This huge, southwest-themed, Snowcreek 3-bedroom, 3-bath end-unit is conveniently located close to the Snowcreek Athletic Club in Old Mammoth! Sleeps 8!

Wake up to spectacular views through the newly-installed, energy efficient windows; grab a cup of coffee in the enormous kitchen with attached breakfast nook, and head to the large living room with vaulted ceilings to kick back in front of the custom fireplace and flat screen TV with DVD/cable. There is also a proper dining table for more formal gatherings.

There are plenty of sleeping options to choose from with a King-sized bed in the Master bedroom, featuring an ensuite bath, a Queen bed in bedroom two, split Twin beds in bedroom three, and a pull-out sleeper sofa in the den.

There are covered community hot tubs available for your use throughout the Snowcreek development. Complimentary high-speed internet is provided, along with in-unit laundry, and a private 2 car garage with total parking for up to four vehicles (2 in the garage, 2 in designated spaces outside). Driving is optional however, as the unit is conveniently located on the free town shuttle route.
