely homely touches and local knowledge, all helping to make the stay very memorable . The kitchen is very well equipped and a good mattress on the double bed. Easy parking, lovely private outdoor space, and a 5 minute drive to Chipping Campden - or 2-mile walk!

We had a perfect weekend stay at The Quart. Sarah met us on arrival, and showed us how everything worked. The handbook inside the cottage contained useful information about the surrounding area. The cottage is very well equipped and comfortable - Sarah has clearly thought of everything! We went to the Seagrave Arms, just down the road, for an evening meal, and it was lovely. A little on the pricey side perhaps, but the quality was very good. There are loads of options in the nearby towns and villages.

Staying at Sarah and Sim's beautiful cottage is something that we definitely recommended. It is beautiful, historical, has everything you would need, including amazing hosts. Sarah and Sim are both so knowledgeable and kind, and both have such a witty sense of humour! We would go back in a heartbeat.

What a wonderful little place. Quiet, cozy and comfortable with everything you need, including a great selection of DVDs, which came it handy as the weather was so awful! Sarah and her husband were very welcoming and accommodating - they even let us arrive early as they had no booking the night before, which was much appreciated. We'd definitely recommend the Quart and would be delighted to stay again

We have had a wonderful relaxing time at Mary's home. Broadway has long been a firm favourite getaway place for us but staying with Mary makes it even more enjoyable. This wonderful couple make fantastic hosts going above and beyond in all aspects. The photos on the website really don't do this beautiful home or room justice and it makes amazing value for money. Bed is super comfy and both bedroom and ensuite extremely clean and welcoming with loads of added extra bits included. Hope we can return soon :)

In all honesty, Mary's home is one of the most loveliest place I've ever seen. A big cottage, tastefully furnished, everything is organised and tidy, in the heart of Broadway. Our room was just so neat, fully and carefully equipped with basically everything to serve the guests' comfort. The breakfast in the morning was rich and delightful, in the beautiful conservatory that was just gorgeous in the morning sunshine. We even had some of Mary's excellent homemade cranberry crumbles. All in all, we just felt that we were spoilt by the hospitality and the warm welcome.

Mary and David were fantastic hosts, going out of their way to help us anyway they could. The house and room are very spacious, modern and cosy and the vibe is super relaxed. Lots of privacy as well. Couldn't have asked for anything better, really. Nice breakfast. Totally recommend staying here! We didn't have a car but Broadway is lovely and was a great base for exploring the area, with plently of stunning walks on the Cotswold Way to be done (to Chipping Campden, Snowshill, Stanton, Etc). Mary and David: thanks again for everything!

Really good house, I like the decoration and the room very much. The position is also quiet but close to the footpath.

Mary was a great host to us from start to finish. Booking was easy and directions were straightforward. She was very helpful and gave us directions for our walk and made sure we had fresh milk and cold water in our room. The house is located in walking distance to the high street as well as entry to Cotswald Way which was exactly what we needed. The room was very well decorated and bright and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I slept better than I do at home! The bathroom was spotless and filled with any hygiene product you could ever need. Breakfast was great as well with fresh fruit, cereal and bread with lots of homemade jams. We had a great stay and would recommend!

Helen und George waren tolle Gastgeber. Sie waren steht's hilfsbereit und haben einen mit Tipps und Wegbeschreibungen weitergeholfen. Das Gasthaus ist sehr ruhig gelegen in mitten von saftigen Schafweiden ein gutes Stück von der Hauptstraße entfernt. Das Gästezimmer im ersten Stock ist klein und funktionell gehalten. Das Bett schmal aber bequem. Im Badezimmer gegenüber auf dem Gang gibt es eine Dusche oder eine Badewanne zur Auswahl. Die großzügige Küche wurde mir zur Mitbenutzung angeboten. Zum Zentrum von Evesham ist es nicht sehr weit zu fahren. Hier gibt's einen Lidl und einige Essens Möglichkeit. Alles in allem eine prima Location um ein paar Tage zu übernachten.

This is a great place! It isn't too far off the beaten track but is peaceful (as well as good value). The bed is very comfortable and there is a relaxed, friendly and fun atmosphere.

Das Zimmer war genauso hell, freundlich und sauber wie auf dem Bild. Unser Gastgeber konnte unsere individuellen Wünsche jederzeit erfüllen. Beispielsweise war ein gut gefüllter Obstteller zum Frühstück keim Problem. Auch bei der Planung unserer Tagesausflüge ( Wanderungen usw.) war Mark außerordentlich hilfsbereit. Als großer Vorteil für uns stellte sich sein Dorfladen/ Café im Erdgeschoss heraus. Bezeichnend für die Unterkunft waren "Hausregeln", die fast alle mit " Feel free to use....", anfingen!

Had a great stay here, zoe made us feel very welcome and her place makes for an excellent base camp for anyone wanting to explore or experience the local area - make sure you try the excellent breakfast option.

Space was amazing. Private bedroom, sitting and bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Zoe and her partner were very helpful during my short stay. Nicest place I stayed at during my trip in England.

Zoe was an excellent host, and we had a wonderful time in her cute and lovely home. Special mention for tasteful interior decorations and an extremely lavish breakfast - highly recommend. The place was the perfect location for our trip around the Cotswolds.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Zoe and Mark. What a great team they are. We were only there one night but would have loved to stay longer. It was so nice to stay in a little working village.
