Das Apartment befindet sich am Anfang the Straße "Centener", einer der exklusivsten Wohngegenden in Rovinj. Das Haus teilt sich in ein 2 Zimmer Apartment auf, welches sich im ersten Stock befindet. Die Wohnung besitzt ein Doppelbett, (im Schlafzimmer) und eine Schlafcouch für zwei Personen. Der Wohnbereich gliedert sich in Wohn/Schlafzimmer und der Küche mit Esstisch. Die Küche ist vollausgestattet. Badezimmer besteht aus Dusche und Toilette. Gleich neben dem Eingang befindet sich eine Sonnendurchflutete Terrasse, welche tagsüber zum Sonnenbaden oder Frühstücken und Abends zum Abkühlen einlädt. Zum Haus gehört ein riesiger Garten mit einem der größten Steintische von ganz Istrien. In den warmen Sommermonaten lädt dies zu einen gemütlichen Grill ein, (Equipment findet man ebenfalls im Haus). Gleich um die Ecke: 5 Minuten Spaziergang zu zwei Supermärkten. 15 Min. Spaziergang ins Stadtzentrum, oder zum nächstgelegenen Strand Kuvi. Weitere 5 bis 10 Minuten zu exzellenten Restaurants. Our studio apartment 2+1 is located on the 2nd floor of our family house and provides a free parking. It consists of a big bright room with a king size bed,an additional bed, a full equipped kitchen with dinning-space, a private bathroom and a beautiful balcony which overlooks the roofs of Rovinj and has an amazing sea-view. The apartment has free WiFi, TV and AC. Our house is in a safe neighbourhood, the city centre is a 5min walk and you reach the nearest beach on foot in 10min or 3min by car.
