The space is a small, studio-style flat that is ideal for solo travellers, workers or couples.

It is located on the 21st floor of a brand-new development and has amazing views of Manchester City. It is compact, well-equipped and newly refurbished - and has both a gym and supermarket on the lower levels which guests can access.

It is located in the redeveloping Media City area of the city, a place full of trendy stores, outlets and offices. It has excellent transport links to Manchester.

The Media City redevelopment area is trendy and full of professionals and those who work in the arts. The Northern HQ for the BBC, ITV and many other of the big media giants are 5 minutes walk away.

It also has all the typical urban haunts, (Costa, Independent Coffee shops, Alchemist, Nandos, etc) as well as the Lowry Theatre, Lowry Shopping Mall and the Imperial War Museum on its doorstep.

It is also more widerly a part of Salford Quays, and the promenades along the canals and quays are just outside, which are lovely to walk along in the evening or a bright day.
