Perrycroft is an Arts and Crafts house designed in 1895 by the architect C F A Voysey. The Old Stables is situated just behind the original stable yard, partly designed by Voysey along with the main house. The Old Stables probably dates from the 1920s, a slightly later addition, but with the distinctive Voysey style of white roughcast and green paintwork. The cottage has been recently completely restored and furnished in a mid-century and modern style in sympathy with its origins as a stable.
