This newly remodeled 2 story 2 bedroom (bedrooms are downstairs, basement level), 2 bath luxury vacation unit fits your needs perfectly-it is just a short walk to the resort (or take the free bus) but away from the busy base area. Facing south the condo is flooded with sunshine and exposed to wonderful down valley views. And, sorry, the booking guest MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD.....

*Spacious* Condo on Bus Line

1020 sq. ft., two bedroom, two bathroom ground floor condo right on the bus line. There are FREE city buses that come every 15 minutes 6am-2am during the ski season and 6am-11pm spring/summer/fall. Ski area is a 5 minute ride (you can even see the ski hill from the kitchen windows.), city center 12 minutes and grocery store about 7 minutes. Our stop is called Deer Creek/Walton Creek (stop 115). We cannot accommodate early check-in.

Ski in/ski out under the gondola!

Situated directly under the gondola, this unit is ski in/ski out and ready for adventure all year long. Private parking lot, hot tub and newly updated interior make this an easy way to access your favorite Colorado mountain. Kick back when you arrive, and enjoy the entire space and amazing access. In the morning, look up to see if the gondola is running, and grab your skis or bike if it is!
