Maison bretonne au calme

Au calme, à la campagne, maison spacieuse située à 5mn du centre-ville de Pont-Scorff. Parfois vous avez les vaches comme voisines, souvent le chant des oiseaux au petit matin.... De Pont-Scorff vous rayonnerez sur toute la Bretagne sud (de Vannes à Quimper) Lorient à 15mn avec la cité de la voile et les départs pour l'île de Groix. Plages et station balnéaire à 20/25 mn: Larmor-Plage, Guidel, Ploemeur.. Dégustation d'huîtres du Belon ou d'Etel.. Voici un petit aperçu des activités locales..

Célestine, jolie petite maison de poupée de 30 m². Entièrement rénovée en 2018, vous offre un véritable havre de paix, située au cœur du village, à côté de la chaumière Elisa. Vous serez accueillis dans un environnement déconnecté du tumulte du monde, où chaque détail est pensé pour vous offrir une parenthèse authentique et ressourçante dans un écrin de verdure avec comme compagnons de jeux, les oiseaux, papillons... En 2025, l'organisme certificateur nous a renouvelé le classement 3 étoiles.

Family gite in peaceful area.

We are a few minutes by car from the village of Pedernec where there is a bar/restaurant& boulangerie. Begard is five minutes by car with an Intermarche supermarket. We are surrounded by farmland but close to the N12 and D767 so exploring Cotes d’Armour is easy. Within half an hour drive there are so many beautiful beaches, villages, towns and chateaux. Many restaurants serving locally produced food. Enjoy walking or cycling in the area. Path behind the gite goes to top of Menez Bre.

Cozy 2 bedroom cottage with outdoor space/parking

2 bedroom and 2 bathroom cottage in a peaceful and rural area but close enough to get to Rostrenen and Carhaix as well as other villages including Glomel. There is a garden area with seating and a fire pit. Private parking is available on site. There is also the use of a communal large garden which is also used by the owner who lives next door to the cottage. The area has a lake with a beach and is close to the Brest to Nantes canal. Area is good for fishing, walks and cycling.

Serge and Barbara welcome you to their renovated and fully equipped guesthouse, situated in a tranquil location but just a short walk from the village shops, very close to the GR34 hiking path, the beach and the cliffs of Plouha and within easy reach of the ports and beaches of the Goëlo coast. Your pets are also welcome. We regret that we are unable to accept bookings made on behalf of a third party: the person who makes the booking must be part of the group being hosted.

Ideal if you prefer tranquility, the cottage is adjoining the owner’s house with independent access and private parking.

La maison de 70 m² indépendante dispose de 2 étages avec au rez de chaussée, une spacieuse pièce à vivre donnant sur 2 terrasses extérieures sans vis à vis. Hors-saison, le poêle à bois est très apprécié, au retour de ballades de bord de mer (toute proche). Le parking est privatif et au plus près de la maison.

Wood is available for the logburner at additional cost.

Cette petite maison de pêcheur est idéale pour découvrir une partie de la Bretagne, depuis Trégastel au Fort La Latte sans oublier les charmes de l'intérieur, les Landes de Liscuis, Bon Repos, les Monts d'Arrée... Vous serez au calme, à l'abri des regards et à quelques mètres à pied du bourg,de la plage et du GR 34. Etables est nichée entre Saint-Quay-Portrieux et Binic.
