You will be able to sit in the terrace with sea view and country view, enjoy a coffee or a cold drink whilst watching the sun rise or sun set. The apartment faces southwest and has direct sunlight all day long. The apartment is larger than most other apartments (approx. 120 m2) and is very well located on a hill in a quiet area, yet close to the village centre. It has a lovely layout, segregated and spacious rooms. The apartment forms part of a block of just 6 apartments. It comprises a kitchen/dining room, a main bedroom, another bedroom with two single beds, a separate sitting room, a bathroom with shower and large terrace with table and chairs. Guests can also use the roof for laundry purposes. There is also internet/Wi-Fi service plus cable TV/radio which are free of charge. The apartment is self catering with a fully stocked kitchen, gas oven and hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, iron, washing machine, linen and towels all provided for a most comfortable stay. A gas heater can be provided upon request during winter at an extra charge of Euro 20 per week payable at location. An Environment Fee of Euro 0.50 cents per adult person per night is paid on location. This is a Government Tax. Free parking is available in front of the apartment.
