We have good wifi and many people work from here while on Vacation. Our parking lot is gated and locked every night. We are 60 feet from the water on the famous surfing beach at K38. We are a short walk from several (7) different places to eat and drink, including a microbrewery (Sin Fronteras) that has live music on the weekends. Within a 5 minute drive or less from us you have amazing selection of places to eat and drink.
