Many outdoor activities, with skating, icefishing & snowmobiling in winter & paddle boarding, kayaking, etc in the summer, plus endless amazing sunsets. This adorable rustic one bedroom cabin features a functional open floor plan that feels surprisingly spacious and comfortable for up to four guests. This unique loft is located in the heart of downtown Edmonton, close to Rogers Place, Grant MacEwan, UofA, River Valley, farmers market, LRT & restaurants galore. The Loft features an open concept with high ceilings, curved architectural design giving you the perfect view of downtown. Custom kitchen, Sauna, GYM, A/C, Spa like en-suite with walk in shower & soaker tub. Further elements include a king and queen bed, in suite laundry, UG parking (small cars & SUVs), Coffee Maker, Fireplace etc.

At Hillwinds House, it’s all about taking a moment to disconnect from your busy life and reconnect with nature. We are excited to share our Alberta landscape with its beautiful sky, empty fields, and close up nature details. The 5 acres are filled with wildflowers, look closely and take a moment to enjoy.

This is the primary rental suite at the Dragonfly Inn. The loft suite is a fully independent legal suite with its own entrance, kitchen, laundry, heating, bedroom and TV room. The suite has its own heating and cooling systems. The loft suite can comfortably sleep 4 adults. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and queen sofa bed in the TV room. Twin bed's can also be set up for kid(s) instead of the sofa bed (max 200lbs). We also have pack and play for toddlers.
