First communication, your booking request came with few hours before arrival. We immediately accepted your request, stood in contact via Airbnb and even gave you our mobile number to contact us any time. Answers came immediately for any requests.
Second our arrival time, Yes we arrived at two in the night since we were at a 60th birthday party from a working colleague, though we were quite as we arrived and went immediately in our rooms in order not to wake you up and let you sleep.
Third messy state, absolutely not understandable, since we cleaned the whole appartment before your stay ourselves, so we are sure about the whole appartment to be clean.
Fourth your situation here, To make clear about the sleeping couch we offer here. We are sorry if you expect a five-star-hotel room, we are aware its not! This is something we are not offering and it can be taken from the description, that this insertion is for EMERGENCIES AND SHORT STAYS. What you get is a SLEEPING COUCH in an APPARTMENT. We provided towels, fresh and clean, just like everything else which you can use in our appartment.
