The soulful dwelling is mid-century modern style w/ expansive decks, lush gardens, outdoor space & a serene, yet hip, interior including a cozy living room, modern kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The lay out is two separated bed/bath units- offering complete privacy for 2 couples or parents w/ kids! Float the river, soak in the hot tub or just relax. Pets OK- $50 fee

The Henhouse

The Henhouse is like a tiny resort. Tiny cabin amongst the giant redwoods. one acre of Deep forest, quiet, Hot tub tucked into the forest, Koi pond, water sounds, romantic and cozy yet so very private. The Apartment is small, so cozy and cute, 300 sq ft, low ceilings, 6 ft 1”. surrounded by 300 square foot decking. Open pattern bedroom, kitchen with additional small bedroom. Russian River is a short drive, 30 min walk or hike down the hill. Two level cabin with manager in upstairs cabin.

This bold, eclectic 2000 sqft cabin provides a unique bohemian experience and a spacious calm retreat, ideal for multiple couples or families. The Black Sheep is nestled among the redwoods and perfectly situated for the Russian River (4min), wine tasting (8min), restaurants (10min), and the Armstrong Redwoods preserve. After a day spent floating on the river or tasting some of the best wines in the world, soak in the hot tub, BBQ, or watch a movie/karaoke/play games on the 12ft movie screen!

The Cazadero Cabin with Sauna and Wood Stove

the Cabin is a perfect place to spend cheerful hours while listening to the crackling fire in the wood stove and the rain drumming a beat on the roof. delightful, comfortable and romantic; bright, airy but cozy, the cabin is the perfect place for two. the new fire pit and a Finnish sauna are only 2 spots out of many opportunities at the Cabin. the interior is updated and renovated and expresses a scandinavian sensibility culminating in an efficient and minimalistic design.

Costs vary based on availability. Luxury estate loft in Gracianna Winery's vineyard on Westside Road's Miracle Mile of Pinot Noir in Healdsburg includes equipped kitchen with new gas Wolf Range. Pick up breakfast needs before arriving. Vineyard machines may work overnight with lights & disruptive noises, especially during the summer and harvest is in late August early Sept. There are over 40 wineries nearby, many with award-winning wines that you can only experience locally. Share a bottle on the front deck, as you watch the sunset over Mt. Konocti.

Private Cabin (w/ hot tub & sauna) close to river

The River House is far enough from the main road to be quiet and serene but is still just walking distance from the Russian River where you can float/swim all day. The house has incredibly fast wifi as well as an electric car charging port. The neighborhood has a tennis court, Pee Wee golf course, community playground, and the house is walking distance from the Rio Nido Roadhouse which offers incredible food, drinks, and live music.

Giant Redwood Guesthouse

Private cozy guest unit nestled under towering Giant Redwood and Fir trees, the Sonoma coast is 20 minutes to the west and world class wineries and microbreweries start 5 minutes to the east. Enjoy the Redwood deck with dedicated guest area, bbq fireplace, and hot tub. The hosts Jason and Kim were superhosts until Covid stopped all short term rentals last year, we are just opening back up for guests in July 2021.
