This is the perfect holiday destination - a well-equipped 3-bedroom holiday home which is absolute ocean front. Two-minute walk to the take-away / general store and restaurant; and only seconds walk 'til your feet are touching the beautiful golden sands and refreshing waters of Merry Beach...

This is as good as it gets! Located in the quiet cul-de-sac of Wooroonga Crescent with no passing traffic and no roads to cross on your way to the beach, you've just found the perfect holiday destination!

This property is pet friendly (outside only please). The back yard is fenced but the front part is not high, would suit smaller dogs.Any extra cleaning required e.g. pet hair etc, will be deducted from the guests security deposit.

Unfortunately, there is no garage access for tenants.

Minimum 2-night stay: $520 (available all year round except Peak Seasons - Easter & Christmas)
Off Peak rate: $1645pw
School Holiday rate: $1750pw
Easter: $2555pw (minimum 4-night booking)
Christmas School Holidays: $2555pw (minimum 7-night booking)

Kioloa is a beautiful, quiet seaside town surrounded by water and bushland and just minutes to some of the best beaches, lakes and fishing spots on the NSW Coast. Relax on the Beach, mingle with the local kangaroos or take a short drive to Murramarang National Park; a very unique Coastal Park a must for Nature Lovers. Other National Parks are only a short drive away include the Budawang National Park, Bimberamala National Park and the spectacular Morton National Park with Pigeon House Mountain.

Right on your doorstep is Bawley Vale Estate Winery in Bawley Point. Taste their award-winning wines at the cellar door on weekends and public holidays and there is a range of farm animals including Alpaca's, Deer and Sheep to keep the children entertained.

South Coast Restaurants are famous for their seafood. Visit the acclaimed Rick Stein's Restaurant at Bannisters Mollymook or try the highly regarded South Coast Oysters at the Ulladulla Oyster Bay in Ulladulla, both only 30 minutes drive from Kioloa.

For the young and the young at heart, a visit to the Mogo Zoo is a must. Take the opportunity to see many rare and exotic animals including the white lions, the only ones in Australia! While at Mogo take a trip back to the gold rush days and visit Old Mogo Town the Gold Rush Theme Park. Here you can pan for gold, explore the mine tunnel, check out the digger's camp or just simply enjoy a picnic by the lake.
