A beautiful loft-style apartment, with a roof terrace, situated on the second and third floor of an old town house in the picturesque historic heart of Sete, one minute from the Place de la Mairie, the Gand Canal, the port, the fish market, and many many restaurants. Close to beaches

There is a large loft sitting room upstairs and one main double bedroom and, if required, also a bedroom with a single that pulls out to a double - and a bathroom (with a shower and washing machine) downstairs

Die Unterkunft
A beautiful loft apartment, with a private roof terrace, situated on the second and third floor of an old town house in the historic heart of Sete. The apartment has been renovated in a fresh modern way. As it faces inwards into an enclosed area of old town homes it is a peaceful place for you to relax in and enjoy.

There is a large, nearly 50 square metre, loft sitting room upstairs, and two bedrooms - one with a double bed and one with a single that pulls out to a double - and a bathroom (with a shower and washing machine) downstairs. The sitting room is bright and airy with two sofas, velux windows on the roof, and a large sliding glass door leading to a private roof terrace with views over the rooftops to the port, the sea, and the etang (inland sea bay). The sitting room also includes a practical and well-stocked open plan kitchen in one corner.

There is wifi.

The nearest beach is a 10 minute walk away (a couple of minutes' drive). A short drive away (or a 20 minute walk) is a beach that stretches for 10 miles. There are regular buses from and to these beaches from near the flat.

Guests have access to the whole flat and the heart of old Sete. It's beautiful.

Weitere wichtige Hinweise
There is lots to explore in Sete itself as well as in ancient Languedoc. It's an incredible area.

Please note that the apartment is on the 2/3rd floor of a town house, so there are stairs to climb to reach it. This may not suit older people or young children. In fact, as the terrace is high up, it is best that any children are over seven.
