A recently remodeled spacious villa within a secure gated golf resort. The modern apartment has an area of 1,892 square feet. It has a balcony and a private rooftop terrace that overlooks the Golf Course, the mountains and the Caribbean Sea. A kitchen with new appliances, with everything you need to cook. Master bedroom has a queen sized bed, it’s own bathroom, walk-in closet, air conditioning and TV. Second bedroom has 2 twin-sized beds, air conditioning, it shares a hallway full bathroom.

Welcome, we’re so happy you chose our property for your vacation.
Before you settle in and get comfortable, we would like to make you aware of the House Rules in place at our vacation rental. Understanding and complying with our house rules will make for a comfortable and fun stay for everybody.
Please read each of the rules carefully in order to avoid any danger or deductions from your security deposit upon check-out. Please treat our apartment with the same respect as you would your own home. We’ve put a lot of effort into making this into a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests.
Safety
1. Do not open electric distribution panel, it is located at the hallway.
2. Smoking is allowed only at the roof top terrace and balcony, smoking is not allowed
anywhere inside the property.
3. Discovering guests have been smoking inside the property will also result in loss of the
security deposit.
4. Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times, If you find anything to be unsafe or that requires revision at our property, please contact us at your earliest convenience so we can address the issue.
5. Never leave children unsupervised at our property without any adults

Cleanliness
1. Be sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay, this will make it
much easier when check-out time comes.
2. New standards of cleanliness have been implemented due to the Covid-19, we
encourage you to follow the CDC recommendations and keep and leave everything
clean in the same way as it was found. We provided cleaning products for your
convenience.

Noise and the neighborhood
1. Just like our vacation rental, our neighborhood is important to us. Most of the residents live here full-time, please try to avoid making any loud noise between 11 pm and 8 am to allow neighbors a peaceful night’s sleep.
2. If any neighboring residents report excessive noise or unruly behavior, we may have to
evict you from our property and terminate the vacation rental agreement.

Think Green Conserve energy
1. Please make sure you switch off lights, fans or any other small electrical appliances
when you go out. The same applies to air-con and heating – we’re an eco-friendly home!
Friends and Visitors
1. For safety reasons, as part of our vacation rental agreement, visitors are not allowable.
2. For control purposes, the security officer at the entrance will have the name of the guest who reserved the apartment, tell the security agent that you have a rental reserved in Unit 1121. The officer will verify compliance with the maximum allowed of 4 people to use the apartment.
Kitchen
1. To simplify the inventory process, please return any kitchen items back to where you
originally found them.
2. Kitchen cleaning products are under the sink. If any products run out during your stay,
please let us know so we can replace them for the next guests.
3. The pantry facing south in the kitchen is private and locked, please do not attempt to
open it.
Appliances and utilities
1. Please only use the washer/dryer during daytime hours between 9 am and 7 pm.
2. Please do not overload the washer/dryer.
Parking and vehicles
1. We have parking space on our property for up to two large vehicles ( the parking number is 1121)
Garbage
1. Please do not flush any sanitary products down the toilet. We provide a bin for this in
each bathroom.
2. Please do not leave any food waste inside the refrigerator.
3. The trash can is identified with the number 1121.


Balcony and roof top terrace
1. Please do not hang laundry off the balcony railings as it is not permitted by the Resort
administration.
2. Do not climb on the railings.
3. Please supervise all times the children.

Pets
1. Pets are not allowed.

Always report any accidental damages or breakages in a timely manner, especially before
check-out.
Please do not move any furniture from one room to another.
Please don’t take any bath towels with you.
We are not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or valuables. In case you
misplace something in the house, please let us know so we can look out for the item during the changeover and vacation rental cleaning.
In case any damage to the property or its appliances is not covered by our insurance, the guest will pay for the repair costs from the security deposit.
Remember that the departure time (checkout) is at 12:00 pm, the cleaning company is
scheduled to visit and inspect the property at 12:30 pm.
Compliance and final agreement
We’ve set out these house rules so that every guest visiting our property has a safe, secure and most importantly, fun stay at our place. Compliance with these rules is essential for every member of the traveling party. Breach of any of these house rules is a breach of the terms andconditions of occupancy, as per the rental agreement you have signed. Please ensure you read and fully understand the house rules at the beginning of your stay. If anything is unclear, please contact us so we can explain in further detail to avoid any misunderstandings.
