House with a garden, by the sea, in Mortelle, 15 km. far from Messina (ME).
The free beach, provided with a free parking, can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot, in 1 minute by car. The abode is barely 5 minutes distant by car from Largo Cavallaro, that is the main square of the near village of Torre Faro. The Ganzirri Lakes are nearby too, declared sites of ethnoanthropolocical interest for the mussel farming tradition, as well as stopping place of various species of migratory birds (kingfishers, egrets, mallards, etc.). At a short distance is located Capo Peloro, meeting point of Ionian and Tyrrhenian seas, with the Cultural Park “Horcinus Orca”.
The port city Messina is 15 km. far, with its touristic and monumental attractions: from the Cathedral – characterised externally by the biggest and more complex astronomical clock in all over the world, inside by one of the biggest organ in Italy (second only after the Milan Cathedral one) – to the Regional Museum, holding (among other excellent works) the Caravaggio masterpieces “The Adoration of the Shepherds” and “The Rising of Lazarus”.
It is a two-story house and consists in a garden, an ample living-room, two ample verandas, kitchen, two master bedrooms plus a double sofa bed, two bathrooms (one with shower, the other with tube and showerhead), plus shower outside the abode.
