Situated 2 miles from the pretty, historic town of Emsworth, it's a short walk to the seafront and the beautiful Chichester harbour, known for its unspoilt coastal landscape and a haven for local wildlife. The area is perfect for walking, boating, cycling and sightseeing. Chichester, Portsmouth, and Goodwood are nearby as well as the award winning beaches of West Witterings.

Perfect for amazing cycle rides & walks. King size bed & sofabed perfect for 2 adults and 1 or 2 children or 3 adults. There is free parking to the front of the main house and a short walk to the property. A private shed for storing your bikes as well as body boards, bucket & spades & beach chairs are available for guest

The Stables offers a high quality comfortable and unique retreat in the New Forest. It has rustic charm with country modern facilities and is situated in a peaceful rural lane which leads directly onto the forest. It is very near to the coast and the bustling Georgian market town of Lymington where you can also find the Isle of Wight ferry terminal ( 30 mins crossing ) or charter a yacht and sail yourself. Otherwise enjoy a ramble from your door across the forest but watch out for donkeys !

The Beach House, West Wittering Beach. An airy, bright home, shares a garden with the main house, sitting directly on the beach. A perfect getaway, an hour and a half from London. It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. Open-plan fully-equipped new kitchen, big comfortable sofa, TV/Wifi, separate shower room. Super king double bed, plus 2 single beds on large mezzanine floor with a sea view.

Cosy Self Catering Annex 1 Bedroom

⛴️ 0.4 miles from the ferry, Castle Copse Annexe is a lovely compact modern self catering property situated in a quiet housing estate and named after the small copse, a few minutes walk away. Walk through the copse, and it will lead you to the town centre, where you will find shops, cafe's, pharmacies, and supermarkets. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach & crossing to Cowes. The annexe is only suitable for a max of 2 persons and unsuitable for small children due to the stairs, & sofa layout.

Situated in East Cowes. The house was part of the Osborne estate so we are situated right next to Osborne House, also a 2 minute drive or 20 minute walk from East Cowes Red Funnel. We are also on a main bus route to Newport or Ryde. There is private access & your own parking space. CCTV on driveway.

The annexe has been newly decorated and comes with private parking. The property provides easy access to surrounding areas such as Lee-on-Solent and Portsmouth and is ideally situated for walkers being on the England Coastal path and close to the South Downs Way. Cosy self contained studio next to, but separate to our family home located on the outskirts of Newport. 20 minute walk to the town centre and local amenities. 10 minute walk to the historic Carisbrooke castle and beautiful walks in the surrounding area. We are on a bus route. Private access to the property and free on street parking. Studio 114 offers a double bedroom, bathroom, kettle, toaster, microwave and mini fridge, TV, free Wi-Fi and small patio space with table and chairs.

Cottage anglais du 16iè siècle, tout rénové avec accès sur un grand jardin fleuri. Notre maison est sur le même terrain donc nous aurons le jardin en commun. Nous sommes à moins de 5 kilomètres de la mer. Notre petit cottage est une excellente base pour visiter la New Forest et ses chevaux en liberté à l'ouest (à 30 minutes), Portsmouth et ses bateaux historiques à l'est (à 20 minutes), ou Winchester, l'ancienne capitale d'Angleterre au nord (à 25 min).
