Enjoy the beautiful Phoenix weather on a private balcony at this airy and light-filled guesthouse in the heart of Phoenix's quaint historic district. Featuring granite countertops, exposed beams and peek views of downtown, enjoy walking to nearby restaurants, coffee shops, sporting and cultural venues and the light rail station.

IMPORTANT: The unit has a full but unconventional kitchen. Due to City Code we were unable to install a range. Instead, the apartment features portable induction cook tops (a total of five burners) and a counter top Oster french door oven. Inquire for more details.

Two guys living the dream in downtown Phoenix! Aaron works for a nonprofit and Jean-Luc is a doctor with his own practice. We love traveling, wine and eating good food! 5 reasons why we love where we live: 1. Walk-ability. Nobody walks in Phoenix- except for those of us who live downtown. It's great! 2. Our neighbors. They're the best! 3. Pizza. Phoenix is constantly rated one of the best Pizza cities in the country. From our house you can walk (or light rail) to at least 4 of the best in the city: Cibo, Pomo, Forno 301 and the much talked about Pizzeria Bianco. 4. Sports. We're close to the D-backs and Suns and in the middle of the city so getting to any spring training game is super easy. 5. Culture. Think Arizona doesn't have any? Wrong are you! The Phoenix Theater (great musicals!), the Herberger (awesome small plays), Symphony Hall (home to the Phoenix Symphony, Arizona Opera and the Ballet), the Art Museum, the Heard Museum, the Comerica Theater, the Orpheum Theater, Roosevelt Row arts district and the Nash (one of the country's best Jazz clubs) are ALL within a short walk or light rail ride of our place.
