Your stay will be in a second story, renovated 1880 New England apartment, situated on a quiet dirt road across from the bubbling Stinson Brook. There is nearby hiking, rock climbing, biking and walking - winter skiing and snow mobile access nearby. The Village Country store is a short walk away where you can find great food and locally made crafts. The Quincy Bog is a wonderful local 1.2 mile hiking area that’s awesome!

It is well stocked with everything you could need to enjoy your getaway and all that the area has to offer. Private sitting room, bedroom and full bath, separated from main house. 5-minute walk to Plymouth State University. Close to Waterville Valley, Loon, and other ski resorts. Also close to lakes and hiking trails. Bedroom has a king size bed and reclining chair. Sitting room has a daybed with a trundle bed underneath. The sitting room also has a table with four chairs, a mini fridge, microwave oven, and Kreurig coffee maker. Plates, cups, silverware are also provided. Parking for three cars.

Barn Door Hostel - Campground

Our campground is located on a beautiful open field, shared with other campers. There are 14 communal fire pits and picnic tables, 3 composting toilets, as well as 3 portalets and a swimming hole in the brook alongside the property. We also have potable water at our brand new well house on the field. Tents/car camping is ideal. This campground is not designed for pop-ups/RVs.
