A luxurious and peaceful 2 Bedroom (1 Double, 1 Twin) boutique flat 5 mins walk from the historic centre of Tunbridge Wells and also close to the mainline train station. The property benefits from its own private entrance and off-street parking. It has a separate living room, modern kitchen and bath/shower room. Situated in a prestigious leafy street with classic Edwardian architecture in a highly desirable part of the town. Perfect for wedding stays, mini-breaks, business travel, holidays etc.

The property is an upstairs flat with its own private entrance. The guest has use of the whole property which comprises 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and shower in it, kitchen and sitting room.

The flat has a set of internal stairs up to the landing. It is therefore not ideal for toddlers

The famous Pantiles is within 5 mins walk with its incredible selection of coffee shops & delis (we love Hattons); restaurants (we recommend Sankeys, The Grey Lady and Tunbridge Wells Hotel Brasserie); and Pubs (Duke of York and Ragged Trousers are our favourites). There are also regular markets, food (& Gin) festivals, and during the summer live Jazz evenings that rival London's cosmopolitan atmosphere.

One Warwick Park hotel is 4 mins walk and is very popular for weddings, party's and corporate events - it also has a great restaurant.

The Old High Street is 5-8 mins walk and has a plethora of high end shops (Mint Velvet, Sweaty Betty, White Company, Anthropologie coming soon) and restaurants including The Ivy that is always bustling.
