This newer condo is located in a fully restored heritage building close to everything the downtown core has to offer. China Town, Market Square and the famous Victoria Inner Harbour to name a few are just steps away. Restaurants, bars, coffee shops and shopping are all at your fingertips!

Decorated by a professional interior designer, not one detail is left untouched in this gorgeous penthouse condo. The main living space boasts an open concept kitchen, dining and living room with a patio, complete with BBQ and bistro set. A secure building, guests at 595 Pandora have access to a shared party room equipped with a kitchen, furniture and LCD TV as well as a fully equipped fitness facility.

PARKING for one vehicle is INCLUDED in the rent in the buildings' secure underground garage.
PARKING GARAGE CLEARANCE (including roof rack) is 7' 2" (2.2 m).
MAX LENGTH (including bike carrier) is 16' (14.8 m).  
MAX WIDTH is 8' (2.4 m).

CHECK IN time starts at 4:00 pm and CHECK OUT time is by 11:00 am.  Occasionally we may be able to accommodate special requests but there are no guarantees. 

All properties are NON SMOKING. City and Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking of any kind inside, outside, on balconies or even within 7 metres (23 feet) of all buildings. Fines are enforced and will be $250 for each instance.

MINIMUM AGE to rent is 25.

No pets allowed.

Bike storage for this building but check with our Rep first.

VP cannot guarantee that building amenities will be functional, sometimes they are down for service and this is out of our control.  
There is no wifi in the common areas of buildings.

No furniture is ever to be added or removed without written approval and assistance by VP.

No taxes on 30+ day rentals.
Taxes are 3% Municipal, 8% PST and 5% GST.
FULL CALENDAR MONTH rental for January through April and November and December.
