Our home is the most recently renovated property from the infamous "Baker's Dozen".

As the name suggests, The Baker's Dozen is a heritage-listed building of thirteen late Victorian style terraces constructed in 1903. The building is a rare surviving example of 19th and 20th century Australian architecture, with a modern twist.

Our home is an over-sized two-story terrace house and it features a spacious living room, lounge room, dining room, kitchen, laundry, paved backyard and double garage.

Die Unterkunft
To give some reference as to the property's size, most of the other houses in The Baker's Dozen development have have turned the living room and lounge rooms on the ground level into bedrooms, giving them up to 7 bedrooms. Our property on the other hand, is not overcrowded at all, featuring 3 x bedrooms and 1 x study, despite having the same floor space as the other terraces.

Our home is currently only inhabited by only 2 people (myself and my brother), so there is plenty of space and privacy is ensured.

Enjoy privacy of your own bathroom.

Feel free to cook as well if you desire. There's cookware, a stove, an oven, a microwave, a large fridge and a dishwasher.

We have fast ADSL2+ WIFI for guests. The network password is located within the Airbnb App and we also have the details on our fridge in the kitchen.

We also have two pet dogs; A Catahoula Leopard Dog called Orion and a Blue American Staffie called Buddha. Both are super friendly and we are yet to meet someone who didn’t love them!

You cannot get a more convenient location than where we are. We are located on a quiet street, just a short walk from the CBD, Hyde Park, Oxford Street, Woolloomooloo and Kings Cross. Bars, Restaurants and Cafe's on Stanley Street and Crown Street are literally a 30 second walk away. There is a convenience store, gym and a Woolworths supermarket within a 2 minute walk away too.
