We do apologize that the condo was difficult to find. For that purpose because of previous reviews, we updated our check in instructions with pictures a couple of weeks ago. I know it was dark and there are a lot of buildings that look similar but since uploading the pictures we haven’t seemed to have any issues. It was about 9:45pm when you had called and my wife and I were doing the best we could to try and navigate you through the dark over the phone, again, another problem we have never previously had. I am glad you finally made it, while I am skeptical of the accuracy of the review I apologize if you did find any hair in the bathroom. But, I can assure you that the condo was clean and had been clean for well over 3 days before you all had booked and the sheets were indeed clean (again, another problem we’ve never seemed to have had with guests before). The condo is only difficult to find if the instructions are not followed, otherwise, 95% of our guests have had no trouble finding it (whether that be in the dark or broad daylight). The phone call experience was a bit tense as I understand you all had been driving all day which was made clear to me multiple times and I understand that you were tired. When trying to give directions, it felt as though we weren’t being listened to and that resulted in frustration. I’m glad you enjoyed your stay otherwise and we do hope that the value of our condo was worth the very discounted price that you received it at.
