Casa Alma sits on over an acre of land, in a quiet neighborhood. Wonderful family home with multiple communal areas and enjoyable outside private space. Easy distance to Santa Fe’s attractions and northern New Mexico's offerings.

Die Unterkunft
This value for money property, has a spacious open plan layout, simple decor and is clutter free.

The living room has a sprung wooden floor, large sectional sofa, kiva fireplace (great for cosy winter nights) and TV. There's also a electric Yamaha piano for your use if you desire. The dining table can be extended to accommodate 6 and there is a beautiful set of dining wear to be used for special occasions in the armoire.

Recently renovated kitchen with breakfast bar, has a well stocked kitchen with many staples for your use. Ample appliances and space to cook up a storm! From the kitchen there is an adjoining reading nook with tile floors, large sofa and books.

The large master bedroom has a kiva fireplace, walk-in closet and attached walk-in shower, WC and washbasins. The two additional bedrooms, also with walk-in closets, share a full bathroom. All bedrooms have cork floors, easy on your feet!

The patio doors leading from the living room onto the relaxing portal area at the rear of the house where you can enjoy warm evenings looking out on piñons/arroyo with mountain views and star gazing. Help yourself to fruit from the fruit trees in the right season.

Wifi throughout, use of printer and TV, VHS (!!) and DVD with selection of movies (please note no TV packages).

There's a washer and dryer in the utility room for you to use (detergents in wall cupboard). There is forced air heat throughout the house, and, as mentioned, 2 fire wood kiva’s ~ so you won’t get cold in the winter.

You won't have access to the garage, yet there is a large off road paved parking area to the front of the house (accommodates 3+ cars). The host will need access to the garage, every other day for a short period of time.

Small house trained pets (<15lbs) maybe be considered with an additional cleaning fee of, send me a message to ask.

You have full, private access to the entire house and slightly limited access to the grounds, except for the garage. Here the term limited refers to requirement that the grounds may be maintained by the host or those he hires without notification to you though giving notification is the ideal usually followed. The host also may notify you if for some reason he needs to use the laundry room. Limited also refers to your lack of access to the garage which for purposes here is not considered part of the house, and the host has access to it external to your home rental area and use of the external water faucets. The owner grows plants in the garage and waters them. Note there are two full(double) beds and one queen bed in the master bedroom.

On this property there are fruit trees (feel free to pick them), pine trees, evergreen trees and broadleaf trees. If you go out the back gate, it leads down the bank to a simple meditation area - enjoy! Many guests have enjoyed the use of the fireplace. If you use it be sure the flue is open. Instructions are in the house guide to avoid setting off the fire alarm and house rules are there as well.

This residential neighborhood is very quiet and is known for its mature trees and undeveloped space. Rarely any traffic on my road as it has only one through street.
