Das Apartment befindet sich am Anfang the Straße "Centener", einer der exklusivsten Wohngegenden in Rovinj. Das Haus teilt sich in ein 2 Zimmer Apartment auf, welches sich im ersten Stock befindet. Die Wohnung besitzt ein Doppelbett, (im Schlafzimmer) und eine Schlafcouch für zwei Personen. Der Wohnbereich gliedert sich in Wohn/Schlafzimmer und der Küche mit Esstisch. Die Küche ist vollausgestattet. Badezimmer besteht aus Dusche und Toilette. Gleich neben dem Eingang befindet sich eine Sonnendurchflutete Terrasse, welche tagsüber zum Sonnenbaden oder Frühstücken und Abends zum Abkühlen einlädt. Zum Haus gehört ein riesiger Garten mit einem der größten Steintische von ganz Istrien. In den warmen Sommermonaten lädt dies zu einen gemütlichen Grill ein, (Equipment findet man ebenfalls im Haus). Gleich um die Ecke: 5 Minuten Spaziergang zu zwei Supermärkten. 15 Min. Spaziergang ins Stadtzentrum, oder zum nächstgelegenen Strand Kuvi. Weitere 5 bis 10 Minuten zu exzellenten Restaurants. We fell in love with Rovinj and decided to buy an apartment here in the old town. We just finished renovating it and are over the moon with the result. We are sure you will love your stay in our spacious old town apartment located right in the old town in proximity of everything. You will be happy to know the main parking area is just a 5 minutes walk from the apt. The fish and farmer's market are right in front while the main square is just 100m away. The location is just perfect.
