This two bedroom recently renovated apartment situated in the heart of Angel is located on the first floor of an attractive Georgian block. It is just a seven minutes walk to Angel Tube Station with access to the Northern Line, one stop from Kings Cross, which will provide you with easy access to London iconic landmarks and most London Airports.

Welcome to your second home - a beautiful, modern Central London flat that can comfortably accommodate up to four people.

This smoke-free, trendy but comfortable property features a design-led living room, with two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an ultra-modern kitchen. To ensure your utmost satisfaction we offer complimentary WiFi, a smart TV.

The well-appointed living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa making it an ideal place to relax and enjoy your stay, and also features a dining table that can seat up to four people. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a Nespresso compatible machine, it is fully stocked with all cooking utensils allowing you to prepare your favorite quick snacks or gourmet meals. The bright bedrooms are equipped with king-size beds. The apartment also features an en suite bathroom with a shower as well as a guest bathroom with a bathtub/shower.

The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.

Each guest will be asked to present a form of governmental identification once the reservation has been created and upon check-in.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked-in.

Should the above policies are not respected, a penalty fee would, therefore, apply to the guest(s) for any damages caused to the property.

Our Teams are here to help all our guests in a polite and professional manner however we do not tolerate any form of abuse towards the staff. Should this rule be broken, we reserve the right to reject any current or future bookings.

We would like to mention the 3 methods for check-in:

1. You can meet us at our Central London Reception Desk. We will provide a folder with the flat instructions, directions to the flat, tube map, etc. and the keys to your apartment (The Reception Desk is open every day from 8 AM until 9 PM).

2. You can book a Car Service through us. In this case, the driver will have the keys to your booked apartment and will take you there directly. Car services would need to be arranged up until 24 hours before the day of arrival.

3. We can arrange a check-in in-person at the flat. For check-ins after 9 PM, a fee is applicable. Check-in directly at the property would need to be arranged up until 24 hours before the day of arrival.
