L'appartamento si trova a Rialto, fulcro della vita sociale di Venezia, in una zona molto vivace e rumorosa. Di giorno ospita il mercato ortofrutticolo e del pesce, mentre di sera potrete godervi la vita notturna in una delle numerose osterie e locali tipici. Direttamente collegato all’ aeroporto e ferrovia dal vaporetto (siamo poi a 20 passi dalla fermata di Rialto Mercato), permette di raggiungere in 5 minuti a piedi il centro della città, San Marco e i principali Musei di Venezia.

Arrivai a Venezia all'età di otto anni e mi innamorai subito della città. Una città piena di poesia e contraddizioni, dall'atmosfera a volte placida, a volte frizzante; dai ritmi a volte frenetici, a volte sospesi nel tempo. Ma il mio cuore appartiene innanzitutto alla mia famiglia. Le mie passioni: la danza, il mondo dell'artigianato e del fai-da-te e la cucina (soprattutto la pasticceria). I moved with my family when I was 8 years old. It was love at first sight. Venice is a city full of poetry and contradictions, its mood is both placid and stormy; its daily life rhythm is equally frenetic and hung in time. However, my heart is first of all bound to my family. My passions are: classic dance, handicrafts and cooking (especially sweets!).

Während deines Aufenthaltes

Pochi giorni prima dell'arrivo i nostri carissimi ospiti verranno da noi contattati per organizzare un appuntamento alla fermata del vaporetto di Rialto Mercato. Accompagnati all'appartamento sarà nostra premura fornire tutte le informazioni necessarie per rendere il loro soggiorno confortevole e speciale: dove avere una cena squisita, dove fare una spesa soddisfacente e i modi di utilizzo delle nostre particolari linee urbane (I VAPORETTI!!). Il contributo fisso per le pulizie è dovuto a prescindere dalla durata del soggiorno. La pulizia finale delle stoviglie e dell'angolo cucina è a cura degli ospiti.
A few days before their arrival, the guests will be scheduled for an appointment at the Rialto Mercato water bus stop with a particular person in charge of their arrival. Once they will inform us about their travel timing, we will give them useful information about how to reach the meeting point and then, on the day of their arrival, our staff will meet the guests at the water bus stop as soon as they arrive.
During the check-in we provide our guests with a city map and we give them some useful information: we show them where they can find the closest supermarket, the best way to get to the islands and where they can have a good meal :)
During their stay our guests can easily contact with us (both via e-mail or phone). The fixed fee for cleaning is due regardless of the length of stay. The final cleaning of the dishes and the kitchen area is the responsibility of the guests.
