Located on a 1.25 acre property minutes from Southampton Village and local beaches you can find this ideal Summer getaway home. The living room space welcomes large families to sit comfortably and roam through the home with ample space. The grand living room, surrounded by the dining area and kitchen, is the perfect place to watch a good movie and nuzzle into the large, deep-seated couch or armchair. During the day, feel free to roam freely in and out of the home through the easily accessible sliding-glass door. Once outside, you’ll step onto the back patio and will be able to overlook the sweeping back lawn and accompanying amenities. Spend the day lounging by the pool with a good book or shooting hoops through the professionally-lined, half basketball court. The vast backyard is large enough, and contains enough activities, for everyone in the group to have a fun-filled afternoon! As the sun begins to set, spark the grill for a quintessential Summer BBQ and enjoy while the cotton candy sky fades into darkness. If, however, you’d like to venture into town for an evening of shopping, sightseeing, and dining in a local restaurant, Southampton Village is less than a 7 minute car-ride away! After a long day, retire in one of the six bedrooms for some needed rest and awake feeling relaxed and ready to take on the next day. Being close proximity to town with plenty to do around the property, you will surely be treated to a delightful, relaxing getaway.

If renter must cancel the reservation, Marquis will re-list availability, and in the event Marquis is able to re-book the nights renter originally booked, a refund may be processed.
