There’s the convenience of a separate utility room including a washing machine. The master is a double, the second bedroom has bunk beds. There’s a powerful shower in the bathroom. Parking on the large driveway, and access to a patio space just outside of the living/dining area. as well as a pod point for electric vehicles, for an additional fee.

The Farmhouse B&B

A stylish self contained studio apartment with plenty of private off road parking, in the beautiful village of Coleorton. With open plan kitchen and living area equipped to cater for up to 4 guests. There is one king size bed and a double sofa bed. If you require the sofa bed for one night ONLY please supply your own bedding/towels for it. More than one night sofa bed bedding/towels will be provided. With idyllic countryside surroundings, this new build is perfect for either business or leisure.

The Old Stable, a secluded annex in Langar

A relaxing place to stay in the Vale of Belvoir for up to four guests. With country walks and great village pubs in the surrounding area and close proximity to Langar Hall Hotel. The Old Stable is attached to the main house but has it’s own entrance via a shared courtyard. It is a two bedroom home with ample parking available. We are within 15 minutes of The Engine Yard at Belvoir Castle and within 30 minutes from Melton Mowbray, Grantham and Nottingham. A perfect location for any getaway.

There is a Jack and Jill bathroom with shower which can be locked off and you can request a second bathroom with bath upon booking. The Garden Room is a separate contemporary building in the garden of our family home in a quiet residential street close to the centre of popular West Bridgford.Beds can be set up as 2 singles or zipped together to make a super king.Ensuite with power shower. Basic kitchen area with fridge/ kettle/ toaster. Trent Bridge Cricket Ground is a 20min walk or buses are only 200m away for access to Nottingham. Private access from the main house. Easy on street parking.Smart TV/ WiFi

This unique accommodation has a style all of its own. The property is situated within the owners grounds. It has a studio apartment style with classic country charm. It looks out onto its own patio in a shared garden. Suitable for a night's stop over or a few days away. We also offer access to an indoor heated swimming pool which is adjacent to the main house. However this is subject to availability.

Elen's Modern Annex in Nottingham

Located just outside of Nottingham City Centre, our Modern Annex is an unique private space with own access to and from the building , completely separated from the main house , comprising a cosy bedroom , a small lounge with sofa bed, a basic kitchenette area and a shower room . The double French patio doors of the sitting room open up straight on to the charming landscaping garden.

Our newly built, light and spacious holiday home consists of an open plan fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area that goes through to the master bedroom. A beautiful bathroom forms an on-suite, adjacent to the bedroom. There is a wardrobe with extra pillows, coat hangers, a washing basket and a safe for your belongings.
