Spacious gated apartment located on the border of Clinton Hill and Bedstuy. A short walk to the subway as well as around the corner from the bus stop. Everything the neighborhood has to offer such as bars, coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery store is conveniently located around the block. First floor (entrance) is private and not for the use of Airbnb guests, the basement floor sleeps four, has a private parking, bathroom and access to backyard.

Entrance leads you straight downstairs to the private basement floor - please note* the first floor is private. The large room fitted with Queen size bed, comfy sheets and pillows. Large closet with mirror doors as well as a wingback chair. Second room is fitted with a full side bed and large mirrored closet. This room also has an extension room which has the washer and dryer (pending installation) as well as private access to the backyard. There's also a full private bathroom with plenty of towels and toiletries!
Each room also has ceiling fans and an air purifier for your convenience!
