This laid-back holiday home is set in an amazing location with fantastic ocean views. Have long days at the beach then come back for a BBQ on the deck. For your entertainment the owner has provided WIFI, Foxtel and VAST for accessing free to air TV.

A neat house in a spectacular location with an open living area that overlooks the huge deck. Suitable for both summer and winter holidays, enjoy the beach, BBQ and breezes in summer, or a glass of red while the enjoying the views and the ambience of the combustion fireplace in the cooler months. Walk from the back yard or deck straight onto Merry Beach.

Minimum 2-night stay: $480 (available all year round except Peak Seasons - Easter & Christmas)
Off Peak rate: $1,050 pw
School Holiday rate: $1,260 pw
Easter: $1,575 pw (minimum 4-night booking)

Kioloa is a beautiful, quiet seaside town surrounded by water and bushland and just minutes to some of the best beaches, lakes and fishing spots on the NSW Coast. Take a short drive to Murramarang National Park; a very unique Coastal Park a must for Nature Lovers. Other National Parks are only a short drive away include the Budawang National Park, Bimberamala National Park and the spectacular Morton National Park with Pigeon House Mountain.

South Coast Restaurants are famous for their seafood. Visit the acclaimed Rick Stein's Restaurant at Bannisters Mollymook or try the highly regarded South Coast Oysters, only 30 minutes drive from Kioloa.

Right on your doorstep is Bawley Vale Estate Winery in Bawley Point. Visit their tasting room and sample their award-winning wine! There is a range of farm animals including Alpaca's Deer and Sheep to keep the children entertained.
