Our 2 bdrm ground floor apt adjoins a horse farm and has all you need for a short or extended stay including a washer/dryer, wifi, Roku, stove, dishwasher, full sized fridge, more. Just off US 27 bypass makes it just minutes from Lexington & Wilmore
This is a cozy two bedroom apartment with full kitchen and two full beds. It has a patio on the back and a covered front porch. The couch in the living room makes into a bed if you need. Wifi is included of course, and the equipped kitchen has a stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker and full-sized refrigerator. There is also a washer and dryer in case you need to do laundry. Each bedroom has its own closet. It has central heating and cooling (heat pump). It's almost always a significantly cheaper place to stay than the local motels, but has all those comforts of home they lack. There is plenty of off-street parking behind the building, as well as on-street parking. It's located on a quiet cul-de-sac just off the U.S. 27 bypass, and adjacent to a horse farm. What it offers for what it costs we think makes for the best lodging value in Jessamine County. Total size is roughly 700 square feet, ground floor in a 4-plex building.

Always available by text/email. If you request and I'm able, I or my daughter will greet you if you know your arrival time, otherwise I'll just give you the access code and not bug you :) We're happy to share our suggestions where to eat and what to do (and include that in the guide as well).
Relax! We've tried to think of everything for you - if something is amiss just let us know. Otherwise just the common sense: please no smoking, pets or too much noise, and just respect our place.
On stays longer than 14 days, we will come in to clean around day 14, nearly always will the cleaning fall between days 12 and 16 and we will give you a heads up on scheduling.
Love photography, history, traveling, technology, sci-fi, comics, music and volleyball. We're experimenting with Airbnb (as guest and host) and other aspects of the share economy, having a blast so far.
As a host I try to think about what I would want as a guest and make that happen. Have always lived in central Kentucky, so can probably answer any questions you have about the Bluegrass.
Music: just about anything but rap; Mozart, Aerosmith, Katy Perry, it's all good to me. Particularly interested lately in symphonic metal: Within Temptation, Evanescence, Skillet, Nightwish.
Comics: Grew up on DC and X-Men, read more independents these days; used to own a comic store. Loving the transition to digital comics.
Volleyball: still a decent C/B setter. Would have to shake some rust off to run a 5/1 or 6/2 but always willing to give it a go.
