With a cosy loft bedroom in the main house, a romantic wood burning stove, a guest cabin located on the property and an outdoor hot tub, full kitchen surrounded by vaulted redwoods. It has everything to make your forrest retreat perfect. It's close to downtown Guerneville and many beautiful local attractions, nature trails and renown vineyards. It also has a big comfy couch and great Entertainment Center for those rainy days!

Take it easy at this unique, modern, cottage w/ a hot tub located on the banks of the Russian River in historic Duncans Mills. The soulful dwelling is mid-century modern style w/ expansive decks, lush gardens, outdoor space & a serene, yet hip, interior including a cozy living room, modern kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The lay out is two separated bed/bath units- offering complete privacy for 2 couples or parents w/ kids! Float the river, soak in the hot tub or just relax. Pets OK- $50 fee

BEFORE BOOKING: Be aware that the cozy second bedroom is not attached to the house, it is accessed through the main bedroom and a just few steps across the deck. Our house sits atop the hill in Jenner and offers views of the Russian River just before it meets the Pacific. Surrounded by 4 acres and neighboring the Wildlands Conservancy, the property is calm, quiet, and a great place to take in the beauty of the Sonoma Coast.
