I aim to maintain a high standard of cleanliness for the comfort of everyone to enjoy a comfortable stay. I expect all guests to respect the property and belongings within. Do not let children STAND/JUMP/RUN on the sofa lounge and beds.
Please leave the place so the next guests like yourself can enjoy as much as you did. A quick wipe down of the kitchen/bathroom surfaces and putting away CLEANED pots/pans and dishes etc. NO NEED to remove/wash bed linen and towels :)
I prefer guests not to wear shoes inside. Outdoor footwear are available in the basket at the door and indoor slippers are in the draw near the stairs.
Please advise if anything is broken or is not functioning properly so I can arrange for replacement or repair.
Please note that everything is checked prior to your visit and is clean and working correctly at the time of handover to you. Guests must notify of any damage caused to property and its contents. I reserve the right to charge for damaged or lost items.
Please DO NOT REMOVE towels and especially the international travel adaptor or any household items without permission.
If keys are lost during your stay $150 will be charged to you as a contribution to replace the locks.
Please also respect our neighbours. You might be on holidays, but they are not. So please be mindful of talking loudly on the patio especially past 11pm.
