Our spacious mid-nineteenth family house, set in a beautiful park, evokes bygone times and values. It is located in Le Reveremont — a little-know region of the Jura with fine vineyards and villages.
Set within a listed site of historical importance with its own museum, this mid-ninteenth century lovely château is composed of two adjoining houses, one for seasonal rent, the other lived in by its owners.
The house is on three floors and has 6 main bedrooms as well as a single child's bedroom. There are 3 bathrooms (in addition, one bedroom has a half-bathroom). It's a perfect place to relax and enjoy a real french family vacation. The house is full of period charm and all the original features have been retained. Although it is well-equipped and very functional, you will enjoy the charm of bygone days.
This place is special, much-loved with its own history — not only is it peaceful but also of unique charm. Everyone who knows it, loves it and wishes to return. It is large enough for everyone to find a peaceful corner but at the same time it is a great gathering place with a family atmosphere . The house is set in a charming hamlet built at the same time. You will love exploring the surrounding area with its unspoilt villages, its vineyards, forests and lakes. Burgundy and Switzerland are just one-hour's drive away. You will have a unique experience of living in our house as we do. The house is kept as we use it and you will have the feeling of staying with friends. We will make sure that you will be happy and keep excellent memories of your stay.

Our great-grandfather built this property in the 1860s. We all love this house and do what we can to be able to maintain it. It has its own rich history, recounted in an adjoining museum and lots of memories which the family wish to share with others and give the property a new life.
The main house is frequently occupied by the family so we are on-hand to assist in any way.
This is an old house, furnished with fine antique furniture, a grand piano and a billiard table — all require to be handled with love and care.
The house adjoins the main house, the "family" château. We are present inJuly and August when no rental is offered.
Smoking should be outside. pets could be allowed after approval of well behaved animals.
