Your stay at my townhouse is strictly for booked guests only. Please keep me informed of any visiting guests PRIOR to the start of your stay.
No commercial operations to operate from the premises.
I aim to maintain a high standard of cleanliness for the comfort of everyone to enjoy a comfortable stay. I expect all guests to respect the property and belongings within. Do not let children STAND/JUMP/RUN on the sofa lounge and beds.
Please leave the place so the next guests like yourself can enjoy as much as you did. A quick wipe down of the kitchen/bathroom surfaces and putting away CLEANED pots/pans and dishes etc. NO NEED to remove/wash bed linen and towels :)
I prefer guests not to wear shoes inside. Outdoor footwear are available in the basket at the door and indoor slippers are in the draw near the stairs.
Please advise if anything is broken or is not functioning properly so I can arrange for replacement or repair.
Please note that everything is checked prior to your visit and is clean and working correctly at the time of handover to you. Guests must notify of any damage caused to property and its contents. I reserve the right to charge for damaged or lost items.

Please DO NOT REMOVE towels and especially the international travel adaptor or any household items without permission.

If keys are lost during your stay $150 will be charged to you as a contribution to replace the locks.

Please also respect our neighbours. You might be on holidays, but they are not. So please be mindful of talking loudly on the patio especially past 11pm.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und schön gelegen. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Man fühlt sich sehe wohl. Nicht weit entfernt gibt es einige Restaurants uns Bars. Wir würden definitiv wieder hier her kommen?

We loved our weeks stay at Siew's luxurious,well appointed townhouse.She is a welcoming,caring host who truly looks after her guests.The townhouse is close to the city,transport and local shops. The townhouse is stylish, spotless and everything is there that you could possibly need. Her great communication and information made our stay easy and enjoyable.We would definitely stay there again and recommend it highly to everyone. Thank you Siew for your kindness and hospitality. Great place to stay with everything you need. Clean and plenty of room. Close to the city and also close to local restaurants. An ideal location when holidaying in Perth and very reasonably priced.

Cozy townhouse which was more than sufficient for the 3 of us. Well furnished, comfortable beds, and nice outdoor garden/chilling area. Siew Hong was very pleasant and helpful.

We enjoyed the stay in the lovely townhouse. It was tastefully decorated and felt like a home away from home. The place is well equipped with lots of things. Disinfectant surface wipes also provided to wipe the tables. I felt that was nice. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Safe carpark just steps away from the house. It is a short drive to the airport. Can't comment on accessibility to public transport as we did not manage to use it. Don't see any bus stops in the immediate vicinity but I think it should be some minutes' walk away.
