Studio is brand new, fully renovated and equipped with new and quality furniture. Special attention was paid to the comfort of the bed. The kitchen contains everything you need, and all devices are new and quality. The bathroom is comfort and light created for relaxation time. Our new studio was carefully designed to make every guest feel comfortable and cozy.

The suite is located on the first floor of a venetian renaissance palazzo built in 1580 and called Palazzo Basilisco - one of the finest examples of renaissance architecture in the city. The suite was carefully designed to fit a small entrance with a bathroom, and a room facing the square and Montalbano street. The high wooden ceilings, the carefully carved stone windows, the green shades and the view of the square will get you back to the venetian times. FREE PRIVATE PARKING AT 5 MINS WALK.

We fell in love with Rovinj and decided to buy an apartment here in the old town. We just finished renovating it and are over the moon with the result. We are sure you will love your stay in our spacious old town apartment located right in the old town in proximity of everything. You will be happy to know the main parking area is just a 5 minutes walk from the apt. The fish and farmer's market are right in front while the main square is just 100m away. The Apartment Carducci is situated in the very center of Rovinj. The accomodation consists of 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The living room and bedrooms are air-conditioned(cooling-heating). This winter(2018) we put double pane windows and balcony door to improove the insulation and reduce noise from the street.

It consists of a large garden with private parking, kitchenette and living room, bathroom with shower on the ground floor and on the first floor 2 bedrooms and bathroom with tub and a big terrace with gazebo.In the garden you can use the grill.
