Situated in the SA1 marina area of Swansea. This property offers a great location within walking distance of Swansea Town Centre, beachfront and the cafes, restaurants & bars of Swansea Marina. Great motorway links, and 5 minute drive to Liberty Stadium.

The property offers the bottom floor of a new three story town house, consisting of a private bedroom with tea and coffee making facilities and a bathroom. Parking is available on driveway.

You have access to your own private bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. We live on the 2nd and 3rd floor. The bottom floor is private, but we do use the back entrance on the ground floor to enter the property.
