This is the spare room in our home; it's a simple, comfortable space, gets the morning sun, and overlooks the garden. Easton is a lively, multicultural area with lots of places to eat and a great nearby pub. We're pretty close to town, the M32 and Temple Meads, and are well-connected by public transport - buses into the city, and the Stapleton Road railway station is a five minute walk. On-street parking is available, and is free.

It's a very comfortable and liveable space that you're welcome to make full use of. Please note that there is a boiler in the room, but it's new, pretty quiet, and off at night.

We don't provide breakfast but we've a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of fridge space which you're welcome to use, and you can help yourself to tea and coffee. Please note we don't have a microwave. There is a little garden to enjoy when the sun shines.
