Situated at beginning of peninsula Verudela in Pula itself makes our little house even more attractive for a simple reason that this location and neighborhood is perfect. Offering a lot of restaurants, markets, very close to beaches and only 1,5 km from city center with tight bus connections, and despite this, our little house is in very quiet neighborhood. Robert and Vesna runs this place, and we are happy persons whose goal is your satisfaction. Our little house is ready for 2 + 1 persons, close to swimming pool which is free for use for all guests. Bedding, towels, kitchen utensils ... everything is included in the price. The nearest beach is only 400 m from Villa Carla. 17 km of beautiful beaches in the area, monuments and rich culture of the city, old town, and the amphitheater from the Roman era are just an additional guarantee that your vacation will be extraordinary. Simply, it has to be seen. And we are here to help you through every step in discovering the beauty of our city. What can you expect from our neighborhood? Well, there is a lot of restaurants and bars. You can rent bicycles, mopeds, cars, boats, etc. scuba diving, sports field, tennis, mini golf, wind surfing, and even boat that pulls the parachute, rides a small plane Boat trips: Venice, Islands Brijuni , Mali Losinj and Silba Road trip: Wine Road (wine tasting). Night life: a terrace with live music at Verudela and Golden Rock, disco, ... Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

Galeria Cornelia- Istrian House / Heated POOL

You will step into a heart of Istria for a moment. The accommodation consists of two smaller houses, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a pool house with an additional sleeping gallery for two and one more bathroom. Accommodation capacity is up to 6 people and ideal for 4 people, for a family, two couples or friends. Heated pool. One house has two bedrooms with a capacity for two people each, bathroom, living room and kitchen. The second house has one more kitchen, a bathroom and a sleeping gallery.

Soline Bungalov

Bungalov is located in a quiet neighborhood in the Park Forest Soline in Pjescana Uvala, located about 5 km from the center of Pula. There is 900 meters of macadam (because there can't be asphalt in park forest) that leeds to the house, so it is good to come with a car. 20m2 bungalov with one bed for two, little kitchen, bathroom and a beautiful garden with a BBQ and outdoors seating area. 300 meters to the first beach. Nice, peace and quiet. Come to us and let the birds wake you up :-)

Quiet and sweet house Vrsar (garden +parking)

Our tiny house is self-standing(26m2). House is positioned in the green recreational area next to bike and jogging trail just 450 meter from beautiful natural attraction Lim Fjord or just 1 km from Vrsar marine and public beach. It has private parking, open terrace, grill and nice garden(500m2) with olive trees. Garden and house have plethora of sun during the whole day. It's equipped with kitchenette, washing machine, linen and towels, WIFI, TV and air conditioning.

Kućica se nalazi samo 400 m od predivne šljunčane plaže i samo 500 m od centra Fažane. Sastoji se od spavaćeg dijela s blagovaonicom i kompletno opremljenom kuhinjom i podnim grijanjem, kupaonice s tušem i podnim grijanjem, prostorom za veš mašinu. U dnevnom dijelu je kauč na razvlačenje. Klimatizacija, podno grijanje, wifi, sat tv, parking su osigurani i uključeni u cijenu.

Detached stone house Mate for 2 persons. It has one sleeping room, kitchen, toalet and, a balcony. It's an ideal escape from the city, also perfect for recreational athletes. There is a possibility of storing sport equipment. Rovinj village is located near city of Rovinj and it's a few minutes away by car. In the village it's the best to do everything by walk.
