This is my third flat I have on Airbnb. Everything is brand new inside the apartment as seen in the pictures. The good thing about this flat is that it has the kitchen separate from the room. The apartment is located on 3rd floor and it has 2 big windows. The building is very quiet as are very few apartments in the building. There is an elevator in the building too.

Die Unterkunft
One big room with separate kitchen. The ceiling is very high and the apartment is very bright due to 2 big windows. There is one building in the front of the building but is far and as is from the administration there is people inside only until 4pm and nobody during the weekend. The apartment is fully furnished and it has a washing machine too.

Central Nice, 5 min walk from the train station Nice ville, 15 minutes walk to sea. Very easy to get to the airport, 30 minutes journey with the bus 99 that comes at the train station. As well 5min walk to the main street, jean médecin with its shops and restaurants.
